I've been a customer since Nicks opened and never had a complaint until tonight. My wife ordered our dinner as usual, tonight we ordered chicken Quesadilla and a fried chicken salad. I drove 15 mins. to pick it up another 15 mins. to get home. When I opened the Quesadilla it was not what we ordered. I drove 15 more mins to return it and find out what they gave me was. the boy at the counter said I don't know but a girl came out of the back and told me it was a Taco Quesadilla I said I we ordered a Chicken Quesadilla the little girl said I'll make you a new one. When she brought it out she said here you go have a nice evening. She didn't even offer a refund and acted like it was my fault they made the wrong order. Needless to say we will no longer be doing business at Nick's again. Sorry Sandy and Dave but your employees reflect management. read more

Nick's is one of the few places in Utica to eat. It's the best place for pizza. There's only one other place in town. It also functions as a bar. There's lots of funny kitschy musical artifacts inside. I had some kind of Christmas Ale. It's about $3 for a pint. That's not bad, and it was much better than the other selections. It doesn't have much in the way of beer. Mostly typical big brands like Bud and Yuengling. I had a vegetable sub. It's about $5 for the half sub. This comes with typical vegetables like mushrooms and tomatoes. It was much better than expected. Judging by the lack of places in town, it could be expected the food here wouldn't be anything special. It's good enough to last as long as it has. It may not have been great, but it was pretty okay. The service may have been a bit slow, but that's the kind of pace you expect in Utica. read more

We were staying at Indian Bear Resort and nothing is close. We ordered pizza, salad and breadsticks here the one night. Drove 30 mins from the resort to get here. The place was closed for dine in, but you were able to go through the drive thru to pick up your pizza. The pizza was very good. I'm happy we stopped here. Good food. read more

Stopped in while passing through and what a treat! Had the pizza. The crust was light and flakey a little better than Mellow Mushrooms thick crust. The cheese tasted imported that of an upscale Italian restaurant. The peperoni had a little kick that added to the perfect amount of sauce. (I don't like a lot of sauce). The server was very seasoned and was not in your face. He knew how to handle my HANGRY 5 year old as well. Totally recommend this place and will make the long drive back for sure!!! read more

this place is the worst restaurant in knox county. wait times are awful. make sure to eat before going cause you wait a minimum of 2 hours and you still don't get served and we even prepaid. when we asked to speak to a manager or owner they acted as if we were they didn't give a shit. we watched as others that came in after us were given apps and thier meal. absolutely shameful. we had two small children with us as well. if your smart don't ever go to this place. because you will never get served your food. read more

The food is very slow and the pizza is awful. We tend to order salads and sometimes it takes an hour and a half before it is served. My wife works across the street once a week. (On a day that Nick's is closed.) One day she happened to park her car in the Nick's parking lot. The Owner came to her workplace and made a scene. He demanded that she move her car although his business was closed. He upset all the customers and employees at my wife's place of employment. He embarrassed my wife and the store owner and anyone else that happened to be there at the time. read more

It's an ok place to go if you have a lot of time. Very slow service but the food is ok not fantastic but ok.

Pizza isn't terrible is nicest thing I can say. Walls are dirty, ceiling paint peeling and terrible with flies the evening we went. Will not go back. Waitress was slow and unenthusiastic. I've definitely had better, even at McDonald's. read more
