So look... my daughter is actually the one grabbing food from here but as a customer pulling up why are there 3 workers outside laughing and talking and one had on her apron fingering through her ponytail. No the parking lot wasn't full but why are you all NOT inside of work. While I'm typing this I've been sitting here for almost 15 mins WAITING for my daughter to come out from getting her food. The guy in the picture i posted went in and then came back out and is out here on the phone. I think it's a bit unsanitary to be out here with your uniform on. I've always enjoyed Fazolis because I can grab a quick meal and for a really cheap price. I decided to dine in and enjoy lunch. The cashier was very friendly and patient with me because I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted. I finally decided on the pick two: Lasagna and fettuccini alfredo. I've been there twice in the past 3 weeks. I ordered ultimate and sampler platters with extra bread sticks and a house salad. I had some good coupons I had gotten in the mail. Same young lady waited on me in the drive thru: Professional, polite and fairly quick. The pasta was very good each time - not dried out , or watery - Lasagna was excellent. The bread sticks were a little undercooked the first time but not the second. The house salad I got had brown lettuce and two rotten cherry tomatoes in it. I wouldn't order that again. A couple of years ago at this location the same thing happened. They need to fix that pronto. I'd say 3.5 because it was mostly good, affordable and fast.. Don't. Just don't. The dining area smelled like cat pee. How is that even possible? Did someone bring a cat to Fazoli's? Why did Fazoli's let someone bring a cat in? Or what if that smell isn't even cat pee?!? If it wasn't, then what the heck was that smell??? The food wasn't bad. But I question how clean the kitchen is when the dining area has trash all over the floor, non working light fixtures, a huge water stain on the ceiling, and...did I mention the smell of cat pee? And apparently their former novelty of unlimited breadsticks is gone as we sat waiting our whole meal for someone to come around with breadsticks and noone did. It wasn't until I asked a worker walking past me if we could get some more, that they brought some to our table. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Cesar Salad, minus the chicken and bacon. So they bring me a house salad with chicken and bacon and ranch dressing. Ask for a Cesar salad like it was ordered. So they bring me a house salad.. lettuce, cheddar cheese and tomatoes. Gave up and just ate it with Cesar dressing. But had to ask for croutons. Overall the food was subpar. Just placed a to go order for this location for dinner. Ordered online. It was super easy. They emailed me about the to go pizza special so it was 7 or so dollars plus 8 breadsticks. The food was ready on time. The pizza was quite good for the price and service was fast. I hadn't thought about getting the whole pizza from here but with the deal it was to good to pass up. The only drawback is the facility while clean does have some areas that are worn a bit but I can tell they have recently replaced carpet and done some painting. read more

We always use drive up so I can't speak to the dining room. The service is friendly, polite and even a smile most often when they say thank you and come again. The food is exactly as they advertise and the food is hot and packaged well for carryout. If you want parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper ask when you pay. Sometimes they add to the carryout bag but not consistently. The breadsticks are hot, soft and fresh. I haven't encountered or seen any problems or situations in the direct area when I've been there. Most incidents appear to occur very early morning (2-4 am) at the club but if concerned do drive up. Give it a try if looking for a friendly Fazol's with consistently good service. read more

This is by far the worst experience I ever had at a food restaurant. This little girl named Dimond (or at least what the receipt said) was on her phone talking. I mean like full on having a actually conversation. I kept telling her my order and she just said "what?" "Hold on girl, they're ordering" ? Like even while i was ordering she was STILL talking???? as soon as I was done ordering, my friends was going too as well. She walked away and left her waiting another good 15 minutes. No one else said anything to this girl. The cook saw we were waiting and didn't even care. Sadly it was already closing time so we couldn't have gone to another one. Awful best describes my experience at the Indy Fazoli's on Lafayette Rd, on July 9, 2019. I ordered what used to be the five dollar lunch, only now it is $5.55. When I asked the young woman taking my order why they raised the price she said it went up after they remolded. I said, so Fazoli's is making the customer pay for the remolding, and she agreed. I asked her where is my soda cup? Her reply was, there is no drink cup with the lunch meal. I said yes there is, and pointed to the sign that says a drink comes with the meal. She gave it to me, with no apology. How could she not know that it comes with the lunch meal? I sat down and 15 minutes later no meal. I walk to the counter and ask the manager, an older white woman, what happened to my meal? The manager snapped at me and said I am busy. I say, don't yell at me, I am a customer. (When people at their tables saw the exchange she did give me a snotty apology, but then ignored me) I finally get my meal but the ravioli is barely warm and the breadsticks cold. I used to leave a tip at this Fazoli's, but not with such lousy service. (This Fazol's no longer offers free-WIFI) In the last 15 years I have spent hundreds of dollars at this Fazoli's, and at one time they were very customer orientated. But those days are long gone. Fazoli's used to give you extra breadsticks at your table, but now you have to go the counter if you want more. It's bad enough they raised the prices to make the customer pay for the remolding, but if they are going to treat a long time customer, like me, with disrespect then I will not be eating at the Fazoli's on Lafayette rd. anytime soon. read more

Clarence is a worker there not sure if he is the manager are not but he made sure that if there was anything else that he could get for me and my family. If it's all-u-can-eat breadsticks, why do u have to constantly ask for them? They only gave us each 1 breadstick w/our overpriced ($23) entrees. Also, had the girl stamp our 'frequent visitor' card...she only gave 1 stamp for 2 entrees??? When I inquired, she said "1 stamp per visit". Guess what? There's a way around that! Be sure to ring up ur meals separate so u can get ur stamps. I really don't like this unflavorable place anyways! read more

We just ate here. Most of the breadsticks were old and hard. Of the 5 plates we were given with our family meal, two were dirty. The employees were too busy to come to the register and take our order when we walked in. While we normally like Fazoli's, this location definitely needs better management.
