It has been quite some time since I have been to a Fazoli's, but today I was in the area so I stopped by for lunch. I actually order online and had planned to take my order to go, but after I arrived I thought it might be better to eat inside rather than my vehicle. My order was on the shelf at the time quoted. I ordered a lunch special which is two half-size entree choices. I selected ravioli with spice tomato pepper sauce, and ravioli with marinara. Both sauces were very good. The ravioli was five-cheese, and very tasty. Breadsticks were very fresh. All the tables were clean, the condiment/silverware area was clean and neatly organized. The drink area was very clean as well. I visited the restroom and it was spotless and well stocked. Employees were extra friendly and helpful. A very nice experience. read more

I went through the drive thru on 3/6/26 and the lady working the window, Jeannie, was wonderful. She was so nice and had a big smile on her face, she 's someone you need to keep. Placed an order online a few days ahead of time for a few of the family meal deals. I had a fairly early pick up so the lobby was closed, but they let me in without an issue. There was a problem with one order processing, but the manager had no issue getting it ready for me there. Staff was friendly, order was correct, and we had plenty of food for our party! read more

Went to this location and they were closing down at 9:30 when it showed they don't close till 10. Door was unlocked we went in to use the kiosk and it said "sorry kitchens closed." All the employees did was give us a dirty look for coming in. read more

Ordered the Gluten Free Chicken Pesto Rotini, I was not aware it came with breadsticks but it was all delicious! The cashier was friendly and the wait wasn't very long. It looks like they are closed for dine in. I'm happy they have a drive thru and it's down the street from my home, will be visiting again! read more

Fazoli's is a fast food Italian restaurant. It's chain establishment so they have them all over the world. I am not a huge fan of Fazoli's but it's a cheap Italian Eatery. My wife always grew up really liking fazzolis because you can get a lot of food for a cheap amount of price I mean you can go in there and get a spaghetti meal with a slice of pizza and a coke for around 8 bucks so I mean it's a decent price to be honest however I don't really quite enjoy it. This one in particular has normal fast food feel to it there's nothing really special it wasn't dirty it wasn't clean nothing out of the ordinary. I would much rather spend the extra 10 bucks per person and go to Olive Garden or Rocky's on the river. So I don't really recommend Fazoli's unless you just kind of want some greezy fast food Italian restaurant. read more

I have to give credit to Fazoli's, I think of them as "fast food" but they are really more of a fast casual place and the customer service is top notch. You order at the counter and get your own drinks, but they bring your food to the table and it's on real dishes. And you can't forget the bottomless bread sticks they bring around. Impatient? You can head to the counter and ask for more. The food is really good quality, in particular for the price. I don't care for the pizza, but their ravioli is delicious. And really, I would probably eat cardboard if it came with their marinara and was paired with those garlic covered bread sticks. The people working there are so friendly and very helpful. The food arrives quickly and orders are accurate. They also have daily food specials. In a serious rush? They've got a drive thru. read more

I went here for lunch with my sister. I ended up with some sort of metal in my spaghetti and meatballs. It was really buried deep under everything. I pulled it out so I could photograph it. I took it up and they gave me a replacement plate, but I told them I hope I hadn`t ingested any of this, I`m on a blood thinner. I contacted Fazoli`s corporate twice and explained what happened, and asked for an email I could send the pictures to. They`ve ignored me and refused to answer my emails. Needless to say, I`m done with Fazoli`s and have contacted the BBB. I may also contact the Indiana Attorney General`s office. read more

This place is family and dollar friendly. It's a Italian fast food but with quality, the bread sticks are hot, fresh, delicious, and unlimited I personally thought they were better than OG. The menu has your familiar items like pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, and fettuccine alfredo. I must say we were pleased when our meals arrived to the table, our food was hot and our waiter even had fresh parmesan cheese. I ordered the sampler plate that cost about 8. and I made it a combo for $3. That added a decent size side salad and a drink or a slice of pizza and a drink, I got the salad. My plate had fettuccini Alfredo, spaghetti with one meatball, lasagna, and rigatoni. My boyfriend got the primo sandwich. That sandwich was worth the order. The sauces were decent for a place like this, I could taste the basil in the red sauce. So if you like Italian and don't want to break your pocket book but want to take the family out for a bite to eat, trythis place a try. read more

Quick service and the young lady taking our order was friendly. Tables were clean and our food was brought out pretty quickly. I did have to get up to get extra bread sticks. But even then the young lady was very friendly and wrapped us some sticks. On our way out my husband had a oops moment and spilt his entire class of Ice tea. They said they would take care of it. I felt really bad so o clean up what I could off the counter. Great food and great friendly service. read more

For one fast Italian food, it works well. Sure it's not the high end of quality but The fact you can get an Italian style dinner without getting out of your car is a good bonus! It serves it's occasional purpose rather well. And it's location close to the hospital is convenient. read more

I wanted to give this location a shout out bc I came here early 2016 and it wasn't anything great. But the past few months I've been going more often bc the staff has really stepped it up! The management must have changed bc you get asked how your doing while you're eating in the dining room. People sometimes ask if you want more breadsticks. And they hand grated Parmesan cheese on your dish when they bring it out now. There is a boy that is really enthusiastic that's there often and they are really helpful with specials and getting your order efficiently. Went through here recently to grab the wifey some food. I havent been to Fazolits in forever and I am typiclly not a fan but it seems that they have recently re-vamped lot of their menu and kept your old favs. We ordered the baked lasagna and a side salad.in the drive through. As you round the drive through, there is a sign posted telling you if you ordered any of the Submarinos or baked pasta that they are made fresh to order and alluded to the fact that it might take a little longer because of cooking it to order. Our wait was not that long at all and when the wifey got home here food was screaming hot and fresh. The lasagna tasted very fresh and definitley filled that craving for baked pasta. I'll be returning to try some of the pizza topped pasta selections soon. read more

Rude manager/cashier. Made separate orders online and she was unhappy about it. Very rude and unprofessional. She mumbled "this is ridiculous." while giving me a nasty look. She was rude since the very start. Came for a pickup. I told her I have a pickup order and headed to the pickup shelves. And she shouted "don't take the wrong order!" Fazolis. Hmm, how to personify Fazoli's. Ah, I know. Remember when you were a kid and your interest in cooking was piqued? You then began paying more attention to what your mother was cooking and over time you began to feel confident that you could create something of you own. But you used far too little seasoning and you overcooked several components. That's Fazoli's. And, like our aforementioned scenario, I still ate the food much like your mother would have when you presented her with the watered down spaghetti. Bread sticks = Solid, hence 2 stars. read more

The food was good. Not great but good. You need to go to the counter to get breadsticks. They don't check on you like the used to do. I also witnessed the manager being very rude to another customer. I went ahead and gave 5 stars. The exceptional service Nathaniel gave and his fellow female co-worker. It made up for the dumb reply the manager gave when she was ringing us up. We asked what drink options were offered and she as a manager replied" I don't know what's out there". As a manager she should know what beverage options her restaurant serves even though the machine is in the dining area. We were not impressed. Nathaniel served up great hot food with exceptional courtesy. That made our visit very enjoyable. Also hats off to your female co-worker! Keep up the great service. Came for lunch yesterday. I used to eat at Fazoli's when I first moved to Indy about 15 years ago, but after four or five years it seemed to go through a down period - food not as good, venues not clean, service deteriorated. Since it has managed to stay in business, and I am seeing more adverts (see, sometimes they work ;) ) I dropped in and ordered the Pizza Baked Spaghetti. The layout was the same as before, but things were clean and somebody was keeping the tables bussed and floor swept. It was lunchtime, the place was fairly full, but there was only one person taking orders at the counter so ordering took longer than it should have. The food came out in an appropriate amount of time, and it was pretty tasty and fresh, with plenty of cheese, pepperoni and sausage. The bread sticks however are still the same as when I quit going - under baked to the point of being doughy. All in all it was pretty good value for lunch. I might have gone up a star if it wasn't for the wait at the counter and the flaccid bread sticks. read more

Today, however, I was a little put off by the folks at the counter and in the kitchen on their cellphones (texting) for a few minutes before they noticed me enter at the lunch hour. First, this is a problem in most every business that employees don't seem to understand how tacky it is to constantly be on their phones texting. Second, this is a restaurant and phones are disgustingly dirty. They should not be handling food and their phones at the same time. The food was good. The red sauce on the lasagna was almost too salty to eat this time. However, that's unusual. read more
