My parents and I grabbed a large pepperoni pan pizza and bakery style breadsticks for dinner. The girl on the phone was friendly and had some good recommendations. Service was quick and the pizza was ready for pickup in 20 minutes. I really appreciated the drive through carry out line. It moved quickly and was convenient for us. The Lebanon Pizza Hut is one of the last truly great ones around the greater Indy area. It's got that true Pizza Hut greatness and they actually put care into their food. The pan pizza was fabulous. I love that crunchy crust with bits of burnt cheese. 10/10. The bakery style breadsticks are where it's at. They are so spongy and came out hot and fresh. Ah yes, delicious pizza at a great value. And yes this is extremely affordable, especially for these days. I want to point out first that they have $2.75 bottles of Amber Bock!!! That's crazy!!! I've never seen beer that cheap anywhere!! One thing that was expensive was $9.99 for six wings....kinda lame really and we got the "spicyest" flavor but it was decent. Then our pizza came and it was your usual Pizza Hut pizza but it was great. The servers were really friendly and the food came out in a good time. Not the best experience. Went for lunch, hadn't been there in a few years for lunch. Usually pick up or delivery. Today I wanted the salad bar. The lettuce was less the perfect, a lot of brown lettuce in it. Said they get it bagged sometimes it good sometimes it's not. Then the pizza order was incorrect. They did adjust our ticket, very nice. But it will be sometime before I go back inside. read more

The pizza I ordered was a small mushroom and black olive with eight pieces. The crust on the pizza was the main problem. It was very dry and crumbly, like it was over cooked or not kept moist. The cheese did not come all the way up to the crust but stopped about two inches from it. Needless to say I didn't eat much of it. Our server Sue was kind as always. Beware of the Friday pizza buffet, as prices are outrageous. We took our grand kids to this establishment for a simple lunch. Two adults, an eight and a five year old costed us over $50.00; for lunch. The male server that checked us out, he's never customer-friendly. My family and I started going to this location for take out a few months ago. We were instantly hooked. Great, kind staff that seems to always be working super hard. Food is great every time. We took the kids to dine-in tonight and it was awesome! Our waiter was so nice, and everything we ordered was perfect (beyond sausage pizza, cheese sticks, chicken Alfredo and boneless wings). The restaurant is super clean, lots of tv's and overall a fun, enjoyable, relaxing family night out. Can't wait to go back!! read more

We are from out of town. My 4yo daughter and I ate there yesterday. The restaurant itself is very clean. They offer a salad bar and even discount it when you order either pizza or pasta off of the menu. The salad bar was very clean also and offered the basics. We ordered a pizza and it was delicious! Pizza Hut can never get our order correct. We've ordered take out many times we ordered ham and cheese sandwiches once and they only out one slice of ham on each sandwich. Brand-spa kin-New digs. They've completely rebuilt the new facility. While a little of me misses the older nostalgic Pizza Hut, the new place is brighter, roomier & fresh. A little loud, but that's to be expected with this small town staple. The food is just as good as it used to be and the menu has new items too. Us has been on the wait staff here for over 30 years and she always comes through. She won't let your glass get too empty. She's truly one of the reasons we come here. read more

Food was warm, but not hot. The drive arrived 20 minutes after the time they gave me, but that isn't why I gave 3 stars. Both of my pizzas weren't correct. I added black olives to one, which I had to pay extra for, and they weren't on it. On the other, I asked for no tomato and they put it on. Just too many things wrong for one order. read more

I brought my kids to the Pizza Hut Buffet in Lebanon yesterday and was greeted by a lady with such high energy and a big smile. When we went to the buffet line I asked an employee named Julie if there were any pepperoni pizzas coming up soon. She said yes give it about 5 mins. So my children and I sat back down with our salads at our table and next thing you know Julie is walking up to our table with the pepperoni pizza and said "I thought I'd bring you a few slices by the time you guys go back up it'll be gone!" Seriously she went out of her way to do something kind! Clearly we know its first come first serve but I just thought that was so nice of her to do! Used to be good and very "hometown", now it simply is not. One of the free-standing, classic Pizza Huts recently leveled their old building and opened up a corporate "Wing Street" version at the same location. Just very bland. And the primary reason the old Lebanon restaurant WAS among the best? It was one of the locations that still used the chunky premium pizza sauce, by default. The few that did is where the pizza really stood out compared to the others. Now, Pizza Hut as a corporation has done away with the premium sauce option and now the Lebanon store, one of the great Pizza Hut locations for years, is just another bland Wing Street with very bland food. read more
