This place was ok. It advertises itself as fast Italian food and it definitely delivered on those promises. The food here is decent Italian food and it was very very fast. The side salad was a good size and was pre-made and stored in a fridge under the counter. I know, because as soon as I asked for one the cashier pulled it out. Neat! They have quite a few dressings available so I went with one I'd never tried, Cherry Red Wine Vinaigrette. It was light and had a good flavor to it. Not strong, so not my favorite, but still good. I didn't need to use it all, either. The salad comes with a white cheese on it and some cut up tomatoes on the side. It was all well-portioned out and all separated on top of the lettuce so if you didn't like something it'd have been easy to take it off. Another side item was pizza, which hubby got. We all agreed it was surprisingly good. We got breadsticks but I'm not sure if they came with a meal, if they were a side someone ordered, or if everyone gets them. They were yummy, too. My penne with basil chicken didn't have any flavor to me so hubby and I switched since he liked mine more than his chicken carbonara. My family liked it here, but it just didn't have much flavor to me. I would eat here again but wouldn't go out of my way. In a town with few Italian options, it is the best option to buy your basic spaghetti with meat sauce. The other 3 restaurant options (two local and one "OG") either either over season the sauce, have wet over cooked pasta or derve it cold. In the case of the OG chain restaurant, terrible food. Now Fazoli's "Ravaoli" pasta has a lot to be desired and needs improving, but the salads and basic spaghett is truly comfort food/ The past as not soggy or over cooked. The sauces are very good. It is always super hot with fresh breadsticks. They have a 5.00 lunch specials and are quick to serve the food to the car via drive through or to the table.. read more

On my wife's birthday (August 3, 2020), we swung by the Fazoli's in Jackson, TN for dine-in because my wife was craving Italian and Fazoli's delicious breadsticks. We love coming here not only for food, but because we love the service. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because I want to commend Ms. Rhonda, in particular, for always being so nice and helpful to us each time we visit. When we walked into the dine-in area, we immediately noticed how clean the restaurant was and that every single worker was wearing their mask and were socially distanced. It was also nice to see a business where workers wear their name tags so that we can brag on them if they make us feel special! We were greeted with a warm welcome and perused the menu. My wife had been having a pretty rough birthday up to this point and when Ms. Rhonda sensed that she wasn't her typically chipper self, she made some pleasant conversation while waiting for our food that actually put a smile on my wife's face and lifted her mood. The food was fresh and delicious and the total experience of the visit positively changed my wife's attitude for the rest of her birthday. This Fazoli's location is always delicious and friendly, but the staff's (and Ms. Rhonda, specifically) helpfulness and pleasant attitude have made it a business that seems genuinely happy to see their customers. It's rare to see compassion and caring from a business, especially during this depressing pandemic era. We never know how much the little things we say can impact someone so much. Fast and hot. I have never been to this chair before but I will definitely be visiting other locations near home. It reminded me of Bertolli meals I get at Kroger and of a fast food version of Olive Garden. I like the red sauce better than the white sauce here. My husband said the pizza was good. Umm what happened to this chain. I have not been to one in probably 10 years but wow it feels like an old pizza inn. This place has computers that look like they were put in around 1989 or so. The rest of the places matches that age. Food is microwaved quick food. I know because I watched them nuke my food. Overall it taste about as good as sbaro. Plus there is 6 workers here and they are dead. I wonder what they do all night. I will say the dining area is clean. Maybe that is from lack of use ha. read more

We wanted something small and simple so we went to Fazzoli's. Unfortunately, that was not a good choice. Our coupon didn't come up until after we ordered and they wouldn't credit it to us. Ok, fair enough. The person we ordered from was more interested in ogling the young lady in line behind us than in taking our order. The food was as expected for fast food Italian, but the windows were filthy and the employees were rude. I asked a server for more breadsticks and she just turned away and never brought them. Finally my husband went up to ask for them from the counter and the same girl gave them to him. You know it sure doest hurt to be kind and just a tad respectful. Shame on you server! read more

Stay away from Fazoli's in Jackson, TN. On 5/30 they triple charged my debit card for $26.30 and has claimed 3 times since that a credit has been issued. It has not. I visited them tonight with my receipt and copies of my account statement and the GM, Gina, refused to issue a refund but rather claims again that a credit has been issued. Guess I'm out $52.
