Not about the food but the workers. Went in and saw worker eating at table by the door. She was picking at her teeth with her fingers while getting up to take my order. She didn't bother to wash her hands. I left. Weeks later went to pick up neighbors order and male manager was standing at drive thru blowing and wiping his nose and again he didn't wash his hands before asking me what I wanted. My girlfriend and I went to this Fazoli's a while ago and ordered the gluten friendly chicken pesto rotini and the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious! I was on a strict gluten-free diet at the time so eating out was very difficult as most restaurants don't offer any gluten-free options. So, I was so excited to see a gluten-free option on the menu. The gluten friendly chicken pesto rotini was very flavorful. It had a strong garlic flavor which I'm usually not into but it wasn't overpowering. It was cooked well, the noodles weren't overcooked as almost tasted like regular pasta. My girlfriend loved her fettuccine alfredo with chicken. She said that it wasn't dry, it had a very tasty creamy sauce. Unfortunately, I was unable to try the bread sticks but my girlfriend assured me that they were delicious. Suffice to say, we had a great experience. We were both very happy with not only the food but the service as well. A coworker treated me to Fazoli's, but unfortunately, the food was inedible. The service was subpar; we did not receive any breadsticks with our order, even though they were supposed to be included for free with the meal. There were five of us, and we ordered an additional twelve breadsticks, but none arrived. As for the ambiance, I can't comment since I never got to experience it. read more

Fazoli's should be everywhere! If you live in a city with one and don't go often you're missing out. My best friend and I made a trip here on our trip back to Kentucky and Kitty was amazing! We were telling her that we lived in DC and really missed the bread sticks there. If you've never been, dining in allows for unlimited bread sticks. We warned her that it had been a while and we were probably going to ask for more than the average person. We may be small bit we can eat. She was more than accommodating and checked on us regularly. Fazoli's is a fast food Italian restaurant. It's chain establishment so they have them all over the world. I am not a huge fan of Fazoli's but it's a cheap Italian Eatery. My wife always grew up really liking fazzolis because you can get a lot of food for a cheap amount of price I mean you can go in there and get a spaghetti meal with a slice of pizza and a coke for around 8 bucks so I mean it's a decent price to be honest however I don't really quite enjoy it. This one in particular has normal fast food feel to it there's nothing really special it wasn't dirty it wasn't clean nothing out of the ordinary. I would much rather spend the extra 10 bucks per person and go to Olive Garden or Rocky's on the river. So I don't really recommend Fazoli's unless you just kind of want some greezy fast food Italian restaurant. read more

Fresh food delivered fast! I came for lunch and ordered the $5 lunch. I enjoyed the spaghetti with meat marinara sauce and a slice of pepperoni pizza. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the taste of the sauce was phenomenal. The pizza was very tasty and well with plenty of pepperoni. My girlfriend prefers Fazolies spaghetti sauce over the sauce used on spaghetti at Spaghetti Factory in Louisville. I also received a soft drink and unlimited breadsticks. They offer the Coca Cola Freestyle machine for various drink choices. The metal silverware was nice verses the plasticware that most "fast food" restaurants offer. They have salt, pepper, parmesan and red pepper flakes at each table. The cashier who took my order was very friendly and checked on me several times throughout my 30 minute visit to ensure that I didn't need any more breadsticks. read more

For what it is, it's bomb. On those lazy days where you don't want to cook & you need to indulge in a gross amount of carbs, come here. Fazoli's is a chain so don't expect too much from it but it hits the spot for fast food. The service was great - even the manager checked on us. It was a last minute decision and I hadn't been here in years, I'm glad we stopped by. I ordered the ultimate sampler and the spicy penne with chicken. Inexpensive tasty food. No wait. This chain is a fast-casual Italian restaurant. Good: The gentleman (possibly the manager) taking my order helped me piece together exactly what I wanted to suit my vegetarian tastes. And he was happy to do it. Food tasted good. Extra bread sticks were delivered to the table and were *fantastic*. Chopped salad was good, too. Bad: The dining area was clean, yet a little worn. The decor of this place, inside and out, was equivalent to a fast food burger joint. While that isn't necessarily a bad thing, I find it disappointing at a fast-casual restaurant which should appear to be a notch or two better. This place was much better than my expectations. I'm not a fast food person and I would come back. We came here because it was late, many places were closed and all the other places in the area were almost only fast food. When I saw it from the outside, I said "OMG" this looks like any burger place that I don't like. But we went anyways and the food was better than the average of many fast food places. I ate the chicken carbonara, my mom the chicken parmegiano. Both were good. For dessert we had the chocolate cheesecake, very good.
