Once we entered the restaurant, we were given the choice of a small table downstairs or dining upstairs. We elected upstairs since the dining area downstairs (which is very small) was packed with a large group and only the small table was available. To reach the dining area upstairs you must climb a long staircase. I would recommend if you are challenged with stairs - make a reservation for the dining area on the first floor. Just remember you must climb a small set of stairs to get into the restaurant itself. Once we were seated, we did have to ask for the AC to be turned on - it was very stuffy. There were two of us - each ordering drinks, salads and entrees. Our waiter was excellent and handled the AC request, drinks refills, check-ins all superbly. The food was okay - not the quality I would anticipate for the price. The best description for the food would be bland - the amount of food is fine - it's just bland.
