Grand Sampler

Back for the fourth time around, and service was as amazing as ever. Kareena was the friendliest, most attentive person I think I've ever seen at a Fazoli's. She chatted with every customer about their days, their lives, how they're doing, and genuinely made the energy in the room feel welcoming. (And she kept the breadsticks coming without even asking). The food was spot on as always, and came out in no time. Can't wait to come back again!

Oven baked classic sampler: $7.99

Came into this recently opened Fazoli's for lunch on a Sunday. Of note, this is also my 1st experience ever with Fazoli's. It is located inside a gas station, but given that its brand new it doesn't really seem that way until you decide to look outside the window. It's spacious inside with a nice array of tables and booths to choose from. You order at the counter, and grab a table and the food is then brought out to you. They offer unlimited garlic breadsticks which are really bad for you but taste oh so good. Decided to go with the oven baked classic sampler for my entree, which consists of fettuccine alfredo, lasagna with meat sauce, spaghetti and meatballs baked with mozzarella & provolone. Was a good way to sample what they have to offer. My favorite was the fettuccine, and the spaghetti was decent also. Lasagna was on the dry side, and probably not something I would get again. The pasta overall was on par with what I would expect from a fast food/fast casual Italian place. Overall, I think this is a great addition to have in this area that's surrounded by truck stops with attached fast food places. It's nice to have an Italian option to pick from when you're in the mood for something quick and I will likely be back.

Great food service building is And everyone there is very helpful Enjoyed my time there at fazoli's

Chicken Parmesan

I was so excited to eat this meal because usually Fazoli's is good. However, this time was unsatisfactory. I have it one star because at least the spaghetti under the chicken was good and the breadsticks. The chicken of the Chicken Parmesan was obviously previously frozen; it tasted like sawdust (not an exaggeration). Please see in the pic, how dry it was. There was only one customer in the restaurant, which should have been my red flag. I guess they have gone down hill.

Horrible service, understaffed and can't handle more than one customer at a time apparently.

We are visiting from out of town. My girlfriend said she wanted Italian food, I did a Yelp search…read moreand selected Vito's based on reviews and looking at the menu - I liked the wide variety of options. We arrived and were promptly seated. My girlfriend immediately noticed that it appeared to be all 'locals' - that's a good sign! It's not a 'modern' restaurant. It's apparently been there for a long time. It's comfortable and feels like a nice Italian restaurant (I've eaten at many restaurants in Italy so I have a little bit of an idea for authentic ambiance.) We received a basket of bread - delicious seasoning along with an oil dip. I'm a bit of a beer snob so I was happy to see a good IPA on their beer list. We both started with a dinner salad. My girlfriend had the Tortellini and I had the Chicken Scaloppine. Both were delicious. The waiter and waitress were prompt, courteous and helpful. The prices were reasonable. There was plenty of food. We didn't have room for dessert unfortunately so no recommendations there. It was an enjoyable experience. My girlfriend said she really enjoyed it and was very happy with my selection (whew!).

They now have removed the bar prep area to make room for more tables. Does change the atmosphere alittle but understand. The kitchen has always been with the Irish side adjoined. Still need to try it, sounded like they were having fun. Lasagna was great with plenty of sauce surrounding it. Soup was good, think it was spinach cream. Husband changes what he orders but loves it all. Lemon cake with raspberry drizzle so good. Service great and you don't have to dress up. A very charming place.

Honestly, I get the hype…read more. The place is on the smaller side, but that actually made it feel more cozy and low-key. The lighting was nice, the vibe felt a little upscale without being stuffy, and it seemed like everyone there was having a good time. I ordered the carbonara, and wow, it was legit. Super creamy, flavorful, and the portion was bigger than I expected. The complimentary bread and dips were also dangerous because I could've easily filled up on those alone. My friend got a cocktail, and after stealing a sip, I kinda wished I'd ordered one too. Service was great overall. Everyone was friendly, and our server was on top of things without constantly interrupting the table.

Great Food, Cozy Vibes, Worth the Reservation…read more Checked out Patrono for dinner recently after hearing a lot of good things, and it mostly lived up to the hype. The first thing that stood out was the atmosphere. It's not a huge restaurant, which actually made it feel more cozy and relaxed. The lighting was nice, the space felt inviting, and it worked really well for a date night or catching up with friends. Food-wise, everything tasted fresh and well made. The carbonara was rich and flavorful without feeling too heavy, and the complimentary bread with the dips disappeared way faster than expected. The cocktails were also really solid. Not the kind of place where drinks feel like an afterthought. The service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Our server checked in regularly without hovering, which I always appreciate.

Homemade warm soft focaccia bread, served fresh out of the oven started our food journey. The White Anchovies, reminded us of our trip to Sicily, mild flavored served on crostini sprinkled with delightful crunchy fried capers (I added a drizzle of olive oil to add extra depth of flavor. Lamb Meatballs-very delicate & tender, lacked fresh herbs or cheese, but served in a vibrant marinara sauce. Beet Salad-bright field served on generous portion of earthy sweet roasted beets, tangy goat cheese & sweet carmalized onions. Cacio e Pepe- Dish delivered a rich layered taste experience. Homemade Bucatini, cracked black pepper, creaminess of sharp Pecorino cheese sauce clinged to every bite of pasta. The Bolognese lacked the signature ingredients that define the dish, far from being Bolognese! Kudos for making homemade Pappardelle pasta, but pasta had no bite, over cooked to the mushy point. Bravo to server Michael, friendly, knowledge of menu, very attentive taking care that each course arrived with a fresh setting. We will go back to Piatto for dinner. Piatto has a lovely bar area with a nice Happy Hour, we are looking forward to trying out !

Chicken Parmesan was burnt and terrible. Seafood picatta was overrun by capers and sauce was salty and flavorless. Service was not accommodating or friendly. It seemed as though there were a lot of regulars who were treated well but we didn't care for the service. As the evening progressed, the restaurant was way too loud. We were yelling across the table to hear each other. Quite pricey. Overall, I wouldn't recommend. There are much better Italian restaurants in OKC, particularly for the price point.

Be prepared to make reservations for this child friendly restaurant with all the ambience (like street trolley tables) if you have a large party (6 or more) or young children who need to eat early, etc. As older adults, we were able to walk right in and eat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and conversational but also extremely efficient. She helped my husband pick out an IPA with a couple of samples. offered opinions on the menu choices (all pasta related) and info. Salads arrived chilled and fresh. The bread was good. The spaghetti dishes were great (I had the sampler, he had the rich meat sauce.) The spumoni chocolate cherry pistaschio dessert was delicious. Portions were generous. Not just a good restaurant for a tourist/convention/sports/business heavy area, a great restaurant. We live in the greater Houston area of 10 square miles, 7 million people, and enough fine dining, chain restaurants, family run ethnic places--we appreciated this restaurant as a great dining experience in downtown Oklahoma City.

Even though it's a different location, it still holds a lot of nostalgic memories for me, like sitting in the trolley car. My brother and I used to think that was so fun when we were little. Unfortunately the service always seems really slow at this location. That's the only negative thing I have to say. My son and I had to be at a concert and we sat at the table for 17 minutes without being offered water or our order being taken , all the waiters and waitresses were trying not to make eye contact and dodging. I ended up flagging a manager, Joey came over and was super friendly and very helpful and prompt. He got us served right away after explaining to him the situation. The bread is always nice and warm and I always order the meat sauce spaghetti I had a salad this time with creamy Italian dressing. It was very delicious and my son got the chicken marsala with minestrone soup. Of course, the best part is dessert. We always get the spumoni ice cream. I love how they have a three course meal. For the meat sauce spaghetti - $18.99 that comes with soup or salad and choice of ice cream favor.
