I rate every place based on what I expect for the type of restaurant. This is a fast food Italian place, so I'm not rating it like a nice Italian restaurant. The place was not very busy so I was surprised that with a full staff, there were quite a few dirty tables. It took us a bit to find one we were comfortable eating at. Also, the first few utensils had food residue on them which indicates their dishwasher needs attention. As far as the food we both thought it was tasty and good portions. I got the chicken parmigiana, my wife got the GF pesto pasta, and we got fettuccine Alfredo to go. All of them tasted great. For $10 each we got a much better meal than we'd get at most fast food places. Next time I'll likely get it all to go to avoid the dirty tables and utensils. Unless management addresses those issues, we won't be back inside. read more

Was in the area so we decided to stop by for a late lunch. So for the price point the portion size is quite generous, however, in terms of quality I guess you get what you pay for. The marinara tasted like it was straight out of a can and lacked seasoning, the cheese pizza was quite tough and as big as the Spaghetti and Meatballs were there were only 3 meatballs atop all that pasta. To our delight, the Fettuccine Alfredo was actually quite tasty, the Fried Mozzarella were good and the Breadsticks we received were fresh out of the oven and were sooo yummy. We ate in the restaurant which isn't the most inviting area. A suggestion for them is to look into a more sturdy set of placeware. The plastic set they provide is not sturdy enough to handle the pasta so it can make eating a little tough. read more

3pm and floors are filthy. Food was so so. Service sucked. Very rude manager in a white shirt and breaded hair. Tried to ask a question when food was dropped on my table in front of me and was told "you will have to come to the counter"! Then she refused to except the check in offer. DISGUSTING! This is the second time I've been here and seen the grossest behavior in food service! I was waiting on a to-go order and happened to be standing with a view of the people working in the back preparing what looked like pizza dough on a big table. Some red headed dude took off his ball cap and proceeded to vigorously scratch his head right over the pizza dough. I immediately told the counter person what he was doing and told her to tell the manager. How long has this guy not had a clue what proper food handling procedures are? Calling the health department tomorrow! This is not a sanitary food establishment. The last time I saw something gross, I yelp reviewed it and the manager contacted me. This time I will not remove my review. This is unacceptable! Usually, this is a great place to have Italian cuisine fast...this trip was very disappointing. Service was friendly but very slow. I ordered the sampler plate and the lasagne had such a hard bottom noodle that I could not cut through it with the knife they supplied. I paid $18 for two meals and two small drinks. That is way to much for the quality of the food. The pastas alfredo sauce was so watered down you could see your fork through it. They pick up dishes but just pile them by the trash and don't take them to the back to wash. Gross to look at while I'm eating, y'all need to improve on quality and sanitation. read more

We waited 30 minutes for our food and when it finally came it was cold it wouldn't have been so bad if they were busy but they weren't. We saw them just standing around and messing with their phone. You know...maybe my pallet has changed or the menu has gotten simpler, but I remember this place having some amazing Italian style sandwiches in addition to the slices of pizza and other Italian fare available today. The food is good, but no where near real, authentic Italian. More like Italian fast food...from a can. This is a typical Fazoli's. It's fast food Italian that is priced right. Don't expect anything great, but nothing is horrible either (well I'm not much of a fan of their pizza). They're breadsticks are awesome! I typically get the twice baked ziti, or the fettucini alfredo. read more

Ran out of bread sticks. I had to go get the salads as they didn't bring them out before or when they brought the meal. Food was warm in a matter of minutes after we got it because it was so cold in the place. Had to finally ask if there were any bread sticks and there were. My family and I are big fans of Fazoli's restaurants, but this particular restaurant was a big disappointment. For starters, the entire restaurant was filthy. 1. The tile floor was covered in a film that made the floor sticky. 2. The trash cans in the men's and women's restrooms were overflowing into the floor, the toilets were very dirty, and the floors were filthy. 3. We had to walk all the way around the restaurant to find a table that had been wiped off, and there was trash and food all over the floor. 4. The soda machine was out of ice and there were only two forks left for the entire restaurant. We had to eat our food with plastic knives and spoons. 5. The wait staff said they were behind on dishwashing so they brought our dine-in meals to us in to-go containers. 6. They ran out of bread sticks and didn't offer to cook more - we only had one each. 7. There was still Christmas music playing on February 1. Food was a little disappointing. Both our dishes weren't very fresh tasting or hot despite going in two hours before closing time. Our server refused to look us in the eye and barely spoke up. They ran out of breadsticks when we wanted more as well. Both Coke and Diet Coke were sold out at the soda machine.
