Food and services are awesome but prices are going up steadily for the past 6 months or so. My suggestion is get the app to rewards and or coupons for future purchases

A top-notch experience. Now if only I didn't have to travel from AZ to WI to enjoy Fazolis... Breadsticks were remarkable. My baked ziti was impressive. Pleasant customer service, clean atmosphere, what more could you ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Flavor was not up to the mark. It seems they just reheated the frozen stuff. I didn't expected from fazoli because i have been to there other locations and no douth there food was delicious especially there garlic bread freshly baked.

Make your own pasta (penne, marinara, meatballs) and a side salad with ranch dressing.

This place is great. The service was fast and efficient. Our order was correct. Considering this is a fast food restaurant, I was impressed how they brought our entrees out on a tray, placed them on a folding table and then put freshly grated mozzarella on each item. It was all decorated for Christmas too. I really enjoyed their meatballs and breadsticks. The small side salads were the perfect size. Overall, a great quick Italian meal before we returned to our holiday festivities. Would definitely recommend.

But it's pretty minimal inside and it's a place that you would get stuff to go. The guy at the counter was very nice and extremely helpful. I made a couple modifications and he was so kind about it even though I know I was being kind of annoying and apologized for it. He was so nice and did not make me feel bad. The service is great. I did notice that he both works the counter and cooks the food in the back, so he's clearly very hard-working. The fries were great crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The chicken sandwich was made well, but the chicken was a little bit dry, which is why I gave four stars instead of five. I added some extra sauce I had at home and it was perfect. I would maybe recommend asking for extra sauce if you plan on eating it there. Overall good food and great service. Will definitely be back if we need something quick to go.

With that said, I suppose I'm not all that surprised that their fish fry was one of the best battered cod fish fry offerings I've had in the state! The amount of food you get, and the quality of food they provide is top-tier... not even putting into consideration that they are a burger and custard joint! They aren't often in the discussions with the big-wigs in southeast Wisconsin for fish fry, but I can say that I've waited in many lines longer, for worse ones, at places that were highly recommended for battered cod diners on Friday nights! If you wait until after 5, it's going to be a 30-45 minute wait... MINIMUM. But you'll understand why people are willing to sacrifice their time for this place, once you dive into your meal! Moderately battered cod pieces, perfectly fried in oil that's been changed often. Sits along with marbled rye that's been salted juuuust enough to bring out the subtle sweetness in the bread. Coleslaw isn't too creamy or vinegary, in case you're looking for a certain type like many people I know. My only complaint was having to pay for extra butters since the one they provide just isn't enough for the size of bread slice they give you. Even though 10 cents per butter isn't that much, and I understand that as a business it's not smart to give several per order just to have them potentially thrown out by customers, and I appreciate them not giving many away for free and having to cover those costs with higher prices for people that don't even use it. So just be aware that, if you're not eating it back at a place with butter available... you might want to order an extra butter per bread when you get your food so you don't have to get back into/add to the congestion of what is a typical Friday night dinner service! Either way, it's worth the wait, in my opinion! Whenever I have people come into town, and they want a great beer-battered fish fry, this has become my go-to. I've not had a bad meal there since I've added them to my rotation 10 years ago!

It's creamy, flavorful, and they give you a good portion. For the month of February, they had a special, "Cupid's Creation." Lots of yummy additions that give it amazing flavor and texture. It was larger than something I would normally eat, but it was oh so good. My friend had the vanilla malt, and he enjoyed that. FYI, my past experiences with some of the other cooked food items have not been stellar, so I only get ice cream confections when I'm there. Service: Friendly and helpful service from the person who took our order. Our ice cream desserts came out in short order. Atmosphere: The Red Barn exterior is cute and inviting. Love the cone-shaped sign out front. Inside is spacious, well lit, and clean. There are plenty of tables inside, along with tables at the front that have large windows that bring in natural light. Definitely a place that I would recommend for their ice cream!

For years Kopp's has been my go-to, but Oscar's has quickly won me over -- it's now my favorite frozen custard shop in the city. The texture is what sets it apart: dense, thick, and creamy, exactly how custard should be. Their flavors of the day change daily, and the website makes it easy to check ahead. I usually get a three-scoop dish, and Oscar's is also the best value of the big three -- $4.15 compared to $6.00 at Kopp's and $7.25 at Gilles. A neat tip: you can order a cone with your custard and ask for it in a dish -- they'll place the cone on top so you get the best of both worlds without the mess. They also serve burgers and fries, and I tried a hamburger once. While decent, I still prefer the burgers at Kopp's, so Oscar's will remain my go-to spot for a frozen custard fix. The West Allis location has plenty of parking and indoor seating. Service is fast and the staff are always super friendly. Between the price, texture, and flavor variety, Oscar's has become my top custard stop in Milwaukee. Highly recommended.

In front is a sunken tree garden that must be a neat place to enjoy your food when the weather is nice. It's very shaded and has nice benches and a relaxing vibe to it. It's also the only place that I saw to sit down and enjoy your food. Inside the building is quite large but only has about 4 tables to stand next to without any seats. I think most people either go eat the food in their car or take it home. I ordered 2 scoops of their frozen soft serve custard. The flavored scoops were vanilla and turtle pecan. It cost $5 and change which was a real value too. I stood in a short line and had my dessert in less than 5 minutes. They have several lines to stand in to serve the many customers who come here. The vanilla scoop was rich and delicious. The turtle pecan scoop rocked my world! It had many half pecans in it and the custard was perfect in a buttery like taste that made me what to order another serving but in the interest of my waistline I decided not to. This custard impressed me. They also serve burgers, hot dogs, etc. too and I am sure it's all good here. This is a big operation that serves many people. I counted somewhere between 15-20 people working there all dressed in their white uniforms behind the counter. I wish we had a Kopp's where I live!

I would habe given 5 stars if it were for custards only, but burger and fries were quite poor…read more Reading thru a lot of old and new reviews, both from Yelp and internet in general, I got the sense that burgers used to be a lot better in the old days. Having tried them for the first time, I have to say, I can completely understand why they would say that, even without prior knowledge. I could definitely see the potential from the first bite of the burger. Patties were cooked right and gave me pleasant feeling of decent bite, except for being a bit bland. Buns definitely did not add anything to the totality of the burger, staying consistent with what everyone says. Made me wonder what kind of buns they used to use that made it better. Did not care for the soggy, green leafy part of lettuce they shoved into it. Like a normal person, I prefer a bit of crunch in my burger lettuce, but it did nothing but take away from the experience. I was sold on the idea of fried onions, but my onions didn't look or feel fried. Maybe my expectations were different on what fried onions meant? I was imagining deep fried battered onions, but maybe what I got was non-battered fried onions. Either way, it didn't leave any impression. I think I also made the mistake of asking for ketchup and mustard without specifically asking just how much. My burger ended up being too sour due to too much of both. I think I read on their website somewhere that I was supposed to be able to taste the specialness of their Wisconsin cheese, but everything else about the burger was so overpowering that I barely could tell if there was any cheese at all. Fries were SUPER soggy from the get go. I *only* brought the bad outside to open it immediately after grabbing them, so it wasn't like they stayed in the bag long enough to get soggy. Now.. having said all that. Custards were amazing! Definitely at the top of my list of frozen custards I've had thus far. The girl at the counter had me try both the daily specials and both were super good. So good that I'll probably drive my girls an hour out here just to buy them custards, especially as it gets warmer. If it were just for burgers and fries, I might have given them two stars. But since the name of the institution is Kopp's Frozen Custard, I'm more inclined to be a bit forgiving.. I had them at 3 stars originally, but I think I'll bump it up to 4, landing them personally at 3.5.
