Instead of taking responsibility, I was met with excuses and a dismissive attitude, which only added to my frustration. The only bright spot in this experience was the manager. Since the rest of my food had been sitting there for over an hour, the manager apologized and remade the entire order. I genuinely appreciate how professionally the manager handled the situation.
