We have gone multiple times and now was told that they likely wont heat it this summer. My toddler left with blue lips... kids are all huddled up at the hot tube and its too cold for parents to go in with their kids. Membership was raised and at this point if we can't swim for the summer as a family its likely we will be looking into other family gyms such as Lifetime or Villa sport.... Hopefully the management will change their minds- its clearly a cost issue, but in the long run may make things worse if more families choose to cancel their memberships. On the gym side of things I find the gym equipment and track nice but locker room hot tubs and showers can really use more attention - as they are rather dirty. Also it would be nice if they opened the outside pool cafe area with snack and drinks

The hot tub was closed basically all winter. THE LOCKER ROOMS. Everyday it is something new whether it being too humid to even be in there, the lockers do not work half of them are broken locks, hot tub is always closed, showers are pretty disgusting, and the whole locker room just being closed for the day is insane. The cafe never really sticks to its hours. Half of the gym is a day care. Equipment is way too close together. There is ONLY ONE SHOULDER MACHINE. I could really go on and on. Paying for the second most expensive gym in the entire area #1 being lifetime which I can actually get behind. I am truly disappointed. Please fix your prices are upgrade the gym because they do not add up.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to a world where sweat glistens a bit more elegantly. The MAC isn't just a gym it's a sanctuary of stature. You don't simply walk in... oh no, you belong here. Membership isn't a convenience, it's a declaration. Behind those doors lies a realm of polished marble, hushed conversations, and the faint, dignified clink of perfectly chilled water glasses. Inside, it's sleek immaculately so. Machines aligned like soldiers of fortune, locker rooms that whisper spa-day indulgence, and a calm that feels imported from somewhere far more exclusive than downtown Portland. This is where ambition meets tranquility... where CEOs, legacy names, and those in-the-know escape the city's chaos without ever leaving it. And the vibe? Think Nob Hill with a gym membership and a trust fund. There's no chaos, no clanging weights echoing into oblivion just refined motion, deliberate pace, and an understanding that wellness, like wealth, should be curated. So if you find yourself wandering downtown, peering in like Gatsby outside the green light, just know: this isn't merely a place to work out. It's a lifestyle one you don't stumble into... you ascend into. Lifestyles of the fit and the fabulous, darling.

The a la Grivois cocktail started the experience on a high note: amaro and vermouth together make for a velvety sweetness. The house green soup was a winner, I'm sure the French Onion would be also. We were there for prime rib night and their version rivals that at Clyde's: a hearty cut and full of flavor. At first glance, I was disappointment to see scalloped-type potatoes, but these were the best I've had. The warm bread and salad were above par. Great service by one of the long time waiters.

My son is 4 and is on the spectrum- finding a place he is comfortable at and well cared for has not been easy. We are always greeted by every single person who works there and the staff at the kids club is so incredibly welcoming and you can tell they really care about the kids. My son asks to go to the gym every single day - he has made friends, he is talking more, he is becoming much more independent and it is because of Villa Sports. Stacey has went out of her way to give me updates on my son and I feel like this place is so lucky to have her, and so is every kid that goes here. If I could list every kids club staff member I would because I truly love all of them. If you have kids, this place is for you! No question about it. On top of that, this place is clean, has so many machine opens, tons of free weights, a great pool and just wow - I will never go anywhere else and honestly neither should you! Yes this is a real review, no I wasn't paid to write it I just TRULY hope every parent who needs this gyms find this gym.

I was a little intimidated to be working with him initially. I've only had female personal trainers in the past, and I came into that session during a phase of life where I felt disconnected from my body. I felt very vulnerable and exposed to be reaching out for help to a really strong gym guy. During that session, Matt made me feel so comfortable. He was kind and encouraging. We talked about all of my postpartum challenges and he took notes on what mattered most to me and what I wanted from our time together. I really appreciated how he didn't assume what I wanted or needed just from looking at me. I left that session feeling empowered, hopeful, and safe in this space. (Not to mention he fixed my squat in that first session!) Over the last few months, with Matt's programming, I have gained a few pounds of muscle and lost 6% of my body fat. He writes my programs based on my schedule and what I enjoy doing. He's adapted my workouts to support my pelvic floor health which was a very big postpartum concern for me. Any fear I had of bringing up my pelvic floor to a male trainer were squashed by Matt's caring/person-first approach to training. If you are feeling vulnerable, exposed or intimidated, but ready to get some professional support in the gym, I cannot recommend Matt more highly. He's the trainer for you! In addition to my work with Matt, I began taking Reformer Pilates classes once a week with Kate. It is the most fun I've ever had while working that hard! The Reformer machine is such a unique piece of equipment and keeps my brain really interested and engaged in what we are doing. The glide of the carriage and buoyancy of the springs feel so unique to other types of equipment. It's SO fun- horizontal jumping anyone?! But also, so challenging! Luckily for me, Kate is an incredible instructor! Her cues and prompts are spot on and always help me correct my form and activate the right muscle group. She moves throughout the room and provides individualized encouragement and coaching to each of us. Kate also facilitates an awesome vibe in the class! She is fun and friendly and has created a space that feels welcoming and easy to enter into, even as a total beginner. I'm extremely thankful for the team at Villa Sport who have made me feel like I belong while also achieving my goals. 10/10 recommend.

You are required to clean up your space, including sweeping the floor and wiping off all tables. Our only recurring issue is the technical equipment in the room. Each time we've held a gathering, the equipment hasn't worked properly. The microphone needs upgrading as well. It kept cutting out when people were talking into it. We were bummed we couldn't get the projector to work either. It would have been nice to have pictures of our loved ones on the screen with background music. Overall, it is a nice venue for large groups. We would recommend it to host gatherings.

I had fun but I would love to see some change at this rink…read more I grew up very spoiled by the ice rink that was in my small town in Wyoming. It was seasonal but it was free to skate there because of local donors. There were always multiple staff who skated around the rink to make sure everyone was safe and guided people around those who had fallen or were creating unsafe situations for all the skaters. The figure skaters only practiced in the middle of the rink that had cones around it to prevent any public members from confusion and entering that space. You were asked to follow the direction of the skating and not go against the flow. There was a mandatory break halfway to clear the ice. This rink is a far cry from that. Skating is honestly a hazard here! I had to check in mid skate to see if I was still in public skate because there were so many figure skaters on the rink doing whatever they wanted. Skating wrong ways, blocking the path, zig zagging between skaters, all the things figure skaters do.I had a few almost run ins myself. I don't understand why public skate can't be a fun time to skate around and around without worrying if you're going to have a head on collision with the figure skater. I felt really frustrated because this wasn't the first time that I've come here and had this happen. Can there be a designated time for the figure skaters to practice? I get it.. share the ice but when it's a literal free for all it's hard to predict where to skate and stay safe. I'm familiar with how to stop safely but for newbies this is really unsafe. I want to take my nephews here but is there a time when it's truly a public skate?

I paid for a couple seasons for my nephew and we been waiting six weeks to hear if we even playing in July much less taking all those trips promised at the beginning of each season. Bro, straight up, the guy who directs this place sat there and blabbed about how this a family and they all grow together and how the boys would be going on trips and doing team bonding, first thing I taught my nephew....DONT LIE when he was like two. Two seasons I hear all these great things come out dudes mouth and how great it is there but WTF because none of it happened. We had to hunt down parent info to ask if anyone had any info. Nope. I talked to five families who sent a total of 19 emails and not one was answered. We pay these guys a lot of money and they can't even answer these people they say is their family? You got one screwed up family then. Two families bought tickets to places they don't even know if they going to. The place can't answer an email to save their life. The director talked about all these perks for signing up our players and NONE happened. They do not care about you, they do not care about them players, they only care about themselves and I had to hunt down bros number on the white pages to ask there the JULY, like in the summer ya'll when families want to travel, schedule is and if we going or not going and I got "who this?"
