FDM responded to my call on water leak occurring at our vacation home in Boulder City NV. Not only did they get to property quickly and meet my brother on site, they then communicated great to me on remediation work needed and promptly took action to minimize damages. Justin REALLY cares about you having a comfortable home and is super knowledgable. He found the plumbing problem that the plumbing company was not able to find earlier that day and was giving us a terrible smell issue. It wasn't obvious where the smell was coming from (other than a general area), but Justin was able to locate the precise pipe that was corroding and expelling the smell because he went on his back and elbows to put his nose is various places (something that the plumber didn't bother to do). Justin also went beyond the job to help us learn about potential plumbing, flooring, and electrical issues that was present in this home that we just bought. We knew they were on the way to other jobs after ours but they cared enough to bring up problem spots that they saw, although none of those would lead to any job for their company to perform. read more

A couple of months ago, we had an issue where our toilet overflowed and spread to part of our warehouse, throughout the hallways and part of our office. Toilet water spread all over and for obvious reasons needed someone to help us right away. We called three different places and they all said they would get back to us. Well, four times a charm because I kept looking and found a fourth vendor and received a call back within a half hour. The place I called was All Bay Restoration after seeing such high reviews. I spoke to Andrea, who I didn't know was the owner at the time, and she was so informative. It was such a difference compared to the other vendors, who to be honest, didn't express the importance or urgency of the matter. Andrea had said they had a job currently but would make a point to come by the same day to assess the damage. Please keep in mind, I had made this call at 4:50pm, 10 minutes to closing. They arrived within the hour and I meet Justin, who is the owner as well. Justin assessed the situation and answered all of my questions. I found Justin very honest and knowledgeable in his craft. At this point, it was an easy decision to go with All Bay Restoration. They actually started the job right then and there. The damage we had was pretty extensive but through every step of the way, I found them very honest and professional. At the end of it, we were happy with the end results. Not many contractors know how to deal with insurance claims or even have the estimating software needed to do it, so we were thrilled from our very first meeting with FDM. If you are ever in a situation where you're in need of restoration due to damages to your home, this is the BEST company to contact to help you with everything you need, every step of the way. I called All Bay Restoration in a panic when my toilet overflowed and flooded my downstairs kitchen and dining area. We cleaned up the flooding as best as we could, but the obvious water remaining under our flooring and walls was concerning. Not to mention, I was cringing envisioning nasty shit water germs infesting my home, even though I disinfected everything with Pine-Sol and Clorox wipes like 10x. Thankfully I was referred to this company from a friend who spoke highly of them. Andrea took my call, and When I explained my situation, she made herself available to assess my home and the water damages right away. She was really professional and super knowledgable and immediately put a lot of my concerns at ease. She explained how toilet water is a category 3 hazard to anything that can't be heat sterilized and said it had to go asap and knew my homeowners insurance would totally cover it. Andrea was even kind enough to call my home insurance company to start the claim for me. She really knows her stuff! Within hours, she got insurance authorization and started making moves with her amazing crew. They measured, packed up the working areas with lightning speed, and had dehumidifiers, fans, dryers going, and tore out all the affected flooring and dry wall. I'm still in awe at how quick they started getting restoration going, despite having several other jobs going on as well. ​I would give Justin and FDM more than 5 stars if I could. There are simply not enough stars on Yelp to give him. Absolutely outstanding work, service, quality, and integrity. He did an amazing job for me and really helped me when I discovered I had a water break beneath my house this past week. The first plumber I had come out on Friday misdiagnosed the problem at my house and instead of finding the leak, he installed a new water heater for me. Since I still had no hot water on Saturday, I had to call yet another plumbing company to come out and help me. That company was not able to do the job due to the tiny (and scary looking) crawl space beneath my house, but they did put me in touch with Justin, who was able to come out and figure out a way to help me. Justin was there more to help me with the foundation issues of my house (the structure of my house near the water break was about to cause the floor to cave in). Justin said he is not even a plumber by trade, and was not sure he could get into the tiny crawl space area to reach the broken pipe, but he said he would do all he could to get in there and fix it. He was out my house for hours, and he and his colleague crawled through a lot of mud and the smallest space you can imagine to get to the broken pipe and fix it. And he came back on Monday after the area had dried to jack up my house and fix the foundation. While he was there I mentioned I thought I might need new gutters because my neighbors had complained it was basically flooding into their yard...well, Justin went up on my roof and said you don't need new ​gutters, they just needed cleaning. He cleaned them...and did not even charge me for that. I have a small 3 year old son and we had gone 2+ days with only cold water, and then one day with no water all after we found the leak. Justin easily could have said he does not repair pipes and he can't fit in under that small space beneath my house to fix it. But he didn't...he spent hours at my home trying to help me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this guy. I want to spread the word. If you are looking for someone who is ethical, hard working, careful, and goes the extra 1,000 miles, then this is your guy. I think it is at least well worth your time to use him as a second estimate because he is so upfront and honest. He will not overcharge you and do things you don't need done. We needed a contractor to do a build back from water damage from the above condo. From the initial conversation with Justin who provided me with the company background to speaking & meeting with Andrea, we knew we would be in good hands. Andrea advised us of all the missed tear out areas & lack of personal property being protected the restoration company needed to handle. She stepped into the lead role to show the workers from the water damage & water removal company what was needed to be done as well as dealing with the insurance agent to make sure all of our current & possible future claims for incomplete removal of water damaged areas were handled accurately before their company would start the build back of the unit. We needed a clean up from a sewer pipe that deteriorated and leaked in the crawl space. FDM came in quickly, and did a great job. They communicated throughout the job, did their work cleanly and efficiently and communicated with the plumber who is doing the repair letting them know it's ok to proceed with the pipe repair.
