If I could give this company zero stars I would. They charged me so much money for doing little to nothing that my claims adjuster had to have them reduce the charges from 2996.30 to 1900.38.In my opinion it should have been reduced to nothing as nothing is what they did for me. I would never ever use this company again nor would I refer them to anyone. Buyer Beware and make sure to read the other 1 star reviews this company has received. I will not be taking down this truthful review as requested by the owner. Why? Because I don't want anyone else being taken advantage of. Long story... I am a mom who had a roof leak from rain water that went into my drywall. I hired a big well known water restoration company to do the demolition (it was covered by insurance). They removed the drywall which had mold but the studs had virtually no visible mold. They informed me that I should do a mold remediation to the tune of $2000, with an additional $500 mold clearance test (none of which my insurance would cover). The guy was a fast talker, and quite the salesman. I felt so much pressure and so I called Pinnacle Restoration. I was thinking maybe they'll have a lower bid for the remediation. When the owner saw the area, she informed me 1) the other company did not demo enough of the drywall and 2) if I was her client, they would've treated that area for free and it was ridiculous what the company was trying to do. I will be hiring them for the treatment which will be a SMALL fraction of what the big company was trying to charge me. I'm so thankful to Pinnacle and their expertise and honesty. Never could I imagine the day after closing on a brand new house we would be devasted by a terrible flood destroying our 24 hr brand new built home .Within an hour Miranda and JJ came to save the day .As I stood in shock and devastation Miranda just kept saying it'll be ok .Several crews came as this was a bad bad flood and they did amazing !Supportive ,kind ,respectful and purely amazing !They have been there over a week sadly still tearing out my brand new house but knowing Miranda and crew was there gave me peace !They were there to explain process ,document everything and help us in our darkest week .We def called the right people for this job and I'm truly glad we met they are amazing humans who know their stuff !!Id give them 50 stars if I could u guys are the best !! read more

I had a sudden burst of a water pipe in my dining room wall Sunday, 9/4/22. I woke up at 6:30am to a flooded house - 1 1/2" to 2" of water throughout my house. I called Pinnacle Restoration at 6:40am and they were at my house within 40 minutes. JJ, Derek and Miranda were amazing. I was in shock and practically incoherent. JJ took charge and he and Derek started the clean up work and Miranda helped me through paperwork. All 3 of them calmed me down and made me feel like everything was going to be all right. absolutely the worst company that I've ever gone through, let alone, and they were scamming me. They tell me that your walls are messed up and we have to take the drywall off. And places at the water never even touched or even was in those rooms they were trying to charge me. They also wanted me to move out. Just for a couple rooms. My husband did all the work and they came over 45 minutes after he was all done and just put the blowers in the house and it humidifier. They wanted to charge you $20,000 for nothing that they even did. Watch out for these people I don't recommend them. The owner is a big scam and the people that work at that company doesn't know what they are doing. Anybody can go online and get a restoration mold card for $300 and not know nothing. And that's what it seems to me that people that work for her this company. If I can give it a -5 stars, I definitely would. Big big big big scam don't mess with this company. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I definitely needed to today and I'd give them 100 stars if I could. The entire experience I've had with this company from start to (almost) finish has been absolutely amazing. I had water damage in my guest bathroom (and of course right before the quarantine) and not only did they give me peace of mind every step of the way, but they were knowledgeable, quick, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I really wish I could give them 0 stars. I am very upset and overwhelmed with the owner Joahn. She started work on my home immediately, but would not give me an estimate until around three weeks later. She was more concerned with what my homeowners insurance was going to pay out,rather than being upfront and honest with her pricing after her evaluation. All of her employees were very nice and professional. I had a flood and my family got the water up immediately and turned on some fans to air out. I noticed that some laminate was lifting, so I figure that we needed some professional help. We called Pinnacle restoration within the hour they came out,then that evening they placed fans in my home and the next morning they came in and took up my flooring where the water path had flowed only. I expected them to do that, what I did not expect was for them to do is destroy my entire downstairs. They took apart by bathroom, by not only taking up the floor, but by also taking the sink/cabinet out, took the toilet up and placed it into the bath tub disconnected my shower head... so my a bathroom has been inoperable for a month and I don't understand why all this was done. My laundry room and my kitchen has not been operable for a month, boxes were placed on my smoked glass table which scratched it up horribly, my oven was moved to take the floor out of the kitchen and was not installed back properly so I had no stove for weeks, my blinds were taken down and everything was just placed in disarray around my house, on floors and in my garage. Its a complete mess and extremely upsetting. My insurance adjuster came out to do their estimate, she also felt that they were price gouging and that they did unnecessary work for the mitigation, especially with how quickly the water was taken up and fans placed..she voiced this to me and to Pinnacle Restoration. Joahn charged me a lot of money to destroy my house only and was going to charge an extreme amount to put it back together (restore it). I went with another contractor who's work I've seen in some homes and he is charging me over $10,000 less than what Pinnacle was going to charge me to fix and complete her companies work. These guys are great BAR NONE. I am somewhat familiar with how Yelp ranks (based on number of reviews and higher stars and number of "impressions") but service wise-wow!!! I had a handyman scheduled the day of our move and he came to the new house and I was out getting my babysitter and one year old lunch and he had no tools with him, couldn't mount the tv's wouldn't hang pictures and I had Direct TV here installing. Called almost EVERYONE ranked before these guys called and explained my dilemma not only did they send someone immediately they sent me two guys and gave me a discount. My washer hose failed and I had minor flooding in the laundry and adjacent rooms. I found pinnacle from a Google search and they arrived within 1-2 hours and got right to work. They were courteous and professional. They removed the water in a timely manner and my drywall did not have to be replaced which was great. The contractors later said they did not do a good job of removing the baseboards and may have even caused very minor damage so I took off one star. Otherwise great job!! She is very creative and made sure I was satisfied with the job they did. She always responded to all my texts within a few minutes. We just bought our house in January and in March we had a leak in the kitchen which resulted in our entire downstairs in disarray. After the demolition and drying out, three weeks in we were finally able to contact some restoration companies. We hired pinnacle after a few consultations and they were by far the most reasonable AND the most helpful. My husband dealt mostly with any phone calls but I will say that he kept mentioning how kind and compassionate the receptionist was about our situation. They worked hand in hand with our insurance company and saved us a ton on our deductible. The workers they sent were also so helpful. They called me down to show me (as we were concerned) the moisture readings to put us at ease that the job was done. They also took heavy precautions with the installation of the floors and baseboards because whichever company did it prior actually caused the leak we had in the first place. They also installed a few additional things that made the house look so much better than it did when we bought it! We are so thankful for this company and any repairs or future remodeling, we will definitely go through them and recommend them to anyone we know who is looking for a contractor. read more

I have hired the Pinnacle Restoration for 3 jobs. The first one was removal of the bath tub and installing a shower to be used by a disabled person. They did a fantastic job. The second was replacing of all the windows. Again, their price was the lower one and they did a great job. The third job was major renovation of the house. All the walls, doors were painted. A wall separating the dinning room / kitchen was knocked down, which increased the size of the kitchen and made it more useful to the residents. Complete renovation of the kitchen, changed the floor and all the doors. All in all, they did an excellent job in a very short time. They even worked over a week-end in order to finish the project on time. Professional, honest, treated us like family members. They went out of their way to do extra services for the family. I will highly recommend them for ANY remodeling job. Their prices might be a bit higher than other contractors, but overall it is reasonable and they present a detail account for all that has been purchased and labor, so there are no grey areas.
