From the very beginning, Vinh was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely friendly. His communication is exceptional. I don't think he ever took more than 24 hours to respond to my requests. My fiancé and I are not photogenic people. We've never done a photoshoot together and honestly i'm a bit awkward. But Vinh made us feel completely comfortable right away. He guided us through poses, gave helpful suggestions on outfit colors to match our location, and even recommended spots that perfectly matched the vision I had in mind. The pictures came out so fun and clear, we could make gifs, and boomerangs. We chose a template from Poplife's list, and added a backdrop to our package, and that was it! After the event, Poplife sent a link over to download all the images at once, but we were able to download them from links texted to our phones or Airdrop the images to ourselves at the event. It was an extremely easy experience that was a huge hit! We're so happy we went with this photobooth company.

She has the ability to incorporate the kids and give the adults a comfort even when they are uncomfortable being in front of the camera and worried about their wild kids' behavior. She has expert tricks to get candid looking photos. I am always beyond please with our pictures. She also is one of the only photographers that provides digital rights to the entire session and that for me is priceless! So many other photographers charge astronomical amounts and then still charge even more money for prints or access to digital rights. I have recommended her to friends without disappointment.
