Growing up with Philly pizza and sandwiches, my tastes are set high i rarely order steak sandwiches because the breads are usually mediocre, the Meats low grade and lacking flavor And the add-ins lack importance(add-ins can be an art) BUT here you find flavor, freshness and quality.... Their pizza is good, salads all delicious and huge servings and we are never disappointed. We were almost three months at the Element Hotel due to a flood at home... We became experts in the art of eating delivery Food!!! Not only were they happy to deliver to Ewing but it was still hot and Always quick.... We tried numerous entrées and everyone was huge in size and Hying flavor and I especially like their triple pasta dish which gives you a little taste of three different pastas all know we couldn't find anything to complain about which is one of my favorite hobbies!!!!! At about twenty five minutes past the delivery I called just to double check, and was told the delivery driver was around the corner and would be there any minute. Thirty five minutes later I finally got the text that my pizza had arrived. The person on the phone blatantly lied to me and it ended up taking a full hour past the predicted delivery time to get my food. Today I placed an order for a sandwich and a personal pizza and nearly two hours later, my order had not arrived. I called the place twice to get an update, the first after an hour which the driver said it has left, and after an additional half hour he called and stated that due to deliveries to Robbinsville and Bordertown from Grubhub (which took priority) I, as a Hamilton resident had to wait longer. The phone operator was very snide and rude in his remarks about the delivery, making it sound as it should be an expectation and that I shouldn't worry. Rarely order soup at restaurant but I like Fedelo's when I don't feel like a salad with my meal. Trying something new every time I order. I eat here almost everyday for lunch. The food is great! It's a pizza joint with waitress service. The pizza is very tasty, I love the eggplant with roasted reds pizza. Prices can't be beat. We were debating on whether or not to buy a restaurant.com coupon for this place. I gave the place a call to make sure they would take the coupon over the phone, instead of us having to print it out. The owner misunderstood my question and thought we were asking if we could do takeout with the coupon. He rudely said, "We have enough people who takeout here, we are looking to have people come in." Despite the rude comment, we purchased the coupon. What a bad idea. We got to the place, expecting something small and cute (normal pizza place). It did not look well kept or clean at all. The bathroom was down a hallway with boxes everywhere. I felt like i was in a closet. In addition, the large t.v. next to us was blasting with a basketball game. I asked to have it turned down and the waitress said she would. I'm pretty sure the manager had it turned down for a second. It got louder throughout the night and I could tell it was because he was watching the game. Not to mention, he was talking and laughing with some man the whole time, as well as having a personal conversation on the phone. It was impossible to get his attention. When we sat down, no one came to us for a while. We thought maybe we had to order up at the register, so we went up to ask. He was like, "No, no, no...someone is coming!" After we ordered, I received my soup. My boyfriend asked if he could get his side salad beforehand too. The waitress said yes, but it never came. He asked again. She said, "Oh, yes. I just put it in." He still never got it. When the food came, she actually gave my boyfriend my spring salad that I had ordered for my entree, because she was so confused. I didn't think the experience could get any worse, until we both took a look at our meals. My spring salad mix was supposed to include walnuts and cranberries. All it had was chicken, cheese and lettuce. I brought this to the waitresses attention. She was like, "oops, let me go check." She brought it back with walnuts thrown on it and told me they were out of cranberries. She should've told me this before I had ordered the salad. My boyfriend's tuna melt was freezing cold. It had one piece of melted, cold cheese on top of the lettuce, which wasn't even attached to the tuna or the bread. It was one of the worst tuna melts I have ever tasted. The only good food I could say we had there was the bread. That was delicious and fresh. When we got the bill, the waitress informed us that the manager would only take $10 of our $15 coupon off the bill, because we didn't spend the $22.50 we were supposed to spend. We were so confused and decided to re-add the bill. When we brought it up to him and told him that the bill was not added correctly, he said 'Oh, you guys had soup! I'll fix that". There was no way of him knowing from the bill that we had soup, because it only had prices on it, not words. Therefore, it was clear that he tried to skimp us on our deal.
