I discovered this amazing place about 14 years ago and have been making the hour drive on special occasions just for my most favorite pizza in the world. EVERYTHING here is delicious. I love the old fashioned pizza that has the most delicious crushed tomatoes it's mouth watering! Make sure it's fresh out the pizza oven, yummmm. My server, Seth was lovely friendly and speedy. I brought the other half home for my son. He was unable to eat it because of the taste. The other person had two slices of pizza. The pizza was very old. I've previously left a great review for them. Have been going there since I was a kid for reference. However lately, I've been extremely disappointed! I don't live in the area anymore, but when I'm at a senior aunts house there, we'll order. A few weeks ago, I ordered a Cranberry Chicken Salad subbing the Arugula for Romaine lettuce. Dropped the food off to my aunt, she told me yesterday they didn't sub the lettuce. No problem, mistakes happened & it was too late to complain, however, I ordered the same salad yesterday, same substitute for the lettuce, opened the bag to peek (I didn't take the salad out), Romaine lettuce. Great! Went back to my aunts, she took it out of the bag and NO CHICKEN. My cheesesteak while tasty, but only filled half the roll. The old white woman at the register is extremely rude and had an attitude every time I have ordered from this restaurant. I ordered a caesar salad to go and they did not pack the caesar dressing. So I just got lettuce. I called the store to complain and she gave me a nasty attitude and said there was nothing they could do unless we came back to the store. I came back and upon my arrival she seemed irritated at the fact that I actually came back. Also there was a small curly hair in my lettuce... Went here for a birthday party. Space is pretty big, and they were able to take us all on without issues. The tables themselves seated like 6 each, so it's not that everyone is at the same table, but that's fine. Vegan options can be accommodated if you ask. They will sometimes make a vegan version of something when they have Rut ingredients to do it, but it might take a tiny bit longer. Ask for some red sauce to go with your bread. It's better than dipping in oil. Pizza crust is solid, the sauce is good, and the cheese for vegans is Violife. Service is excellent and attentive. Servers are very friendly and super helpful to your needs. But, it's not like they're up your behind the whole time. If you want something, ask nicely and they'll get you situated. read more

I just stopped at Brithers. I had pre-paid for a pizza order and went into the store and found two older ladies behind the counter. I gave the name asked if they had my order. One of them pointed to the register and said to go there. I waited a few minutes and a man finally came to the register. I asked for the order, the man then walked over to the woman I had already communicated with and she handed him my pizza that was sitting directly in front of her. He then handed it to me. She then smiled at me in a condescending manner. That's how you treat customers? If I hadn't already paid, I would have left it there. Thanks for wasting my time. The pizza is good in an area with GREAT pizza. Last time at Brother's for me. Plenty of more appreciative alternatives. Grabbed dinner from here tonight! I ordered online using their website and received a time estimate of "ASAP (up to 40 minutes)" which I found a little vague. Pizza is best when it's fresh, you know? I didn't want it sitting there for ~20 minutes or whatever. I tried to check the status of my order after submitting it but it just stayed on "Accepted" the entire time (even after I picked it up). Anyway, I arrived ~40 minutes later, hoping for the best, and had to wait in a long line to pick up my pizza. Since I had paid ahead, it seemed like a pretty silly system, but whatever. The pizza was definitely still hot when I picked it up, so that was a big plus. And it was tasty! I got the "Bee Sting," which was basically a thin pepperoni pizza with chili infused honey. It was not super cheap ($15 + tax for a personal pie) but nothing outrageous. Was it better than the two Robbinsville pizza place staples? Definitely not. That being said, I think this spot would be fantastic to come with friends and/or family. It's got a nice outdoor seating area and plenty of indoor seating as well. I'm definitely torn as to where to rate Brother's Pizza. I've had them on 4-5 occasions now, and things have been all over the place. The pizza is consistently...okay. Nothing great or out of the ordinary, but certainly serviceable. These are your run of the mill "utility grade" pies here. I have to give them credit for the toppings, which are always generous, especially the vegetables. The get bonus points for two COVID era changes. Their improvised "drive thru" is an excellent idea, well done. They also have a "make your own pizza" kit to take home, too. I'm not sure if this was available prior to the lockdowns, I had never noticed, but they're a really neat little activity to do with your kids. Fresh dough, sauce, shredded cheese and toppings of your choice. Easy for the restaurant, fun for the kids. Are they a little overpriced for what you get? Sure, but they're convenient as heck, so I consider that money well spent. Where they definitely lose stars is anything on the menu that's NOT pizza. I've had a cheesesteak and wings from here, and both were awful. The steak was dried out, the roll tasted old and there was barely any cheese. The wings are pathetic. $14.99 for a dozen of the smallest leftover chicken wing parts they must've found at the bottom of the fryer. Were they the worst wings I've ever had? Quite possibly yes. So, as a whole, I'm going straight down the middle. If you keep it conservative and stick to back pizza items, you'll probably end up with a filling if uninspired meal. This is my first time visiting the Brothers. It is a very busy location with an old school vibe to it. I really appreciate how the management was able to preserve the historical piece to this place. The bathrooms we not clean. As I mentioned earlier, the place has a lot of traffic which will result you to wait for awhile for your order. I do understand how getting fresh pizza may take a while to be served but not the actual meals with appetizers. After sometime the apps, meals and pizza were served. Let me tell you, it definitely worth the wait. I really enjoyed their Margherita pizza. What I also found unique was the pasta with salmon and white sauce. If you pay with cash you can use the yelp check in 15 percent off offer. The downside to this offer that you have to pay with cash to receive the offer which is not convenient at all because many people do not walk around with large amount of cash in their pockets anymore. Solid pizza joint in Hamilton. My review may be a bit skewed because this was one of my go-to pizza places growing up, but the good food keeps me coming back. It's not fine dining by any means as the decor is basic, but this place as made some necessary updates over the years...at the end of the day, you come here for the food anyways. Was pleasantly surprised with this place. We found ourself in the area and this place had great reviews so we stopped in. I really didn't have high expectations. First our server Alana was so nice and helpful. I ordered a traditional tomato pie and my wife ordered a Stromboli. Stromboli was excellent and the sauce that came with it made me wish I had ordered a bowl of pasta. The tomato pie was a really great pie . Thin FIrm crust with a lil bit of char. Tomato sauce was really fresh and good. Lady next to us got a pepperoni pie that made me jealous it looked so good. Prices were good and just an all round great experience. What makes it great besides the fact that it's always been there and you can count on it when you're in the area, but the fact that the food is always delicious.... always fresh. And I love their outside patio... it's really fun, has a cool atmosphere and often has music.... a super dining option at a super pizza place and if you like, is a nice change from the busy chatty indoor atmosphere. I love their tiny little pepperoni slices ( see the photo)...which you don't see very often anymore (I'm not a fan of the big slices stuck here and there on most pies)....they load their pies with lots of teeny tiny little circles of delicious pepperoni ....what can I say it's just a fun old style pizza and sandwich venue and it's always busy...but the wait is never long and it's got a great happy vibe which any good landmark restaurant has!!! read more

Since the first time I entered in 1979 when we left a party with 3 other Hamiltonians around 10, a good 8 miles from Ewing! Didn't matter whether it was after a basketball game at either high school or a night of partaking at a local adult beverage place, the pizza no matter what topping was excellent and done the way you wanted!!! Brother's Pizza is one of the many fantastic pizzerias in the Hamilton area. There is ample seating available and the staff is very polite and helpful. I was happy to find such a large assortment of slices to choose from behind the counter. This is a big plus in my book. I ended up going with a plain slice and a tomato pie slice. Both slices featured crispy crust and base. The plain had stretchy cheese and a pleasant saltiness with a delicious sauce. The tomato slice also benefited from a rich, flavorful sauce with plenty of spices and a pleasant onion / olive oil taste. The crust and base on the tomato slice were exceptionally tasty. The place was hopping tonight. This was our first time dining here and the pizza was good as well as the service. We ordered a Brooklyn with extra extra garlic. I also ordered a personal white pizza. Both pizzas were good. I just have one minor suggestion for the Brooklyn pizza. Maybe try using a crushed tomato sauce with sauteed onions, fresh basil, parmesan cheese and add sugar to your sauce to cut the acid. Then put the fresh mozzarella and basil on it with crushed garlic that is soaked in olive oil. But other than that the pizza is good and I'd definitely come back.
