This place is expensive for no reason. Their food is ok two burritos and 1 sope for $40. Then the French fries were hard and stale. I used to like this place, but they've slowly raised the prices 55% in the last 3 years. I know we've had inflation, but not that kind of inflation. The rolled tacos combo was $9.69 in 2022 and now it's $15. The chili rellano burrito was $8.50 in 2022 and now it's $13. If prices went up 25-30% over that time I would probably just suck it up with everything else, but this is too much given the type of food. There's better bang for your buck at places like Que Pasa and Cafe Zamora now. read more

I stopped here cause haven't been in awhile d there wasn't a long line like when I normally drive by so decided to get the 2 carne Asada burritos meal and I will first start with the 2 young ladies inside were so nice and helpful and very courteous and the place was super clean and they were still cleaning which is good to see. Now on to the food the burritos here are a really good size and just a great burrito definitely one of my favorites in the area. I will definitely be back to try some more stuff especially since they usually send out coupons in the mail which is an added bonus. New Mexican taco shop. I ordered the California burrito (not in the menu), it was okay. The meat was dry, chewy and it tasted like it's been sitting out for a long time. Came here on a Tuesday on the way home. At 4:30PM I was 1 of 4 people waiting on an order. Not too long of a wait. I've ordered a fish taco, beef taco, carne asada taco and a junior quesadilla (not on menu but I've asked and they said yes.) Service was great and friendly... just that I didn't check my take out container before leaving. All 3 tacos were in there minus the junior quesadilla. I was bumbed but then, $1.50 loss. I would still come back and check my bag prior leaving. Sometimes I crave Filiberto's on Estrella but it's sort of in a busy area which I avoid to get home sooner. I really enjoy burritos from Federico's. My favorite one to order is the steak and egg burrito which comes fully loaded with cheese and potatoes too. The burritos are huge and are wrapped with quality tortillas. The red and green salsa are super tasty too. The drive-thru is nice with good service. Clean cool building with a great front patio. Perfect location to get your carbs too. Right out in front of LA Fitness. Finish your 10 mile jog and earn some delicious carbs which Federicos has in spades. The tacos are a must and do yourself a favor and try the chili relleno burrito. It is a delight to the comfort food tastebuds. The service is polite and the food came quickly and correctly. I went to get a simple order of menudo. Fine. The cashier takes my card come back and causally is telling me "the register messed up and charged you a little extra but we are going to refund it right now" which normally I wouldn't make a big fuss about. I figured out I mean the meal total was 17plus change. I can deal with 17 being refunds assuming the system probably doubled my order. It's alright it happens.. why the hell did he come Back and give me a refund receipt for 160.00!!!!! What the hell i was livid. A little extra!! ?? I really though this place was decent for a chain. I had the bean and cheese burrito and a cheese enchilada. We just got it to go at the drive thru window, but the service was fast and friendly. I will say that the green sauce wasn't all that flavorful, but overall this definitely beats Taco Bell as far as fast Mexican style restaurants go. This place has a really tasty taco salad, that comes with a choice of beef or chicken, but I like to sub it with green Chile pork and it's so good. I also love their melon agua fresca. It's so refreshing and has just the right amount of sweetness in it so it's not too sweet, but not too watery either. My husband likes the carne asada burrito. We've been about 4 times and our experience here has been consistently good. Went through drive thru and ordered a small order. When I got to the window, was asked if I could pay in cash. Like most people, I don't carry cash. The window guy was having trouble with his machine and asked me to wait. After about 5 minutes he apologized, said he had my food right there and showed me, but said that I could not have it.
