This fedex is my go to when I had to print lots of documents or send fast mails and the customer service has been great. Office is very clean, everything is sectioned good, very easy to locate items. Prnt@go is my favorite, since modern technology has limit paper documents, and some still require an old ways. Pricing was very good, will continue to use them as my go to print/ mail. These folks have always been very helpful, whether I've been in here to ship something for work or personal. They help if you need extra packing or even boxes to begin with. They share the rates and delivery times so you can make a decision. It looks like they have boxes as well, if needed, as well as supplies and copiers. read more

Quick and convenient place for printing a couple documents. I love the simplicity of the Print & Go service, and it's cheaper (for some odd reason) than placing a print order for the same exact thing online and picking it up. The store was clean, not busy at all, and parking wasn't an issue. The only negative thing might be the nonchalant demeanor of the guy behind the counter. Whenever someone entered, the bell would chime and he'd come strolling out, and if you didn't need help, he'd stroll back to the back room and chill. It would've been nice for him to have more of a presence in-store. read more

Staff is extremely rude. Possibly racist, am not sure. Was told my package (with prepaid label and already packed for shipping) was not "shippable" because the box was white. They wanted me to buy new boxes. read more

Even though they were super busy at 5pm both of the ladies working were really nice and worked through the line as quickly as they could while smiling! Definitely appreciated the customer service since they couldn't control everyone showing up at once. It's a small location in a strip of shops facing Custer, and doesn't have a lot of room, but I've shipped out of here several times and they were able to do birthday invitations in like a 3 hour turnaround. I came here to print out my sisters bridal shower invitations, and i did everything online. When i got to the store to pick them up they were a lot larger than I expected. I clicked on invitation sized online and it was printed on a regular sized sheet of paper and enlarged accordingly. Fortunately fedex was able to fix the issue in a day and didnt charge me for the reprints! Tip: if you enter an order online specify your size in the special instructions, even if you clicked on "invitation" as your upload size. read more

Came here to ship 2 boxes and Chris was so pleasant! He was very personable and humorous not only to me but all the other customers there. He thoroughly explained all the options of shipping to me and also helped choose different sized boxes to fit another customer's packages. He took his time and did not make it seem like he was bothered to keep changing out boxes. Excellent customer service! Tip: there is a coupon on the FedEx website for 5$ off ground shipping if your shipping is over $15! read more

I walked in quite confident. I was about to overnight my package to its destination. I had all of my documents together. I was beyond ready. He asked me for the address. Without hesitation, I provided him with the PO box number. Except...FedEx doesn't ship to PO boxes. Doh! Years ago when I was in college I used to work overnight unloading the cargo planes as they flew in and out of the Memphis hub each night ("Noncon" as we fondly called my area...short for Non conveyable items...yep, too big to put on a normal belt; talk about a workout). I more than knew this about PO Boxes! Temporary memory lapse? I tucked my tail ever so slightly and thanked the fellow for trying lol. He was super gracious and even provided me info re: the nearest postal service office that he was aware of. Give this place a whirl for your non PO Box shipping needs. :) read more

Hmmm walked in and spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me scan something (I'm not technology impaired- it was oversized paper and required the use of their oversized machine. Where does the USB go??) . Was in there long enough to really examine the FedEx logo and determine I have no idea what it's supposed to be- that's too long. This wouldn't be problematic except there was only ONE other person in the store when I went in. He had also clearly been waiting awhile bc he had to beg the clerk to print his documents so he could leave. I was seriously irked when someone else walked in and instead of finally helping me (seriously, just tell me how to work the machine!) she went to help him next. Customer service FAIL Took my oversized documents and walked out. read more

I've used fedex a lot and it makes me sad to give a poor review, but that had to be the meanest store clerk I've run across in a long time. It was very expensive to ship a relatively small item, and when I asked if there was anything cheaper, she got irritated and said no. I sent the package, but I doubt I'll consider this place in the future. read more

I've never enjoyed coming to this location. The customer service devotes 100% of his attention to one person. There seems to be no concept of multi-tasking. If you're being Chatty Cathy with one customer while 3-5 more of us stand in line you can assist us also. read more

Very rude staff. Tried to drop off a package (that's already in a shipping box), but the employee wanted me to pay for a separate box and packing material! I've shipped hundreds of boxes with FedEx over the past year, and never had to do this. I'm going back to my other FedEx location. read more

Idiots that work here can't even give directions. And they almost never answer the phone. I needed to ship loan documents. But j simply will not trust these people with them. Forget it. The woman was impatient and rude but I'd been looking for this place which wasn't where yelp and my gps directed me just FYI. So I was irritated about calling without any answer for over a half hour!
