    I would like to provide detailed feedback regarding a recent experience at PostalAnnex, as what…read moreshould have been a simple drop-off turned into nearly two weeks of confusion, rerouting, and unnecessary frustration. On the same day, I brought in two items: 1. A return package intended for the merchant recipient 2. Another package intended for Amazon Both items were dropped off, scanned, and accepted at PostalAnnex. However, both were mishandled: * The return package meant for the merchant recipient was incorrectly delivered to Amazon. * The package intended for Amazon was somehow delivered back to my home instead of to Amazon. These were two separate items, dropped off at the same time, and both ended up at completely wrong destinations, something that should never happen. What made the situation significantly worse was the complete lack of support from PostalAnnex once the issue surfaced. When I contacted Sanjay, I was not offered any assistance, investigation, or sense of accountability. Instead, he immediately distanced himself from the situation and sent me the following message: "The drop off service is offered as a courtesy to our customer. The packages are handed off to the respective carriers. Please file a claim online at usps.com. We do not insure the drop off package's contents or value. The receipt itself has the terms and conditions." -- Sanjay This response was dismissive, particularly considering that both items were scanned and accepted at PostalAnnex, a step customers trust precisely because it is supposed to ensure accuracy and responsibility. When I spoke with USPS, I was told the matter needed to be addressed by PostalAnnex, since that is where the items were physically processed. Yet PostalAnnex declined to assist in any way, leaving me stuck between two parties, each redirecting me to the other, with no ownership taken by the location that actually handled the drop-off. The only support I received throughout this ordeal was from the customer service representative at the merchant recipient, who had no obligation to help but still guided me through the situation and helped ensure a resolution. What should have been a quick, routine drop-off turned into a lengthy, stressful, and avoidable two-week ordeal. I want to highlight one important caution for other customers: PostalAnnex's receipt contains terms and conditions stating they do not insure or take responsibility for drop-off items. Most customers likely overlook this, but based on my experience, it is something everyone should read and understand before trusting this location with packages that matter. I genuinely hope PostalAnnex takes this feedback seriously and improves accountability, training, and overall support, especially when errors clearly originate at the drop-off point.

I also sent another PDF with another order that needed to be discussed both at 10:30 this morning. Because of that, I called at 10:45 AM to discuss. They said they were busy and would call me back. I said that was fine. At 6 PM I hadn't heard anything yet, so I stopped in only to encounter the same person I've dealt with in the past when the manager wasn't there unfortunately. I said I emailed my request and you could tell right away. She didn't want to help. She asked what type of this and what type of that and I said I've had this order a few times in the past and she said we have no way of knowing what you ordered in the past. And I said well I've done this before and she said who did you deal with and I said the manager. And she said oh she's working at a different store for the next week. When this has happened in the past, they've called her and she's called me from the other store, but she just looked at me like you're screwed, buddy. I knew this was going nowhere cause she had this. I'm hitting life look on her face when she was helping the customers in front of me. So I told her never mind and walked out. I won't be coming back here unfortunately because of how this whole interaction went. Of course I'm shortening this whole story because it's being typed, but I wanted to give it a little bit of justification. Despite the (manager) being excellent, the service at this location stinks. And looking at the other reviews, that girl is the one I think that is to blame for these other bad reviews. The older gentleman they refer they referred to is actually pretty good as I've seen him helping others in the past and I will give him his dues, but he wasn't there today. I hate giving low ratings. I much prefer to give five stars to businesses. This one is much deserved.

    Bad business, dishonest and reckless. Rick was hired to move furniture for my client who recently…read morehad a stroke. He sent his crew to the property and they left windows wide open when they left. They did not secure the property properly. It rained over the weekend and water came through and sat on the windowsill and wooden floor for a couple of days. There were three pieces of furniture that Rick promised, and was paid, to remove from the property and take to Goodwill. Instead, the furniture was dumped at the condo complexes dumpster. The items had glass shelves, and were pushed over and the glass broke everywhere. This posed a hazard to other people in the community not to mention it was illegal to dump these items on the side of the dumpster. I called Rick immediately and gave him an opportunity to remedy the situation. He promised that he would and I returned the next day and one of the pieces was still left behind. There's a sign posted right next to the dumpster that states "no furniture". I reached out to Rick again and no response. This was an AWFUL experience and I won't use them or recommend them again. This move was about an 8-hour day, and we were originally quoted 10-12 hrs. My wife and I hired Rick and his team to move us in January 2025. Not only did they leave several items in our backyard, one or more of the members of the team stole valuable graded trading cards worth thousands of dollars. After reaching out to Rick about the stolen cards, I felt mocked and disregarded. No one owned up to taking them. I ended up filing a police report & with the BBB, but reached a dead end and feel like I'm at a total loss. It's now been months and the cards are still not in my possession.
