    They are suppose to transfer to another location if they are unable to fulfill. When I asked them too she said "we don't do that "

    I used the online services to send a file to be printed and to be picked up next day as it promises. I paid for it and submitted. I showed up in the morning and the girl at the desk said "oh sorry we are out of ink go online and cancel your order and resend it another store" I asked if it was possible for them to send it to another store and they said "no we can't sorry " and then talked over me to the next customer. I went on the website and in my account to cancel and request a refund and then upload and pay again to another store... there is no option to cancel or refund. It clearly says "order processed store approved and accepted" I'm so amazed at the lack of customer service and respect. If you're out of ink, as a PRINTING shop, maybe have some in stock or have the decency to email me letting me know that the order cannot be processed instead of it saying it was processed and possibly go is that further and find a solution for me instead of telling me to cancel and redo it when clearly, there's no option to even do so. I had my one year old with me or I would have had words but that honestly would not have gotten me anywhere seeing as his their only respond was "I don't know" to everything. And there's also this in there disclaimer ... see pics below

    Thieves. I had an incident I had previously placed a review for. I contacted the store owner, and was pretty much lied to by the store owner and management team. Through email they led me to believe that they would issue a refund but they never did and ghosted me. I've attached the ongoing email thread, for other customers to beware, the store obviously is not customer friendly, but money hungry.

    Ordered wrapping paper on December 3rd, got a call same day that they couldn't process my order,…read morethat it needed to be sent to a warehouse, and that I would be notified when it was ready for pickup... Kept checking the order status and the status never changed from "order placed." Got an email not long after that stating that my order was delayed and wouldn't be ready until after Christmas. I decided to be patient and wait. January 4th I reach out to customer service because the order status never changed. They said it was still being worked on and I would be notified when it was ready. Irritating, but ok. Kept checking the order status and nothing changed. Today, 2/5/26, got an email saying I picked up my order. Called the store to tell them I did not pick up the order and they said that my order had been ready since before Christmas and because it sat there for 2 months THEY THREW IT AWAY!!!! They told me that I should have not contacted customer service and should have called the store. How would I know that??? I told them that I still wanted my order and they said they would remake it and it would be ready after 4pm. Went after work to pick it up and the guy at the checkout counter was the rudest man! No eye contact, condescending tone, and not very nice to the guy he was training. Just all around a horrible experience. So disappointed that I was told I would get an email when my order was ready... never got an email. I just don't understand why the store never reached out to me. They acknowledged that there was system error but still placed the blame on me for calling customer service instead of them as if I know how their system works. Then to be treated bad in person when I went to pick up the order... I will never shop at Staples again.

I hate their long exit lol literally detest having to walk all the way around especially when I don't need to buy anything at the register.     Strongly recommend you DON'T use Walmart photo for anything. Beware if you are going to print some…read more"proffesional quality" looking photo, cups, calander etc !! when i was trying to pick up $3 worth of Christmas photo cards, they said they need print release! I was shock as i ve done this before never have issue! I said it was some individual that i paid to take the photo and we were given full resolution of the photo to prints and There is no copyright mark on the photo either, and i do not have the contact of that person on top of my head. What makes them to question and give me all sort of trouble on family photos that has no watermark or copyright marking on? They are asking this kind of question just because they look at my photo and said they think it is proffesionally taken and wont release it. I have to spend a long time going through my phone trying to find the contact of the photographer , when finally i got a text picture of the print release, then they said it needed to be printed out !!!!! Talked to the store manager and he supported this stupic practise too !!! If walmart suspect of the copyright of the picture, they should ask for the print release upfront ! By online, phone or email before even printing something that they believe has copyright issue. Instead, they stupidily went ahead, print out all the picture, and send me email telling me "order is ready for pick up", DIDN'T mention they want print release. Then when i am there,the person at counter look at the picture, and ask for print release!!! Because he said he think it is proffesionally taken photo and want print release!!!!! How stupic and rude ! Lesson learn!!! wont be returning either. Good luck if you want to print "proffesional looking" quality photo , especially if it is from long ago or sent to you from someone else. they will give you hard time when picking up.     I was looking for Walmart so I can leave a review for their photo center but it looks like Yelp…read morealready has a section for Walmart's Photo Center. I came here in a rush to get some pictures done for my granddaughter's birthday party this Sunday. They took really good care of me here and got the pictures done lickety split. Really was a pleasure to deal with the people in the center at this Walmart. I especially enjoyed talking to Linda. She's really a friendly and great person. They should promote that girl. God bless. I'll definitely be back, Linda, with more pictures next week, once I have some of my granddaughter's birthday party. Hope we can chat and laugh again. Thank you so much.
