Anytime I've needed anything shipped they have been more than helpful in assisting me and providing me with the very best of customer service. My only complaint is I wish this location was open later. Closing at normal business hours 8-6 or 9-5 just makes it so hard to get in to the store within regular hours. I personally work as late as 7 sometimes. So you can see my dilemma. But that has nothing to do with the fabulous employees that work here. In my last two transactions there I have been hassled and over charged. The first I brought some…read morepre-packed items for shipping and the young woman checking me out kept insisting that I buy their ridiculously overpriced bubble mailers or boxes "for extra security." She said I needed to package my packages. She refused to continue the transaction until I agreed. Then another employee came over and smoothed out the situation and just put a strip of packing tape over what the other employee was complaining about. For the second transaction I wanted to ship a small bubble mailer USPS at the lowest rate because it wasn't urgent. I was told it would be over 15$ I thought it was strange because I had just shipped the same size mailer a week before at around 8$. The employee says that usps had raised their rates. I go ahead with the transaction, but when I checked my receipt & tracking number my package had NOT been shipped usps. It had been shipped UPS, which was much more expensive. I run a small business that ships frequently. I will never use this store again for anything but free Amazon returns.
