Ja'Mon was very helpful & friendly with his customer service. I told him what I needed, he directed me to the Workstation & I was ready, set, downloaded & print. I needed his assistance for a moment, & he kindly obliged...even while he assisted a few other customers. He was the only employee working & seemed to be very content in doing so. Prices are always a tad bit high, yet that's what you get for a full service one stop printing/shipping center offering convenience. 3/19/18: First of all, eff this place! The products are virtually the same at every FedEx location, so what separates this is poor customer experiences. I walked in to get 35 black and white copies and 35 color copies and provided my flash drive which had only those 2 documents on it. I brought my own paper which is heavier and glossier and it would reduce the cost. So after she prints the 35 black and white copies, she proceeds to the second document and says "ok these are black and white too right?" If I had a live emoji next to me you would've seen the hand come up to the face and a bubble with "WTF?!?!" above me. I'm not sure how much more clear I can possibly be so I said "no those are color." I got the ooooohhhh confused look. Anyways I paid and left. I realized a couple hours later that she never gave me back my flash drive so I called and she said that she would leave it with my name on a sticky note with a rubber band to pick it up the next day. 3/20/18: Ok so I run in at 2pm today to get my flash drive and the guy asks for my name. I give him my name and tell him that I spoke to Carolina and she said that she left the flash drive with my name on it. Then he proceeds to insert the flash drive into his computer and demands that I tell him what's on it. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F&@*?!?!? Isn't this a privacy issue? read more

Pretty bad. I'm moving, so I needed to buy a bunch of boxes. I'll preface this by admitting that I had absolutely no idea how heavy an empty 20x20 cardboard box was - but I'm sure that if fifteen of them were hypothetically far too many for a single person to carry on their own, the nice customer service associate here would have warned me of that, right? She went and got my boxes out of the back, rang me up and ended the transaction without a word. Literally, without a word. I was standing there waiting for my receipt while she ignored me until I finally asked for it. She then ripped it off, making it super clear that I was the bane of her existence for asking, and thanked me for my business with a contemptuous, "boxes aren't returnable." As I struggled to move the boxes away from the register, painfully dragging three at a time to the door, she ignored me the entire time pretending like she didn't see a single thing. No offers to help. No offers to call another employee to help. My UBER DRIVER had to help me pull them away from the storefront and load them into his car. I ended up tipping him like $30. read more

I feel zero regrets writing this one-star review. On a slow Tuesday afternoon, I had just five color copies to print from Google Drive, an option offered at the self-serve printer kiosks. I started going through the motions, swiped my credit card and logged into the Google Drive. I hit print. Nothing printed, and the kiosk asked how I'd like my receipt. Then it was unable to give me a receipt. I approached the counter and spoke to a "manager" who said, "Oh, yeah that one is doing an update. Try the other one." To recap: He and the other employee saw me standing at that kiosk and said nothing. I tried the other printer, and it worked. But I realized that I'd probably been charged twice, since I swiped my credit card on the "updating" kiosk. The manager said, "Just give me your card when you're done, and I'll take care of it." He issued a refund on my card. But here I am, writing this Yelp! review with two identical charges and no pending refund. Please use the U.S. Post Office as much as you can, because America cannot possibly afford a future where FedEx might be in charge of anything. read more

I came in for emergency business cards today and I was really impressed by the professionalism of Gregory P. My cards had an issue due to the artwork and he patiently and kindly worked to explain everything and fix the problem. He's a good guy and I hope he gets a raise. And I've never met him before in my life so he didn't pay me to say that. read more

I found this place on my Yelp App - as I needed to make a last minute 500 color prints for a tradeshow the following morning. I don't expect a lot from a FedEx Office, just be open till very late hours, decent customer service, and have working color printing machines that I can use. When I was here, I experience two of three criteria met. The guy working the counter appeared not too happy that he had to process a color order where it was consuming all but one of the color production machines. So I took up the last color machine, and started my print jobs. However, when I was asking for assistance in either clearing out paper errors, or replacement cartridges - he didn't seem to care about assisting me. Granted, I know how to clear these errors, however, I won't conduct tech duties on hardware that I don't own. What really annoyed me is the total lack of self-control and discipline that this individual had. As soon as a younger female customer walks in, he immediately provided her with a lot more customer service and assistance in printing pictures and pressing buttons on the self-service photo printing kiosk. In the end, I did get my 500 color prints made - not the most efficient or best customer service though. read more

Hmmm I've been a pretty good customer for awhile. I placed a small order at 3pm and it said it would be done by 8pm, I was late placing the order I will admit that. I called and they said I couldn't pick it up until the following day which is too late. You would think with a $175 order they would try and help me out. I ended up having to cancel the order and they said I had to call their 800 number to get my refund. I kept giving the order number and the woman said that the location was closed and that they couldn't refund me until tomorrow, the only problem is that the location is open until 9pm and I was just there. I had to wait at the counter for the man in the store to help me with what I needed, he would've rather have been sitting down the whole time with his feet up. I guarantee if I walked by the location tonight I would still see him sitting there rather than fulfilling my order that they couldn't do. The customer service is getting worse each time. I have things printed here out of necessity but anytime that I have to deal with someone in store it's never a good experience. read more

Convenient and easy. You can print documents directly from a thumb drive, and pay by credit card. There were no lines when I stopped by here Sunday afternoon. Do note that although the address is on Massachusetts, the entrance is actually on 7th. read more

The staff were so helpful and friendly. One of the gentleman didn't help us directly but he greeted everyone that walked in and asked if he could assist them. The lady helping us was efficient and friendly. She was so helpful in helping us print and bind a document. Although the prices are high, that's what you get for convenience. I recently visited this FedEx Office for quick help on a project I was working on in the DC area. As usual -- I needed last minute, specialized printing done giving the FedEx team little time. One employee in particular... Amanda... made it happen. She worked with area stores and knocked herself out to hit my close-to-impossible deadlines. I'm used to great service from FedEx offices around the country -- but this was beyond my expectations. She is a rockstar -- and she made me look good to my client. When I'm back in the DC area, I will turn to this location because of Amanda -- great service. Great quality. Highly recommend!! read more

I've been to a lot of Kinkos/FedEx Office Print and Ship Centers and usually leave satisfied with great results, but I've never experienced as bad of service as I did at this particular center. Thanks to their incredibly slow service and complete incompetency, I will NEVER go back! There are a lot of other centers in the downtown DC area; don't waste your time at this one! I arrived at 8am on Tuesday to find only one person on staff. After waiting in line for a long while, she took my order and recommended a paper for my tri-fold brochure. When I show up around noon to pick up the order, she was still working alone and I waited in line an even longer while. Once I got to the counter she showed me that the brochure paper she had recommended did not work well with folding machine. She hadn't tried any other paper types. When I asked her to recommend and try a better paper, she discovered she had lost my file and needed me to email it to her. Since I no longer had my thumbdrive, I walked back to the hotel and emailed her the file. No confirmation was received from her saying that she got the file, so I walked back to the center and waited in line again. She then had to start over on configuring the order and printed one on the new paper. It looked much better, so I trimmed it and folded it giving her an example to work from. She said the order would be ready for pickup later that night. I showed up the next morning and waited in line again only to find that my order of brochures had been printed, but apparently cut by an 8 year old. There were white edges on one side and the bottom of the all black brochure. No one in their right mind would look at what they had done and say: "that looks like the example" or "that looks good"! The new woman working (who was a manager) said that she'd re-trim the brochures and call when they were complete. She stated that it would probably take an hour. After no calls, I showed up 5 hours later to find that NOTHING had been done with my order! The same manager that had said she'd fix the order earlier that day apologized and asked if there was anything she could do to make it right. At this point, the show I was intending to use the brochures in was pretty much over, so I cancelled the order. read more

Just want to give a major shoutout to Carlos at this location. I had a printing emergency that he handled with so much grace, patience and sweetness. I was in this location for over 2 hours, and watched him give each person the same attention and care. Considering how rushed and stressed everyone is, that is no easy feat. I came in at 7 pm. I needed an emergency reprint of a conference poster for an 8 am session the next day. The manager took pity on me, and got the print done on time! The print-out was perfect, too. They were slammed with printing requests, so he must have stayed longer after hours to help me out. That's what I call going above and beyond the call of duty. He had my back. 5 stars! read more

Extremely poor service, misplaced my order even though I saw it was before it was mounted and laminated. Did not contact me to tell me about the order difficulties, and made me miss my deadline. Then could do not anything about a refund because the manager wouldn't be there until two days later. They cost twice as much as anywhere else and still cannot deliver on time. read more

After four phone calls and three emails trying to get a quote on a simple print order, I was quoted the wrong price. When I went to pick up my order, the price was double what I was quoted. The manager reduced the price by about 18% but just getting six posters printed was such a hassle because employees were not able to provide a quote over the phone and then didn't call me back after promising to do so. Then, of course, being charged over $100 what I was quoted doesn't sit well either. If you need anything beyond simple copies, try UPS. read more

The woman that was helping me complete this order yesterday afternoon was extremely helpful given our time constraint. However, the woman that replaced her on 1/26 at around 4:30 could not have been more rude and unpleasant. She was extremely abrasive towards my colleague, insisted that we were not "authorized" to use our business account (even though we have never had this issue before). She stated that he needed to provide her with an e-mail address from our company. Even when he showed her his domain that clearly states he belongs to the company, she continued to be rude and very inappropriate. I called to inform her that we have never had this issue before, and she continued to assert her attitude more than her desire to be helpful. Her claims of this being a "company policy" were extremely ambiguous, and i personally don't appreciate the exchange after having worked with fedex across the country for about two years and have never run into an issue with a fellow employee using our business account. This store should be extremely disappointed especially after having worked with such a pleasant employee just an hour before. read more

I am a small business owner. This store is the opposite of the all the Fedex Kinkos commercials about helping small business owners. The color printer almost never works. The employees are rude. And they lie to you when you ask for a refund for a job that they failed to complete. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I stopped by Fedex on a Saturday needing to print a copy of a report and hoping to save myself a trip into the office. When I printed the color report (for over $1 / page), it had ink marks on it and was not in a shape I could send on to a client, so I asked the manager if there was something that could be checked / fixed for the printer. His solution was to white out the ink blots on my report and make copies of it, but this still looked bad. After trying to print the report again, and spending about $30 total on unusable copies, I gave up and decided to just make the trek back into the office. I asked if I could get any of the money refunded, and was given ~ 15% discount. For some reason I could not get a receipt once this discount was applied, so I could not even expense the remaining cost at work. Needless to say, I will not be using Fedex again and would not recommend it if you need any level of quality product. read more
