We have been waiting on a package to make it 30 minutes south of this Fort Worth location for DAYS. The package was due to arrive on 8/23, then 8/26, now there's no date given. It's just sitting in Fort Worth. The AI chatbot says everything is fine, and the AI voice on the phone (because FedEx doesn't employ human beings?) keeps trying to gaslight me as well. I've had the worst experience ever with FedEx I never want to use their company for any future deliveries. The customer service was no help at all and the delivery driver never even came to house to make the delivery attempt. We I called in to complain the only offer that was made was for me to inconveniently drive out of my way to pick up my own package! Like do I work for FedEx? I ordered a package last Tuesday and it has been sitting in this facility since Friday. Tracking said it was going to deliver Friday... Then it updated and said Saturday... Then it updated and said Sunday... And now it's Tuesday and hasn't updated since Sunday. My package is just sitting there. I've called customer service every day to see what's going on and they say they've opened a case and that someone will call me. No one has called me. I don't normally use FedEx... Thought I would give them a shot to see how it works out... But this has been extremely disappointing. Have a good feeling that my package is lost. Had a package that was scheduled for delivery Friday 3/5/21. I was here all day waiting with the door open, driver never showed, the tracking suddenly showed "incorrect address - recipient moved, returning package to shipper". I immediately called them and they said the local station would call me back. A lady called back saying it will be delivered Monday. Come Monday the tracking showed "address corrected" but now it showed scheduled delivery for Tuesday..... Today is Tuesday and it has not showed up. I just called them again and the agent said it is being returned to sender, it is too late to stop it. According to FedEx, they will only make one delivery attempt to my house because I am "so close" to the Fed Ex Ship Center. I've been on the phone multiple times to try to get a second delivery attempt. Every time they say they will make a second attempt. Every time it does not happen. This Fed Ex Ship Center is actually about 25 minutes from my house. So Fed Ex wants me to drive nearly an hour round trip to pick up a package because they don't want to make a second delivery attempt? Unacceptable. read more

I'm only reviewing to leave a tip for anyone that doesn't already know (because I didn't know). I had to deliver some mail (a certification renewal payment and paperwork) to Austin, the address was a P.O. box address. When I arrived at the office on Western Center the Associate working at the front told me that I would have to go to this FedEx on Mark IV, because THIS location delivers to P.O. boxes but that location did not. I drove to this FedEx office on Mark IV. There they had a machine that I can print the stamp to deliver my letter. The associate was busy and there was a line, and I thought it would be faster to go through the machine instead of waiting in line. I filled in the information, who it was being sent to. Not one time did it say anything about not mailing to P.O. Box... Then yesterday - I get a call from Austin saying they have received my mail. FedEx sent it to the closest address to my P.O. Box. The call was from the front desk at the office. She asked me where I wanted to send it to because the FedEx guy dropped it off there and told her they don't deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Luckily come to find out, it's the office in which the department that I was sending the letter to is located and the wonderful woman at the front desk was able to send it to that department through inter-department mail (I think that's what she called it). I called back the Western Center FedEx office to let them know to make sure that associate doesn't send anyone else to this location on Mark VI for services that FedEx doesn't even offer. In addition to that however... Now I have an addition $21 charge on my account from FedEx... PLUS the $8 that I paid to mail the letter. FedEx needs to get their ish together. read more

My phone had broke and it would not turn on, so when I contacted Verizon about it, they pulled so many strings so I could get my upgrade early. I had picked out my new phone and the lady on the phone asked if I wanted to receive the next day (which was a Saturday), Monday or Tuesday. I paid extra to get it the next day. I'm so excited for my phone to arrive, I went to work and tracked my package online. The package had arrived at this location at 8:03 am and was marked as an "invalid address" at 8:06. How did they deliver a package to Valley View in 3 minutes and decide it was an invalid address? I called and asked about why it was marked as an invalid address and got the response, "I'm not sure, I'll send a message and have it delivered Monday." I am not happy right now. If I do not receive my package Monday, and get marked as an invalid address, I will be contacting corporate. This is unacceptable. I was expecting a package yesterday for my anniversary gift. I was in my closet when the dogs barked. The door bell did NOT ring! By the time I got to door , there was a Door Tag documenting attempted delivery . There was no attempt! I called to report and request he come back as I had waited all day for delivery. They deliver ice box medicine that has to be refrigerated for my rheumatoid arthritis EVERY MONTH. If the regular guy is on, I get my medicine delivered right directly to my door. Today someone said I wasn't home to get my medicine which is NOT true. I WAS home, never heard a knock AND I even have a DOOR BELL which I prefer they ring because I CAN hear it WELL. I require a direct signature so IF I AM NOT HOME which would be RARE of me, they CAN deliver it to the apartment office & let one of the adults in the office sign for it. I prefer it to my FRONT door but the office is second best. THEY couldn't even read my label that told them all this. THEY carried off my ice box medicine to sit in there warehouse till MONDAY. I won't be using old ice box medicine in my BODY! I am so mad at FED EX & it is usually when some new person is filling in for the regular guy as he is FANTASTIC. UGGG!!!! No attempt at delivery was made. We waited all morning and for 3 days in a row only to receive a text notice that we were not available for the "attempted" delivery! Flat out lie!! Try getting cogent answers from FedEx's call center and all you'll receive is, "I apologize for the inconvenience ma'am." That's not enough, when shipping has been paid in advanced, at a premium, there should be recourse and reimbursement for the shoddy work ethic of their drivers. Another disgruntled customer here. Dishonest practices and drivers. I followed the tracking number on their website, as of the morning, was listed as 'on vehicle for delivery'. I waited all day (the packages can't be left out in the weather), and at 5:00 I checked the tracking page again and there was a delivery exception: "Customer not available or business closed". That's an outright lie. I called customer service and they said that the driver attempted to deliver but I wasn't here. I asked if the package was marked as 'signature required'. No, it wasn't. If the driver tried to deliver, why couldn't he leave it on the porch like everyone else? Actually, I had another Fedex delivery from the same place a few days ago, and the driver left it on the porch like they always do. There's something else going on when they use that "Customer not available" junk. Sounds like they're trying to cover their behinds during the corporate reporting meetings when their bosses ask about how the delivery numbers look. They need to add a few more selections for their drivers to choose when reporting why they screwed up. "Didn't feeling like driving all the way out there"..."Only had one delivery in that area, so we'd lose profit by delivering as promised"..."Traffic was bad and I'm mediocre at my job"..."It's hot, and I wanted a popsicle"... I wouldn't care if they needed a couple of extra days to get the package delivered, but don't tell me it's going to be here today, then not show up, thereby making me wait around all day. I have been waiting on a package to be delivered for 2 days now. Scheduled for June 4. Waited ALL day long. Nobody showed up. I called about 7 pm because it finally showed up as a delivery exception. Saying no one was available or the business was closed. It's a residence and i was and still am available to receive the package. Today the driver shows up at 1:10 pm. I watched him the whole time from my front door. He gets out opens the side doors of his van gets in looks around and gets out and shuts the doors. Then he goes to back doors of the van gets in throws a few packages on to the ground and gets out, puts those packages back in the van and returns to the side doors again. Gets in wipes his forehead with his front shirt tail gets out closes the doors and goes and gets in the driver seat. Started to drive away and looks up and sees me in the doorway. He gets out yells at me from the street saying his truck is a mess and that he needs to make a few deliveries then will be back and for me not to worry, he will find my package. Now juat after 7pm the tracking status has again been posted as delivery exception, no one available. I've had enough of this shit!!! He never left a tag or any notice that he had been here today. Nothing yesterday either. This is really SHITTY SERVICE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO DELIVER TRASH TO A DUMPSITE.. Choose wisely and don't choose this company!!!! I had two packages delivered to my house today 2/21/2017. The fedex driver just dropped everything on my porch and never even knocked or let me know that they were there. One of the packages was an 8 x 10 rug and the other was my meds. This was very frustrating because of the potential loss of my meds. Purchased an item from Dell Inc. with 3 year extended warranty, total $1550.00. Dell sent it via FedEx express overnight but unfortunately FedEx only delivers at specific times in my area (11AM through 2PM)? I called and asked Norma at FedEx Mark IV location for explanation. She was very rude, unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering her at that time. I signed the door tag and left it at my door expecting a drop off. I tracked the package the next morning around 9-10 AM, it showed that I had requested for pickup, notes entered by Norma I was told by another representative? I made 5-7 more calls today and they were supposed to have delivered to my workplace. They now tell me that the driver was looking at my area code and phone number instead of the zip and decided it was a bad address?????? So far this has been the worse experience ever. I spoke to 3 Customer Advocate team members and all they did was apologize and could not come up with a plan to have this item delivered on time? after having someone wait all day at my apt for my delivery, the driver did not even attempt to drive inside my apt gates!!! he stopped at the office and had them call me and ask if it was ok to leave at my front door... of course I said NO.
