I had a heavy, cumbersome package and the man working inside helped me bring it in. He was very friendly and helpful.

I don't know what is going on with FedEx but their service lately has been absolutely horrendous. I am absolutely LIVID with FedEx right now. I placed an order from B&H worth over $1,500 for some music equipment. The shipping was FedEx Standard Overnight with a signature required. There was someone at the home all day waiting for my package knowing full well that it was supposed to be signed for. At around 7:30 PM, I decided to check on the status of my package because it hadn't arrived yet. Well, wouldn't you know it; status said delivered at 3:27 PM and SIGNED FOR! I looked at my front door and no package left at the door at all. I looked at my camera and no one even came to the door. Whoever this driver is out of Longwood, FL. flat out lied and put that D. Cooper (my husband who's name is on the label) signed for it. Luckily, I have a camera showing that no FedEx carrier ever came to my door. At precisely 3:27PM, you see me coming home from the pharmacy. Given the time he says he delivered and someone signed for it, you'd expect that I would have crossed paths with him at my front door or even the elevator. When I drove into my parking garage, there wasn't even a FedEx truck out there. Either FedEx has a thief as a driver that knew full well what was in that box or an incompetent one that happens to be a liar too. I will be going to the Longwood, FL FedEx Ship Center the moment that they open at 10:00am. I hate to be that "Karen", but this is completely unacceptable. If I didn't have video evidence, I'd be stuck with paying for this equipment because according to B&H Photo Video Pro Audio, it's been delivered and signed for. So in this case, yeah....I have to be that "Karen". I expect this to be fixed one way or the other and for that driver to explain themselves! read more

Great experience at this location. Jose from FedEx is great. We missed a delivery one day and came to this center and were disappointed to find out that our package hasn't been loaded off yet, but gave Jose our number to call us back if he were to get it later. Shortly after leaving we received a call from Jose that he has just received our package and we ended up turning around and getting it. Jose deserves a raise! Thanks! read more

My job sent me a new laptop and used FedEx to deliver it. The package required a signature so I had to be on site to receive it. There were three attempts, two of which I was present at the location, both times the driver didn't knock, ring my doorbell or make any indication that he was there and just left a notice that an attempt was made. The package is being returned to the sender and I'm now getting shit from my boss over this. Absolutely shitty service. read more

So I obtain a new position working remotely the company sent out my two monitors in my laptop along with the headset that I was expecting from FedEx FedEx on the first day submitted a ticket stating no one was home there was no knock at my door there was no note left from FedEx because I live in an apartment that is three floors. no elevator. I am standing at fedex longwood right now and called earlier to find out about coming to pick up my package early since it was already here. I was told by customer service he'd contact this hub and make sure I can come get my package today. He placed me on hold, contacted the hub and advised they said it was okay to pick up. Now I am here and the front desk agent is stating he was incorrect and there is nothing she can do. She states this has been an issue before but yet is unwilling to help even when another agent here offered to go get the package. She stopped him saying something about having to pay extra for Saturday delivery even though I was sent to this hub by customer service. Is this how you take care of your customers? read more

I completely agree that negative stars are needed! An order was express shipped from across the country from Washington state to Florida. This is a medical brace needed immediately. The package arrived at the station within 30 hours, but is sitting, labeled NOT DUE FOR DELIVERY because it was shipped 3 day express, but arrived in two and they're making me wait until MONDAY (third business day)! They will not allow me to pick the package up unless I "upgrade the delivery" and pay a $40 ransom!! In what reality does a company HOLD something for three additional days because it arrived early? The truck is IN THE LOT, the package is IN THE STORE, yet, they refuse to deliver it or let me pick it up without charging me for doing the work myself. Do yourselves a favor, use UPS. I've never had a problem with UPS and they don't turn their trucks around in my driveway, like FedEx does (costing me $900 in repairs). read more

My wife has a cell phone that was to have been delivered on Sat 2/11/2017. It was shipped by FedEx to this station in Longwood Florida. I paid extra to have the phone arrive on that date. At 10 AM, I took my dog for a walk and noticed a Fedex truck enter the complex. I saw it leave and when I got back home I checked the Fedex website. It said that the phone was delivered at 9:49 Am and left at the front door! My wife was sitting in the recliner and said she saw a Fedex truck go buy around 10 AM, but it never stopped! I, also, called the 800 number and got the runaround. I was told I would be contacted in about 2 hours. When I was contacted, I was told they couldn't get a hold of the Manager of the Lonwood Facility and I would have to wait until Monday, 2/13/2017 to get an answer! Well, I called Fedex at about 8:45 AM and after explaining what happened and giving them my case number, I was put on hold. About 3 min later the rep came back on the phone and said the manager was trying to contact the driver and I would be contacted in 2 hours! Here we go again.... read more

THEY NEED NEGATIVE STARS - HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE The service is horrible & UNRELIABLE!! The FedEx site stated that my packaged went out on a truck at 10:04 this morning!! I finally got through to an agent based in El Salvadore about 10pm at night after waiting close to 45 mins for him to tell me that the DRIVER GOT TIRED OF DRIVING AND DECIDED NOT TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE. One would think the policy on a Christmas Eve would be to deliver until your truck is EMPTY!!! Now my 11 year old son will watch all his brothers and sisters open gifts and the one real gift I could even afford to give him will NOT BE HERE!!! It will be a sad day in my house!! His heart will be broken. This Christmas eve is already messed up. The person at the call center couldn't even give me a local contact number or person that could act as a point of escalation - I GUESS FEDEX COULD CARE LESS!!! read more

This past May my son graduated from high school, and I ordered a photo package from a company called Grad Images for $185. Two months past and I hadn't received the photo package, so I called Grad Images to check the status of the delivery. Their customer service rep told me the package showed it was delivered over a month ago, and I told her we never got it. She did some research and said they gave the package to Fedex and that basically that can not help me. She told me to contact Fedex, which I did, and they opened a delivery dispute. I was told I would recieve answers to their investigation in 2-3 days. Long story short, to this day I have not heard anything from Fedex or Grad Images and was basically robbed of $185. I was very disappointed that neither Grad Images or Fedex seemed to want to help resolve the issue. This was a very special moment for my son we wanted to capture. Expected a delivery but when it didn't arrive I called the 1-800 number and was told that the driver noted that the delivery address was incorrect. I gave the customer service rep my address and it was the same address driver was given. Customer service rep advised she would call the service station manager and arrange for the package to be delivered today. An hour passed and still no delivery. I called FedEx 1-800 number again and spoke to a supervisor out of El Paso by the name of Robert. I explained to him the situation and his remedy wqs to do the same thing that was previously done, i.e. call the service station manager. I explained to him that had already been done. He stated he would call his cell. i was placed on hold and when he returned he stated he had to leave a message on voicemail. According to Robert this manager is identified in their database as the weekend manager. Apparently he didn't get the memo. So here I am stuck without the prescription expected to be delivered today and hoping I have no adverse effects for not taking the medication for the next two days while i wait for FedEx to reopen on Monday. read more
