Something is fishy at the Ontario sorting facility. Twice within three weeks FedEx claims my online orders were delivered but it wasn't. First time required a signature but I assume the driver faked my signature as the tracking info showed the name wrong (!!!) and this time saying package was left in front of the door but our security camera shows none. I believe the Ontario office team is doing something fishy to steal merchandise and I'm hoping if there are more customers with same issues will call them out. I even called FedEx customer advocacy group twice and they believe something doesn't seem right at that facility. read more

Someone is always home with him and waiting for the delivery. The website shows the package is delayed but yet they say they attempted deliver. This place. What a joke. So I had a letter that was mailed to me. Wasn't sure who sent it. Or what it was. But was told the driver knocked on my door and no one answered. Which already begins the lying and deceit that the fedex drivers are so easily able to achieve. They left no tag on my door. And I was home. With windows wide open. And never once did I get a knock on my door. Since it wasn't left I called in to inquire who it was sent from and why it wasn't left on my door. After contacting the fedex customer service number I spoke to someone who told me they will leave instructions for the driver to leave on my porch if not home. This happened 3 more time. Each time. The driver did not even get off his lazy ass and attempt to deliver. He never knocked. Never even got in the gate on my community. All 4 times he from His truck said no answer. And never once tagged or attempted delivery. Bunch of lazy fucks. I usually only use UPS when I ship but I have to accept they this is normal for this company. And regardless of what it is that they were trying to deliver I would rather them just send it back than deal with their lies and horrible customer service. read more

I ordered a Xbox series X, from Gamestop on Nov 10 2020, that was supposed to be delivered on November 19th. I call FedEx on Nov 20th and explained to them that I never received my package and per my tracking information my Xbox was supposed to be on a truck and out for delivery. They told me that because of covid-19 my actual date wouldn't be until the 23rd. When the 23rd came, I was given the runaround that my package would be delivered in a couple of days on Wednesday the 25th. I asked could I pick up my package because I only live 30 minutes away from the location, the customer service from FedEx said no per my shippers restrictions. On the 29th I called them again regarding my xbox, they stated that it was past 7 days and they couldn't locate my package an its considered a lost. They told me to called GameStop and file a insurance claim for a refund. I called GameStop to file a claim an to tell them I didn't want a refund, I want my Xbox. Game stop said its nothing that they can do but give me a refund seeing that the Xbox series x is out of stock. For the life of me I don't understand how you lose my Xbox that had a tracking numbers and you have security cameras at your facility. December 1, 2020 an representative from FedEx text me and said my package was never on a truck, it was on the Manifest that said it would be out for delivery. I wanted to state my opinion about FedEx. I have never been disappointed with the service FedEx gives. I have never felt the need to go out of my way to make sure a review conveyed how upset I have been with a company. FedEx is always my preferred shipper and will continue to be. I have had multiple packages come through UPS and they have dropped the ball consistently. If you need to have something delivered and you want to confidence I have with a company, pick FedEx. I live in San Diego and ordered blinds from Bali who shipped from their assembly facility in Mexico. It was picked up at the TJ border on 8/6/21 and sent up past San Diego to the FedEx facility near Riverside, California. From there, FedEx shipped the blinds across the United States where it arrived in Edison, New Jersey on 8/10/21. It was then shipped back to Bloomington arriving on 8/16/21 and then finally to my residence in San Diego on the 17th. I never got an explanation from FedEx, and I hope this isn't standard shipping practice for FedEx. I will have reservations about making purchases from companies using FedEx in the future. read more

I sent a package to my son who lives in Brooklyn NY. The package was dropped at Postal Anex in POmona, Ca. FedEx charged me $31.87 and told me it would take 4 days to deliver. 3 and a half weeks later, the package was still set somewhere in their location and was never delivered. Anytime I logged on their tracking site to check, it kept saying PENDING, PENDING, PENDING, and PENDING for EVER. I am very very upset and my patience with FedEx is running out. Absolutely the worst customer service. 2 day shipping that takes over 9 days to get delivered, this after personally going to their facility at their recommendation, only to be turned away when they could not find my package. I was told to wait and will be called when my package is located. Staff helped another customer and then went to the back. She helped the customer before me. She seemed upset that she had to carry the package. I'm sure when you apply to this job this is a minimum weight requirement you must lift. I see my package and she takes her time, the other staff sees that my package is there. He offers to help me (scan, check ID etc) and the first staff says no while murmuring something about not being too long. The staff is free and can help me. It should not have been an issue. Finally she asks for my ID and I carry my package with one hand. If it was remotely as heavy as she said I would not be able to carry with one hand. I mention it's not that heavy, she rebuttals saying "Yeah it is". There is no reason for someone to take this position when they don't want to work. read more

Left a note on door in Canada with the buzzer and phone number, and to call me when it is delivered. No call or buzzer or phone. Just a note saying could not deliver, no answer. We went to this location to ship boxes of product back to our Company we received from Fedex. The line was to the door with only 2 fedex employees helping folks. It took us 30 minutes to get to the counter, and was told the boxes had to ship Fedex Ground. I said "we're in Fedex", and she said "no, you're in Fedex Express". No where in the signage did it say that. How would I know, the sign says "Federal Express Shipping Center". Service here blows! read more

I have had nothing but trouble with them delivering stuff to me. It started with them having to deliver to the post office. Now I know if they weren't supposed to deliver there, but then why would they note tbe delivery as being left at door step, no signature required? Then i have had 3 other deliveries to an actual address. The driver never knocked on my door, didn't leave a door tag and refused to leave the package with the office, but yet noted the delivery wasn't able to be completed because there was no one home. Then I had a delivery in the morning which was left at the front desk, again didn't bother to knock at my door. There was another item that should of been delivered at the same time, again the driver noted that the delivery was completed and left at door step. It wasn't nor was it left at the front desk. Here is where it gets real interesting, the center where the packages are at and get loaded in the trucks claim the package didn't have the apt # on it but yet it was put on the truck for delivery and it was left at the door. Then Im told the driver has 48 hrs to respond and explain what happened. Why do they get that? They stole the item Now I had to go back to the sender and ask for a replacement and have to fill out paperwork and pay to get it notarized. Horrible, horrible, horrible service read more

DO NOT EVER USE FEDEX!!! If I could I would give it negative stars! I have been waiting for DAYS for a priority package. First I receive numerous phone calls in one day asking questions to clear this package and to confirm the address. They told me it's been cleared to deliver and be sent out that same day. But for some dumb reason, they hold in Tennessee for so many days even after speaking with me and telling me it's been released for delivery. Finally I was told it will be delivered on Monday, May 1st and I never got it. When I called to inquire they told me that we have the incorrect address!!!! I told them I already had the address confirmed then what seems to be the problem. Then they finally admitted that the driver didn't get the correct paperwork with the address and that's why he couldn't deliver my package they told me it is scheduled to be delivered the next day on Tuesday. I called them ALLLLLL FREAKING day to make sure I do get it. Each phone call ended with, "don't worry ma'm, you're package is enroute and you will get it today." Plus since it's so urgent, they said that the driver was already notified that its urgent to be delivered. They said the last delivery goes till 8 pm and any minute now I can receive it. It was almost 6:20 and I still hadn't gotten anything. I called and they tell me that the driver couldn't get in the gate so he left and it will be delivered tomorrow!! I got connected to the local Fedex where my package was coming out of and the lady said she will message the driver to come back and she will call me back. LIES!! She never called back or anything so I called back knowing that it's going to close soon and I needed my package. No one answered. I asked to speak to the manager and spoke with Jesus. After wasting Sooo much time with him he tells me I'm sorry at this time I can't do anything and it will have to be delivered tomorrow. At the end of it all, I have to go pick it up myself. So I'm paying them for me to do their damn job. The only reason this is such a big issue for me is that this package is my medicine which helps my pain. Nothing else helps me. I've waited DAYS and even now this happens. I am not able to sleep all night due to severe pain and here's another night. This is the worst service ever possible. I will never use Fed ex again , I bought a item I needed and even paid extra to have it delivered by 4/29/2017 I kept tracking it and it was on the truck ready for delivery well around 4:45 I saw a fed ex truck pass by my house and where it stopped nobody knows cause people on my block order all the time , okay around 7 pm I check again and it said it was left on my front porch at 5:45pm no it was NOT ! because I sat in my living room with the door open and my house number is in plain view of my house. I called them and they said to call in the morning and could not give me a confirmation number and that it was in the system when I would call , I called and it was confirmed that I had called but low and behold they were closed and to call back Monday because they would contact the driver , called again was told they would contact me I gave them my landline number as well as my cell still no call oh and they said they would investigate .
