1 star. I visited this FedEx Office around 1:00 PM today with a package after realizing the shipping label sent by the seller was missing. Before I could even explain the situation or ask for help, the employee immediately started yelling that she wasn't going to print the label. I never even asked her to print it. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've had. If this is how customers are treated, management needs to address it immediately. I left without shipping my package. Avoid this location if you expect to be treated with basic respect. read more

Came in to pick up our package, John and Monica assisted us in locating our package. They were quick and efficient and in being able to locate it. Their service is impeccable. We really needed this package that had our camera gear to take pictures of our newborn since I'd be delivering our son the following day. If you are around Chula Vista and expecting a delivery from them, don't expect it to be delivered. It will say out for delivery but it will take more than a week and will wait for you to ask to hold it to this location for you to pick it up. I experienced it several times and the driver is always "Fernando". Fernando should be fired. Hire new people FedEx! read more

I have NEVER gotten a delivery from them. Every package I was expecting to be delivered, didn't get delivered, and I've had to drive to pick it up. This place is a joke. I had to come to pick up a package after a failed delivery attempt. It said I could pick up the package AFTER 5:30. I get there at 6 & go to go inside and the door is closed. It says that they are open until 7. So I asked a worker coming out of the building & she said they're closed because it's a holiday weekend. But the holiday hours online said til 7pm. So I'm assuming they decided to close an hour early so they could all go home and screw customers. Tried to call the customer service center & they said there's nothing I can do but wait until the next delivery attempt (4 days later) to get my package. And even CONFIRMED the office was scheduled to be open until 7. Yet they don't care about that and there's nothing they can do to help. read more

Customer Service is non existent! The average person does not ship packages daily hence going to a shipping location for assistance in that matter. When someone walks in maybe don't assume they should know the ins and outs of the process and then speak to them like your inconveniencing their day. Will no longer be using their services read more

This place has an employee that's extremely rude and impolite. She is an African American woman. She has absolutely no communication skills. I told her that I did not appreciate how she talked to me and her excuse was that that's the way she speaks. Not a valid excuse in my opinion. This person should not be allowed to be near a customer. Why isn't management paying attention to this? I come to this place because it's close to my home, but will be considering a different location just to avoid this lady. I go to retrieve a package at 6:10 PM. I can see workers in the back and somebody sitting in the front office. The doors, however do not open. I knock on the office door and an employee rudely turns me away, saying that they're closed. The store hours clearly stay online and in person that they're open until 7 PM. What a joke. read more

So far worst experience , it was our first time shipping something and they were very rude. I had gone with my mom who doesn't speak very good english and the lady that "helped" us kept raising her voice to her and even laughed when she didn't understand good . I spoke for my mom and the lady still laughed at me as well for helping. This Fedex place is not very good and will not go again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

FedEx is the only delivery service that doesn't get packages to me, probably because we have a security gate and their driver's are too lazy to do what UPS, USPS and Amazon Drivers are able to do. Instead, they lie and say no one was home, even though I work from home and always there. When they don't deliver, I'm forced to go to this office location, which takes me 30 minutes of BS to finally get something that would have been delivered to me if it was any other company. read more

FedEx told me that my package would arrive on 12/21/22 no later than noon. It is a package that I have to sign for, which is fine, but here it is almost 9:00 PM & no package. When I called customer service all I could get was a robot operator that would only tell me, "Your package is out for delivery and will arrive by the end of the day." What in the name of Hades does "By the end of the day" mean? I have a non-related business in which we ship about 4000 packages per month from Europe to all over the USA. I had been thinking of changing shippers from UPS to FedEx but no longer. It appears that in the shipping industry customer service is a non-entity. read more

Awful awful I don't even know why anyone uses fedex over UPS. They claimed coming to my home 3 times and then set the package for pick up. They left me a VM that my package has been there for a few days and is ready. When we went to the location they could not find the package....waited almost an hr while they helped other customers for them to even go look for it. Awful facility, not to mention their over the phone customer service is pointless. Apparently they have no access to anything and the consumer has to create a fedex account and do everything for themselves. read more

This is a negative star. This is the second time I've mail a package to my daughter that they haven't delivered. Never again will I use fedex. She lives in an gated apartment and the driver is too lazy to get out of his truck and walk through the gate up to her apartment. The tracking says customer not available or business is closed. This is Day two of this. We made sure she was home today to revive her package. I called costumer service all they said was, "we will try again tomorrow." read more

I own a busy store. Customers have been waiting on this product for weeks. The Manufacturer shipped them to the correct address via FED EX. HOWEVER, Fed Ex decided to take them to an older address about 10 miles a way) the old address they had in their system. It just so happened I was at that older address for a final cleaning and told them they needed to take the packages to the address on the label, the one they were supposed to deliver to in the first place.... He asked "are you refusing the package?" I said "You are at the wrong address so of course you need to take packages to where the label tells you"... So we called FED EX and found out the packages were on the way back across the USA.... We told them STOP! bring them back to the address they were supposed to go to!" .... The replied that was not possible that the policy was that when a package was refused it had to go back to the sender (all the way ground to the other side of the country.... to be reshipped by sender again" I explained the shipper did not make the error...they mailed it to the correct address....FED EX MESSED UP!...thats why it was refused. This company put our customers out, put us out, hurt our business and I'll never use them again. Why would you deliver to an incorrect address and then refuse to take it to the correct address because the person at the wrong address refused it? is common sense a trait not necessary to work at FED EX? read more
