I've had some great experiences at this UPS Store in the past, especially thanks to one standout employee--a gentleman with shoulder-length black hair and a calm, professional presence. Every time he's helped me, he's been kind, smiling, and clearly cares about customer service. He's a true asset there. Unfortunately, today was a very different story. I came in with two Amazon returns and one Etsy package that needed a shipping label printed. I had my USB with me but asked if I could just email the label. I was directed to a sticker on the counter with the store's email address, so I sent it over. "It's under your box," they said. Then a different employee took over, received the email, printed the label, and casually asked, "Cash or credit?" I said, "Cash," and only then was I told it would be $3 ...to print a single label. Three dollars?! That's like a 300% increase from what I've paid here before. I've paid nothing, or maybe 50 cents--I can't recall exactly--but it was nowhere near $3 to print a black-and-white half-page label. I declined to pay and said I could print it at FedEx for 20 cents. The employee became dismissive and huffily implied I was being difficult, stating, "It's a new policy." So now I'm leaving--despite the fact that the label was already printed and headed for the trash. As I was walking out, he asked for the receipt back. I had two receipts with tracking numbers, and he grumbled, "I don't know which one--I didn't do those," clearly annoyed. It was awkward and unnecessary. And again--this could've been avoided with clearer communication from the start. This wasn't just about the money, it was about how it was handled. I can only blame ownership for two things: 1. Failing to train staff to mention pricing before printing. 2. Failing to honor prior pricing or offer a one-time courtesy, especially when the label was already printed! Not to mention, this person seemed annoyed to be working. I won't describe their appearance, but I'm sure it's clear who is thriving there vs. who's quick to get irritated with customers (which shouldn't happen). One more thing: a clear sign about the price hike would help--ideally placed right next to the email address sign I was told to look at. I ended up going to FedEx, printed the label for 20 cents, and came back to drop it off. I handed it to a woman at the counter and she just stared at me. Said nothing. Did nothing. Just stared. I stared back, waiting, confused. After an uncomfortable silence, I finally asked, "Is everything good?" She paused, then replied, "Would you like a receipt?" I said yes, got it, and left. I don't know if I'll be back. I might just take the extra two minutes to drive to FedEx, pay 20 cents, then drop off at USPS. And that's a shame, honestly, because I used to be genuinely impressed by the service here. Used to be my go-to UPS Store... not so sure anymore. read more

super long line and they will let people cut lines and take people who just walked in before helping you. do yourself a favor and use any other UPS store. it's one block away from my apartment and i'd rather drive somewhere else. garbage store. ALSO they literally WILL NOT deliver packages. you could be standing out front your house and they still won't deliver it so you get forced to go to a useless store such as this one to continue to not get help. UPS has not delivered a package to me in 3 years, I have had to pick them all up despite me being home for most of the deliveries. You'd hope that if they are so terrible at delivering packages that at least the store would be nice and organized, but you'd be wrong. read more
