Felcaro Pizzeria is a good spot to grab a slice while walking around the area. I stopped by on a Thursday, just before 9pm and was happy to grab something quick to eat on the go. The employee behind the counter heated my pizza up and had it to me in no time. This isn't the type of place where I'd really sit down to eat, as there wasn't much ambiance. I could see it getting a little busier on a weekend night, though. I'm rating Felcaro Pizzeria on what I would consider to be my Boston Pizza Scale, not my Overall Pizza Scale. In other words, this place is a Boston 3, but a New York City 1.5. The slice itself was pretty big and not overly greasy, but the pepperoni didn't have too much flavor to it. That being said, I was decently satisfied with it, which is more than I can say for some other Boston pizza spots.

I was at hospital across the street for a procedure and afterwards didn't want to try the hospital cafeteria. Wanted something quick and easy so gave this place a try. The wait for food was bit longer than expected probably due to it being made to order. Most people here just get pizzas but the wraps I got were pretty good. I waited inside and it's got few decent size tables so it's a good choice to dine in on a cold winter day like lately. Would return again if I have a chance to visit the area again. Definitely a solid choice being so close to the hospital and subway station.

Rate it for what it is. Late night, possibly drunk, craving satisfying pizza. And some damn good pizza in that realm. Looking back at the picture as I make this review, I want to go relive this night-out in Boston just for the pizza that wrapped it up.

Driest steak and cheese I've ever had.

Come on, Felcaro's! We want to love you! Just ordered your steak & cheese, and although the bread was nice and fresh, the steak was dry and had hardly any cheese on it . The hamburger sub was just ok...dry meat on burger and ruined it. We live in the neighborhood and want you to do well. Put a nice sign outside so you can actually see it from the street and improve your food a little bit. You can do better!

Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ended our Sunday with a deliciously cheesy "small" Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Their small is most definitely a large and these are the portions we live for! The crust of the pizza is deliciously doughy with a crunchy crust. Every bite was so yummy!

I had never visited Felcaro's when I entered last night and asked if I may sit at any outside table. No one was sitting inside. The response from the cook behind the counter was, "You're not staying here. Go outside and go somewhere else," as he pointed to the side. I asked one more time just to be sure and he repeated himself, "Go outside and go somewhere else!". Enough said. They are rude, discriminatory and horrific business people.

Felcaro Pizzeria on Cambridge Street in Boston

There are a few pizza and sub spots along Cambridge Street and Felcaro is one of them. We popped in for lunch. A few different pizzas available and ready, they also have a wide menu of others they'll prepare and sandwiches/subs too. I ordered two slices of the veggie pizza and after a few minutes of being reheated in the oven, they were ready. Nicely topped with red onions, green peppers, mushrooms, chunked and sliced tomatoes. The crust was nice and crisp on the bottom. Very thick, almost too much to fold in half. Two slices was plenty for this big boy. Some tables and counter space inside. They also have a cooler of Pepsi products and other waters/juices.

Late night grub! Pepperoni Pizza slice

Great for late night grub! Came here after a night out for a friend's birthday. This was the closest spot that was still open after 2am. There was some what of a line and by the time we got up to the counter the line was to the door. Mostly young to mid twenty-somethings just trying to get their late night drunchies. At the time we were there they had about 5 different topping choices that were ready by the slice. If I remember correctly I think they were about $4 a slice. We got 3 slices, a pepperoni, veggie and meat lovers. We also got a steak and cheese calzone and fries. Our total came out to about $26. The pizza was good and so were the fries. We took the calzone to go to heat it up in the morning. Our group was able to snag half of a table so we could sit down to eat. There is limited amount of space to eat if you're dining in late. Since they push some tables and chairs against the wall to make room for new customers. Overall it's a substantial place for some late night pizza. And the food overall was worth the money in my opinion for a late night pick me up. I would much rather choose this place over a chain that rhymes with Rominos.

How is the plate so greasy and the pizza so dry?
Tarah M.

This is hands down the worst pizza I've ever had across the country. Maybe they gave me old pizza and reheated it til it was too hard to eat. Essentially it's inedible. And the staff was not friendly at all. Overall terrible experience.

I'm not going to go into a lengthy discourse on how much better pizza is in Brooklyn, because that'd probably be pretty annoying. Good thing I didn't say anything about it. I'm just going to tell you a quick few things: 1. The Caesar salad with chicken is very tasty, and a great deal. It's a sizable portion, and I love the spice rub they are throwing on the chicken. 2. A fresh pie is so much better than a slice that's been sitting there for...a long time, it seems. I don't care if you just want a slice, you're better off ordering a whole pie and giving it away to people (like the nurses at Mass General down the street). It might even make them like you. 3. I couldn't believe that Rajon Rondo was on the wall listed among the All-Time Celtics Greats. But then I looked it up, and he played for you guys for like nine seasons? My mind is blown.

Perfectly reasonable slice of pizza for $5. Not a top-tier slice, not a terrible slice. Perfectly average, and that's fine.

We were told 20 minutes to wait and the line did move as promised. Note that there were some locals in line with us. Regina's is not a tourist trap. We wanted to do a half and half pizza with pepperoni and chicken pesto, but were told you had to do a "build your own" for that. Two small pizzas were not too much higher in cost than a large. Prices are reasonable, we spent less than $50 for two small pizzas and two drinks. The pizzas were very good and the crust was excellent. Service was good. The place is small and I hear the Thacher location is better than the Fanueil Hall location. The menu has quite a few options, including a couple of vegetarian pizzas.

We had the meat lover's pie and oh my. Wgat a delicious fusion animals, cheese, tomatoes and crust. The taste took me back to a pizza I had many years ago at a place in Cambridge--in a great way! They only sell whole pies, which at first seemed annoying (the first time I tried coming here a few years ago I was by myself and couldn't eat a whole pizza alone) so I had to make this my inaugural tasting). But I see that as ensuring you are only eating a fresh product, where all the ingredients cook into each other and come out hot and ready, instead or something reheated from four hours ago because the day was slow. The menu is simple: pizzas and meat skewers. They know what they do well and lean into it hard. The ambiance has a rustic feel, with tall, weathered wooden booths that make eating a close experience, so please bring people you really like!
