We order from Felicos for every event we have. They have a great selection to order from and the food is top notch. The trays are always packed. Incredible tasting food.we normally get a chicken, pasta, steak tray and a salad. Every dish is better than the next . I ordered my phone and immediately I have the receipt in my email. The delivery person helps to set up the trays, light the sterno's and leave me all set up. We have ordered from Felico's a number of times, and each occasion results in more and more compliments on their food. I have learned to order more than needed as most of our guests go back for seconds, and even thirds. The food is delicious, with subtle seasonings (meaning nothing overpowering). We even debate on which trays to order each time as everyone has their favorite one. Staff is professional, very friendly and will help with logistics on orders and people. We attended the Great Jackolatern Sail at Belmont State Park and this place was our Go To for dinner. Their truck was dishing out hot heroes, meatballs and catered cuisine. I decided on the sausage and peppers hero and was not disappointed. Even my 8 year old loved it ! She ate all of hers. Such a shock ! The sweet sausage with the peppers was so good. The soft Italian bread is what made everything even more delicious ! I would love to have them cater some food for my future wedding. So delicious !!!!!!! Felicos staff was a pleasure to work with. They were efficient and never said "no" to any request -- even if it was to provide space on the buffet for a roasted pig prepared from another vendor. Nancy was particularly helpful and all staff had a smile on their face the entire party. We had sausage and peppers, steak, pasta (thought it would have less sauce and more vegs), delicious ribs, corn on the cob, cole slaw, bbq chicken (a bit dry), and more. They bring good quality plates and their own tins with covers. By the time dessert came out, they had all of the leftover food in covered tins ready to go into the refrig. The BEST SALAD. Every Wednesday ( i wish it was everyday) they have the chicken Milanese which is out of this world. In a word, WONDERFUL. This past weekend we celebrated my 50th birthday in our backyard. The Felico's team came to set up 90 minutes early. They were professional, respectful, and could not be nicer. We had an hour of passed hors d'ovres and then a more formal sitdown dinner that lasted ~3 hours. The food was delcious and the service was top notch. The team truly fired on all cylinders and were attentive to the guests' needs wihout being overbearing: a perfect balance. Felico's catered my twin daughters baptism this weekend, and let me tell you, the FOOD WAS AWESOME!! My guests were blown away, as was my husband and I. We decided to go out on a limb and try Felico's based on their yelp reviews, and let me tell you - they certainly not only lived up to the reviews, but I'd say even surpassed them. Gabby and Yvette were our servers- they were sweet, accommodating, and made everything run smoothly from beginning to end. I truly felt like a guest at my party. They were organized, prompt, and left everything spotless. The food was beyond what I expected. We had a buffet style service for 60 people that included: Penne vodka Rotelli pasta with spinach and sausage Pepper steak Sicilian chicken - my favorite * Eggplant rollatini Garden salad The meat was TENDER .. the Sicilian chicken and pepper steak were melt in your mouth .. everything was perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. Terry from the office was so sweet and easy to talk to. She made everything easy to plan and she was so easy to contact. I cannot say enough great things. So many of my guests took cards home. We catered our second small gathering in August 2024 using Felico's and once again they did not disappoint! When I called to plan the menu, Bernadette was able to pull up my last order from 2 years ago and helped me build a new menu. While making the menu, I had a question regarding the beef selections and before I knew it, Frank, the owner, took the call over not only to answer my question but to make recommendations based on the type of guests we were hosting, mostly women. Together we came up with the perfect menu. Furthermore, he gave me his mobile number in case I had any other questions after we hung up. ALL of he food was delicious! We ordered a few appetizers (skewered for easy handling) and the Party Package #3 for 25 people. Our guests ate well and there was so much food leftover that some guests took food home with them. The next day we gave our neighbors some too and we had a freezer full with more food for future meals. But what made this day even better than the last gathering was, Jessie! This time, we decided to hire a waitress from Felico's ($150) to allow me to spend time with guests rather than setting up and cleaning up during the party ourselves. From beginning to the very end, Jessie set up the chafer's, heated the food, walked the hors d'oeuvres, removed plates, napkins, drinks etc. from tables and put them in the trash, managed the buffet, consolidated the rest of the leftovers and stored them in trays and containers and placed them in my refrigerator so not to have the food spoil from sitting out all night. She also set up the dessert table that guests brought with them. She was everywhere all the time but never in the way! Jessie cleaned everything up outside (this was an outside event) and inside. My kitchen looked as if it did before the day began. Jessie did all of this and more, with a smile on her face and kind words spoken to everyone from the moment she stepped foot on our property. She was worth every penny! Throughout the night, my husband and I had side conversations about how to tip Jessie for all of her efforts...we increased it three separate times! I can't say enough how pleased I am with Felico's! I recently threw a 60th birthday party for my parents at the VFW Hall in Albertson. I worked closely with Frank, the owner of Felico's, to book the hall. He was extremely kind and always willing to help answer any questions I had during the planning process. This was the ideal venue for my parent's party and was spacious, newly renovated, and nicely decorated. In addition to the hall rental, they offered very generous and affordable catering packages including an open bar, appetizers, several main courses, and dessert, all catered by Felico's. I also communicated with Joann, who was very sweet and helpful while making arrangements for the hall and food. We received several compliments from party guests on how delicious the food was. I was very happy with the quality and wide selection they offered! We also had two guests who had dairy allergies which they kindly accommodated with individual dishes. The staff who assisted during the party were also extremely professional and always willing to help with whatever we needed. Frank also helped suggest a DJ for us as well! As a first time party planner, it was such a pleasure to work with Frank, Joann, and the Felico's staff to make the planning for my parent's 60th birthday party as seamless as possible. Felico's is the real deal. My husband and I had the absolute BEST backyard wedding and we couldn't have done it without the team at Felico's. Not only was the food incredible (and trust me...we had a lot of tough critics) everything was taken care of. The ambience was truly amazing because we had an unbelievable team backing us up. Jenn is simply the best. I can't say it enough. Within a week I felt like I knew her forever and had no doubt we were in safe hands. She was the leader we needed and the one the whole staff responded to and respected leading up to the event and day of. She delivered on every promise she made and more. Frank is fantastic! The biggest thing on catering is both on time prompt delivery service and quality - Felico's hit it home on both. They stood out on the day - another vendor was also used for another dish (which admittedly doesn't do as much catering/delivery) and they were delayed. This review is only based on one food item, but mostly customer service. My family and I were at an event in Belmont Lake State park recently, where Felico's had a food truck and tent. The people working served with a smile all day! In the tent were hot dogs, fries etc. In the truck was sausage and peppers, meatballs etc. I wanted to try the chicken meatballs in vodka sauce. I asked the woman if she would put it on the hero bread for me and she accommodated. She also went out of her way to ask someone in the tent for a to go container, who stopped what he was doing to get one. All still smiling with a line for both spots... I walked my food to a bench by the lake where my picky eater child was waiting. She was hesitant to try something new, but did! We were both playfully fighting over each bite! So. Delicious! I went back toward the end of the event to get more to bring home but not suprisingly, there were none left. I cannot wait to get to know this business better. Best sausage and peppers sandwich you can get. They have the ultimate setup. A flat top dedicated to the sausages, peppers and onions. When you order they cut the sausage in half and grill it before they construct the sandwich. The large is huge so I usually get the small unless I want to save it for later. Hired them to cater off-site an afternoon BBQ. Food and service were superb. The office staff and field team were very friendly. At our home, staff went out of their way to clean up and pack all of the extra food in our fridge. Best of all the food was delicious. From start to finish our graduation party that was catered from Felico's was absolutely amazing!! Frank (owner) made two visits to my home to plan the layout for the bbq. Eha in the office was easily accessible and made the menu planning simple. The staff arrived on time and was professional, friendly and organized. Joanne led the team and kept the party flowing nicely. The two chefs grilled to perfection a variety of meats as well as prepared pizzas for the crowd. Janet, the catering manager we were dealing with was quick to respond to any requests and changes we wanted to make. She was polite and professional, a real delight :) The delivery team/ servers arrived 15 minutes ahead of their slotted delivery time to begin setting up the food. The staff was courteous and professional. They did an amazing job setting up and cleaning up. Our guests were raving about the food. People were going back for seconds! Their eggplant rollatini was to die for, as was the tortellini with mushrooms. We also had a chicken, and steak dish and penne vodka and all were so delicious.
