2nd time trying this restaurant & did takeout this time. Me and my partner ordered the Mongolian Beef and Beef Chow Fun. It came with free soda when ordering off their website too! Food was ready within 15 minutes. It was packed and ready when we arrived. We had no issues. The free parking lot is nice and easy. Everything was very delicious and flavorful. We were very full and still had some leftovers. Would highly recommend! Can't wait to come back :) read more

Found this place when I lived in this neighborhood and will drive back even though I live in dtla now! I bring everyone I know here and always suggest for people to try! It's my go to for Asian food! I've tried most on their menu but Chow fun, pho, Kung Pao chicken with side of fried rice are my favorites, while my boyfriend likes the banh mi, orange chicken, and fried egg rolls! This restaurant closes on Saturdays, but open every day of the week! This is a family owned restaurant and the owner is so sweet! She will cook our food and bring it out to us! Food is good and service is fine but I'm left super thirsty afterwards. -Steak and Brisket Pho: They should have told me they were out of brisket. I would've just gone with the rare steak pho. They used velvet beef (? the beef that's used in beef and broccoli) as a substitute for brisket...so weird. He told me they were out of tendon, would've been nice to have been told the same about the brisket. The amount of pho noodles was quite massive, even in a takeout order. The broth was a bit saltier than what I've normally had in the SGV but I always thought their broths were too sweet. -Charboiled Pork and Chicken Rice Plate: Normally made with broken rice, it felt weird without it. I'd probably get it with just the pork next time. Though, i was super thirsty after eating just the rice and meat. I didn't even pour the nuoc mam over it. Would I come back? Maybe I'll check out some other Vietnamese places in the area first. Prices weren't too great, most dishes started at $14.95. read more

I ordered delivery from Asian Fusion and am trying not to hold this against them - but one dish was not secured carefully in my order and dark brown sauce spilled all over my aqua couch. I've scheduled a deep cleaning but fear my couch is ruined. The dark brown sauce filled the bag the food came in. That being said, the beef and broccoli has sooooo much sauce. It was a bit too saucy for my taste and very filled with broccoli - not much meat. The honey shrimp was tasty but had the opposite issue of the beef & broccoli - not enough sauce! LOL! I was also hoping for some more crispy shrimp, it wasn't crispy at all. Flavors of both of my dishes were good - but there are some execution issues they can improve on. I went in there to go get food. Everything seemed nice. The place was empty so that was probably a bad sign on my part but I ordered my food. I looked on Google beforehand before I ordered my food to see the price is the price was 16. I had one in I had ordered my food. Ended up coming out to around 20 waited 10 to 15 minutes got my food went in my car to eat the food to test it and take a bite of the shrimp that I had ordered the shrimp was probably frozen or something. I don't know what they did to it, but it was so unseasoned and so bland and so nasty. I was like what the heck I literally love shrimp. I've never had shrimp as bad in my entire life the beef was OK, but it was lightly seasoned at best. read more

This is my neighborhood Chinese place and we decided to get it for Christmas Eve! They were busy but we figured that would be the case so we didn't mind. We got fried rice, lo mein, veggie egg rolls and orange chicken and my roomie and I split everything (plenty of leftovers). Everything was good, a bit pricey but it's LA so. They are working hard to give you food during this quarantine and very sweet owners. read more

We Ubereats from Asian Fusion often. The food and serving sizes are good. We came here to dine-in for the first time, and the lights were off. The host came to seat us, and we were good to go. We checked in on Yelp and got two free Thai teas. They tasted delicious. We ordered soup, honey cashew shrimp (they were out of walnuts), Mongolian beef, and a banh mi. I absolutely the love owners here. Such beautiful people who love what they do and the love goes into the food. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. The food is always of quality and it comes out hot, which I love. My favorite is probably the beef and veggie lo-mein. I'm picky with my noodles and I enjoy theirs. The soups are all amazing. The ban-mi sandwich was good. My brother and I have tried all the appetizers and they never miss. I've ordered take out too and they always package it well. 10/10 read more

Ordered a pho combo for lunch. I was so hungry! Only gave a star bc you have to, in order to leave a review. As soon as I open the bag I notice the limes look old the mint is old and starting to get brown. They Did Not provide Hoisin sauce. I pour in the broth and chili and start eating. When Eating the noodles they smell and taste like they are going bad, idk what type of meat they used but it's not what I expected. Also it's too much noodles to the meat portion they give. I took a few bites but every thing was off and it got me grossed out I could not finish my meal, and I'm STILL HUNGRY. I will NOT be coming back to this place. This restaurant does not actually serve Asian "fusion" dishes in the way one would expect, but instead has a menu that consists of existing Asian dishes of various cultures --Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Singaporean, Chinese. We chose this place because it was nearby and had decent reviews. SUMMARY: If you live in mid-city or nearby, and do not want to drive too far, this restaurant does the job if you're craving an Asian dish. They also have very fast service (the food comes quickly). However, I would not go out of my way to return. Our food was lukewarm (not fresh) and the flavor of the food we ordered was fine (nothing spectacular). STEAK & BRISKET PHO ($11.95): The broth was very simple. They were very generous with the amount of noodles given. However, the meat ratio to noodle was imbalanced (not a lot of meat). I wish the soup was hot, but it was lukewarm. I was still happy with what they gave us, and I would probably order it again, but pair it with another plate that's heavy on veggies for a more balanced meal. BEEF & VEGETABLE PAN FRIED EGG NOODLE ($13.95): I enjoyed the veggies (although the bok choy was a little bitter). Personally, I wish there was less sauce on the plate overall, but that's just my preference. The meat was fine and there were a lot of noodles provided. The crispy noodles became soggy by the time I took my second bite because of the amount of cornstarch sauce, I suspect. I would recommend ordering another plate, but there's nothing wrong with this dish. read more

The Food is so fresh and prepared in a healthy way. Today I had a craving for rice and debated about which Chinese restaurant to get Veggie fried rice. There are several options in my neighborhood, but I always gravitate to Asian Fusion. They are not heavy handed on the salt. Also when I opt for noodles like Pan Fried Noodles or even Wonton Soup, they separate the broth from the rest of the ingredients, so that you can pour it over. It so much fresher that way. It's a small neighborhood spot that you might pass by, but you should stop in. The owners are very accommodating and nice. They care about their customers and the food they serve them. I have been going for many years now and I am so glad they are there. read more

At this Vietnamese house Asian Fusion you can get a profusion of banh mi sandwiches and pho soups but you can also get a bevy of Japanese noodles, Thai offerings, Chinese meats and rice dishes. I love their egg rolls, all and anything beef, and their pad thai. Enjoy. read more

Just the facts - you be the judge. Ordered pickeup through Doordash - received notification food ready to be picked up at 1:15. Arrived 1:30. Nobody there to greet me but a small child doing his homework (and doesn't speak English). Waited another 10 minutes before finally leaning into the kitchen to ask the one lady there about my order. She hadn't even seen it. Told her I had to leave bc my lunch break was now over - she hastily threw some styrofoam boxes in a bag just to get rid of me. We did consider ordering something like dessert (but weren't too keen on the menu) in the short time we were there as a courtesy but it felt very forced and in hindsight would have taken too much time. It just didn't feel warm or friendly at all. Same vibes from hotel staff too (it's inside the Garden Suite Hotel which makes parking slightly easier compared to the rest of the area). We may still return to book an event but to be completely honest I'm not personally inclined to visit again after this experience.

Add a crisp pickle, a side of coleslaw, and a Miller Genuine Draft, and you've got a lunch that doesn't need any fancy introductions. The sawdust on the floor may be gone, but the personality certainly isn't. Philippe's still feels like old Los Angeles. People share tables, strike up conversations, and enjoy a meal without anyone rushing them out the door. Then there's something you almost never find downtown anymore--free parking. That's worth mentioning all by itself. Could I explain why I'm giving Philippe's five stars? I suppose I could. But when you have friendly people like Elizabeth, a fresh lamb dip made right in front of you, reasonable prices, free parking, and more than a century of Los Angeles history, what more could you ask for? I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to try their breakfast menu and other items though. Because peeking at the other tables they offerings looked delicious.

I'm a loyal customer of many years and will continue going here for many more! I've been visiting this restaurant for many years, and the couple who run it are truly wonderful people. The food is outstanding, especially the fried rice, which is prepared fresh upon ordering. I often order directly and pick up to save them a few dollars in fees. It's located in a strange little corner next to a 7-11 convenience store. Don't be put off by the on-going construction. Though there are a few tables, this place is better for pick up. It seems they are almost always open - holidays even. They're always busy. I have great respect for this little place - and if eating single or double, there's always left overs. My Kung Pao order last time was almost 2 pounds of food! That's incredible!

One thing I actually appreciate is that they bring out canned soda instead of fountain drinks it just tastes better and stronger. Customer service isn't the best, but it's manageable and hasn't been bad enough to stop me from going back. Parking can be a little tricky since the lot is small and kind of hard to navigate, but the location is cool it's right on the corner across from Jack in the Box, so it's easy to find. That's always important to me that like people are in there enjoying themselves that says a lot about the restaurant I think I will go back and try that Szechuan chicken. The first dasher was told it would take 25 minutes. After that time passed, another dasher went in and messaged that staff said they did not want to make the food at that time and were not making Korean food. What makes this worse is that the order was never properly canceled by the restaurant, even though a lady said she would cancel it. It remained active, and because of that, DoorDash would not give me a full refund. I only got $7 back. This is completely unacceptable. If a restaurant cannot fulfill orders during certain hours, then stop accepting them. Customers should not be charged and left waiting while staff refuse to prepare the food. Also, the customer service was terrible. The lady working there on 04/09/2026 said they did not want to make Korean food and would cancel the order, but did not.

Upon walking in, I was first greeted by the smell of what promised to be a delicious meal, and the man behind the counter greeted us and motioned for us to take a seat at the counter. A friendly gentleman came in and stood near us, then began chatting with my boyfriend and me; he told us about their awesome lunch specials and said he's eaten here many times. Upon his recommendations we got one of orange chicken and one broccoli with beef - two classic Chinese dishes - can't go wrong! We ordered our food to go and the smell was driving me wild on the ride home. The orange chicken was perfect - not too sweet and the batter had the perfect crunch. My BF enjoyed the broccoli with beef and shared some with me. We were very pleased with our meals and definitely recommended Chef Ming's! Would definitely eat here again!
