The carne asada was honestly the biggest letdown. The meat wasn't good at all and seemed low quality, lacking the flavor and texture I would expect from a carne asada burrito. I also wasn't a fan of the sauces, and the burritos were assembled in a way that made each bite feel uneven. Instead of the ingredients being mixed throughout, they were layered separately with rice, then carne asada, then beans. This meant some bites were almost entirely rice while others were mostly beans or meat. On the positive side, the service was good. Let me preface by saying that I am not one that frequents food trucks (but not to worry because this one has converted me into a fan). Ordered 1 taco, vampiro, and quesadillo and all I can say is WOW. The flavors, the perfect texture, and the authentic style of cooking that this truck provides is unreal. I placed a delivery order and unfortunately it was not the best food. The ribeye was bland and the rice seemed as if we got the leftovers same for the rest of the order items. The vampiro "crispy" tacos were soggy, didn't come with any consomé (none of the tacos did smh) other than the green and red taco sauce (vampiro is extra but I didn't receive that). I'm about to make a bold claim, but I stand by it: this is one of the BEST taco trucks in LA! The employees are super nice, the wait time was short, and the food was INCREDIBLE. Even though the tacos are small, they are perfectly filled. You can enjoy bites without the meat/toppings falling everywhere, but you don't feel like you're being shorted. Also, I didn't even need consomé (but will be trying it next time) because the birria was SO juicy! Juicy tacos/quesadilla but without dripping *chefs kiss*. My only complaint, and reason for 4 stars, is the price. $31 (before tip) for a taco plate and solo quesadilla is pretty crazy, particularly so at a truck. I didn't care for the rice and the beans were plain but the main event was the tacos. I ordered through Uber eats so the food was kinda cold when it got here. I wouldn't order the cheese tacos through delivery, as the one I did was all congealed. Most birria restaurants give you a small cup of consommé for your tacos. I think it's absolutely wild that they don't and charge 8.50 for consommé. Save the salsa and instead give a small amount of consommé to your customers. Makes more sense. read more

My daughters and I decided to try some on 12/23/23. I called the truck to ask some questions and surprisingly they answered. They were patient with my questions and the guy who answered was friendly. We seriously ordered the whole row #'s 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and birria ramen! Which were the special plates of tacos, quessataco, vampiras, mulitas, special crunchy tacos. We ordered two orders of quessatacos as well as tacos. We weren't playing around! And if I am craving something, I will order everything! Haha. Anyway, we spent about $120 on food at a food truck, yes we did! The bags smelled so good, we couldn't wait to get home and sig in. OMG, we finally got home and the first bite is of taco dipping into the consome was heavenly! There was so much flavors, the crispiness was amazing and the generous portions was incredible! Everything was delicious! Though everything was delicious, our favorites were the quessatacos and vampiras. We are definitely hooked! The ramen also was delicious. The ramen noodles were perfectly cooked, the meat was tender and the soup base had the perfect blend of flavors! It was very satisfying! The staff were nice and they packed everything perfectly. They didn't have any tables or anything for those who want to eat there so they're solely to go only. They do accept Apple Pay, credit card and cash. The ambiance is welcoming. The food truck is clean. The only complaint is that it would be nice to have the prices posted on each food or plate item for transparency. I literally just kept ordering and all of a sudden, I was at $120! But let me tell you, it is worth it! The food is seriously amazing! We can't wait to go back. A friend of mine recommended we give it a try since she had just moved to the area. So one day we finally went & gave it a try.
