My beverage was ordered with no ice, and filled to the top which if you ordered a drink without ice before you know that isn't always common so I was really glad when I received it! There is plenty of parking since it's a shopping center , and it was very easy to find. I've only tried their cream brûlée milk tea at 75% sweet and it was soooo good. The milk tea has wonderful flavor and they spread crème brûlée around the cup. It was the perfect treat! I opted to exclude the boba but will try it next time.
