When she finished with him, the phone rang and she immediately answered it without even acknowledging me or saying "one moment," despite me standing right in front of her. I believe in-store customers should be acknowledged and assisted before phone calls. Thankfully, a cashier noticed I was waiting and stepped in to help. My pickup took less than 5 minutes. If she hadn't stepped in, I would have waited even longer. While I appreciate the cashier's help, the lack of acknowledgment at the service desk was frustrating and disappointing.

We had paid using Apple Pay, not realizing it uses a different card number than the physical debit card. Instead of explaining that or helping, she smirked and acted like she was glad we couldn't get a refund. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. We are honest customers and didn't deserve to be treated that way. I hope management addresses this and retrains staff on proper customer service and Apple Pay refunds.
