After obtaining a repair estimate of $1100, I was recommended to replace it. I was miserable! I was greeted by Wilton, very kind, patient and helpful in choosing a less expensive GE convection model with similar features, not quite as nice as the LG, but would meet my needs and keep the cost down. I returned a few weeks later to make the purchase, it went very smooth, arranged delivery a few days later. The installers came in the time frame indicated, Kevin and Martin, both very respectful of my home and myself and efficiently, neatly completed the installation in less than an hour! Terrific personnel to deal with from the beginning. I highly recommend this local family business for great service!

We bought this fridge because our ice maker went out on our old one. We are not made of money, so this purchase was a "treat" for us and we splurged to get the nicer fridge in hopes to have it for many years. Since day one it's been nothing but issues. There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

That's where the nightmare began. We received multiple confirmations for our fridge delivery scheduled for the following week between 9 AM and 1 PM. On delivery day, we got a text saying it would arrive at 2:20 PM, but twenty minutes later, we were informed it was canceled with no explanation. After spending the weekend on the phone with Best Buy customer service, no one could clarify the situation. We had already been two weeks without a fridge and were desperate. Another week passed, and again we were excited for delivery, only to receive another cancellation text. A customer service rep called and, due to a heavy accent, all we understood was: "No fridge, you must buy a new one." My husband finally reached someone in corporate sales, and we learned the truth: the delivery company had damaged our fridge. Best Buy had stalled for TWO WEEKS instead of being honest with us. We returned to the store and spoke with Eric and Sean, the store manager, who was professional and frustrated with corporate. He called corporate for us, but all they offered was $150 for our troubles. We spent over $1,000 on a fridge that was broken before delivery, waited weeks without one, and received nothing but lies. All we wanted was the fridge we purchased. Instead, Best Buy's corporate team left us without a refrigerator, failed to communicate honestly, and offered an insulting $150 for the inconvenience we faced. The only reason I'm not giving zero stars to the Rockaway location is that Eric and Sean went above and beyond to help fix what corporate destroyed. Unfortunately, Best Buy corporate and their delivery partner have lost my trust forever. I will never purchase a major appliance from them again. Update: I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. After weeks of going back and forth with Best Buy and their incompetent delivery company, I finally gave up on the fridge I originally purchased and settled for a lesser model just to get something. We waited ANOTHER week for delivery--only for them to pull the same garbage again: cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. That's now FOUR Saturdays in a row they've scheduled and then canceled at the last minute. I've been over a month without a working fridge, my blood pressure is through the roof, my patience is gone, and apparently I can't even get my money back--so I'm stuck with Best Buy. This is beyond unacceptable, and I'm seriously considering legal action. Best Buy corporate and their delivery partner have zero respect for customers' time, money, or sanity.

I had not backed up my computer in a few months which I normally do then all of a sudden I got corrupted files on the hard drive and long story short they were able to put in a new drive reinstall windows. The hard drive had to go out to secondary recovery and they actually recovered every single file and it's original format and state and I was absolutely impressed. I have to tell you the geek squad at the Best Buy in Rockaway Mall is just Superb and I actually got the technician was so good. He actually upgraded my basic membership to all inclusive for like $179 and this cost me nothing except the data recovery absolutely amazing.

They were compassionate, took the time to listen to what had happened, gave me some recommendations, and ultimately I had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. Every single person I had contact with was really great, especially Drew and Matt. They were extremely knowledgeable, and what they suggested in fact was the problem (that several plumbers from a local company didn't pick up on at all) without even seeing the space where this plumbing was located. Victoria was on vacation and I spoke to another sales associate who was now caught in between a rock and a hard place. I was given the option of waiting a week for a repair for the tub or two weeks to get a new one. I asked for a reasonable good-faith offer to cut the cost of the tub if we got it repaired, since I was now going to have bought a refurbished tub. The manager never got on the phone with me, which was a red light right away, but made the other sales associate shuttle back and forth between us. His offer? $100 off. It was insulting. The tub was $1000 and I was still going to have to wait. He couldn't be bothered to negotiate...not even so much as an offer of store credit. So we ordered a new tub. It took 3 weeks, not 2. They did nothing to expedite any of the process. I don't blame the sales associate, she was not the person who should have dealt with that. The bad business practice lies firmly with the manager who did not have the decency to pick up the phone and make a customer who had just given them several thousand dollars happy. Victoria, when she returned had to clean up the mess, and the new tub (and old one) arrived without a drain assembly. The plumber had to drive out to pick one up. Open *every* box immediately before the delivery truck pulls away or the manager will throw you under the bus, because taking care of people who give you money is hard.

I received a phone call from a friend saying she had gotten a call from Aaron's and I needed to call them about my account. Really????? How freaking embarrassing!! She was listed as a reference, not someone to call... It was an incredibly tacky thing to do and for what?????? Calling me to see if I needed to buy anything else???? Ugh.

They pull you into a contract…read moreand then don't deliver the exact items or tell you they'll give you a substitute until your item comes in and then says it was discontinued and not being made anymore. Then they add-on and overcharge you for a product or products you didn't want and then threaten to take it back if you don't pay for the added charges. They constantly call your number by robocall and hang up or send you to voicemail when you call to inquire or contest a charge. They ignore and completely disregard when you ask for a print out an itemized list of the charges or the bill and totally take advantage of Senior Citizens. The manager named Nelson, sets everything up, never follows through and his boss whose name is "Nelson's Boss" calls to intimidate and bully the customers if you have an issue or present an issue to him. Then when he hears he will be reported to the Better Business Bureau, he threatens to Remove/Repossess EVERY Item of Furniture you were suckered into paying for (thousands of Dollars not smiles) for the past two years due to a balance of or a $200 discrepancy. I am hoping some one will see this and direct it to anyone that can help me and my elderly mother that has been Verbally Abused by this "Nelson's Boss" at this location or be very wary of the rickety furniture that they will replace with other pieces that won't match the set or a mattress that is beyond uncomfortable and not what was advertised or agreed upon at the time of purchase. BEWARE!!!!!!!
