The prices here are disgusting. When I buy things here, they are double or more what you can pay for them at Home Depot or online. They think they can just do 100% plus markups just because they're a specialty store. Pretty disgusting. The workers are unfriendly as well. read more

There is a large clientele of pro plumbers there, and a smaller pool of novices like me, and they offer great advice and service to all. I always enjoy going in, and particularly appreciate Ozzy's help and leadership in the store. I have not yet tried their cofffee, but it is available as is water. So stop on in and never have to deal with trying to find someone to help at home depot for 20 minutes again! read more

I've been a plumbing Contractor for 10 years and just dealt with this company out of a need for parts but 90%of there parts the pro flow line are poorly made in China they won't honor any returns on this brand of parts. The counter reps like to talk down to the plumbers as if there are no other places. And they are really high in pricing. Overall sad to say but OSH or Home Depot would be a better pick. read more

I went into the Hollywood store to return an item that I had purchased there and the counter clerk made every excuse not to accept the return. He indicated that the item was used (when it was brand new and I had the receipt) and tried to make out like I was scamming them. Rude at worst, indifferent and unhelpful at best. Also ordered a part for my toilet. They indicated that it would be at the store in three days. Now at 7 days and waiting. read more

My husband and I separately had the worst experience here. Terribly rude and dismissive staff. We had a number of issues with our order being late, being incorrect, and holding up our project. No one seemed to care. They didn't return our phone calls time and again. When the order finally came in, they didn't bother calling us. This place is amazing!!! I came in here with just a picture of my broken kitchen sink sprayer. No model number. Nothing. With over hundreds of different styles and types, Matt and George searched the internet until they found the right one. Buyer beware!! Open the box for the item you purchased before you leave the premises. I bought a new Takagi Tankless and found later they sold me a used and damage water heater when my plumber opened the box. I returned the item the following day, they gave me a discount for my troubles and assisted me in locating a Tankless unit I wanted but that is when it got worst because they send me on a wild goose chase....first they send me to Brazil Street and the item can't be found, then they have to send me to Pasadena....the discount they gave me is not enough to cover the time I wasted and the money I paid the plumber to come to my place twice. I notice you get treated poorly here if you are not a member of the plumber's crack club.....So if their computerized inventory system said they have oneat this local branch, but they sold me a old and damage unit then what happened to the real one? watch your employees Ferguson! read more

Stopped by this plumbing store after receiving a recommendation to check here for some supplies that another store did not have in stock. I was here with a friend of mine who is opening a new restaurant. We're not plumbers and have little knowledge of the supplies we were picking up. The store shelves are labeled well which was helpful in helping us find what we needed. The staff was also helpful and knowledgeable. This store was cleaner than other stores we had been in and the fresh brewed coffee wasn't bad either! ;) read more

I am always impressed with his responsiveness, diligence to go out of his way and his knowledge on plumbing. They gave us faucet with some materials apparently not in a good shape, we also didn't like the shape. We get it back in 2 days to refund it and they didn't accept. He said we broke it, but we didn't even have the place to install it so it is a lie. The man who was talking with me not even try to look me in the face. i needed 3 parts for my broken kohler toilet which was less than a year old, ferguson had two of the parts in stock, the third they ordered for me, a $7 part. 6 weeks later, after several calls and 3 visits to the store to find out what the problem was, nothing, no phone calls, no answers, no follow-up. yes, it is just a $7 part, but the customer service was worse than you can imagine. i emailed ferguson corporate, which then triggered a call from the store and they lied and b.s'ed about the problem with the part. i had already ordered directly from kohler, it was in stock and sent to me with-in days. i would never ever use them for anything again, just terrible ! read more
