However when I called back some other guy in a similar looking van picked me up.... about 10 minutes later I got a call from the REAL cab service telling me they where almost there. The guy who had picked me up apparently somehow intercepts their dispatches & has been doing this for a while. I should have known something was wrong when he didn't start the meter (I'm not even sure he had one!) & told me he was just working on tips that night.
