I have high expectations coming from a family who used to be in the repair business. I was amazed by this organizations dedication to customer service and professionalism. They are fantastic. I didn't think this kind of service existed anymore. I had Ferrer's out to look at a washer after Sears Home Warranty Service missed their appointment to install parts (avoid Sears unless you want to waste a lot of time and money). I called Thursday night and they came on a Saturday morning and determined it was a much smaller issue than Sears diagnosed and had my washer up and running in just a few minutes. Beyond the repair, Luis, really listens to your concerns and requests and then makes sure that you are completely satisfied. Unlike other services, he seems to only care about treating you right and not about rushing to the next appointment. A day later, I had a concern about my dryer and texted Luis abou tcoming back the next week to look at it. Even though it was Easter Sunday, he texted me back within minutes and ended up solving the problem by text. Awesome. read more

I was having problems with a really old dryer and Daniel was sent out to come and diagnose it and provide a free quote. After determining the dryer was just way too old to fix Dan was able to offer a great deal on a way better dryer he had at his store even picked up the old one and hauled it away all at a resonable price the very next day. Luis came out today to looked at my GE cooktop stove which in a home inspection came up a need cleaning, or repair. It was very easy to get an appointment with Ferrer's Appliances as I didn't want to wait because my appliance was a gas stove. Luis cleaned the burners and check the gas flow and assured me that everything was working properly. I would not hesitate to call on him again for any of my appliances. This is now my go-to place for all appliance repairs. I researched many companies and contacted several, but from the start this was the best. I emailed for a quote late at night(the first chance I got), not expecting a response till morning, and right away I received a reply. I asked for an appointment asap for the holiday week that I am off work and they scheduled me within 24 hours. I'm not very tech savvy, but email and text are most convenient for me. My favorite part was the text alerts letting me know when Luis was on his way. I feel they understand that my time is valuable. Luis is very friendly, respectful, and professional.
