This was all prepared exquisitely and the flavors played a symphony. The exact same description applies to the rack of lamb, served with some berry reduction, mint, local mushrooms, and an out of this world potatoes au gratin. Of note, the potatoes were a true homage to the state's most famous crop! And the lamb, sourced locally, of delightful quality. Please see my pics of the perfect pink lamb chops that I cut down from the rack. That ambiance is warmly lit, dim, and very cozy. I had a booth by the window decked out with multiple soft pillows.
