We are happy with our Aqua PRO Elite System. The water softener took care of hard water problems for appliances, laundry, pipes, bathrooms, etc. We don't see the calcium build-up caused by hard water anymore. Also, the 5-stage reverse osmosis is a great plus. We don't buy bottled water anymore. Even the ice cubes from the refrigerator are clear compared to the cloudy ice cubes we had before, even with the fridge's own filter. We have to commend VANDALE WRIGHT, Aqua PRO's representative. He was very patient and explained everything to us. All the things he told us were on point from delivery, installation and results. The water in Las Vegas taste terrible and is really hard. I was a bit skeptical of the system from the get go because it sounds too good to be true and the price is a bit high. On average, I spend about $100/month on five-gallon water jugs for our water dispenser. What I would spend in five years on water I spent on this system, but it runs throughout my entire house and not just from one single machine for drinking water. Jeffrey LeGrand, from Aqua Pro Elite Systems, came out and explained how their system works. I knew before he even arrived that I wanted it because of how much I spend on water and how convenient it is. After the system was installed the water that comes out of our fridge and all the faucets tastes like that bottled water I had before. No more spots on our dishes, stains in the shower or corroded shower heads. Our cloths are significantly softer than before. I have heard it is also good for your skin, but have not had it long enough to see it. I highly recommend Aqua Pro Elite Systems. They came out on Wednesday night for the consult and took an hour on Thursday to install the entire system. As soon as the system was installed the old water was gone. We've had our AquaPro Elite System for just under a year and the tremendous improvements it has made to our water quality. Before the team came out to install the system, our faucets were constantly corroded. Now, out faucets remain clear of debris. Aside from the superior service we have received during and after installation, Charles McCutchen and his team were very professional and even came out twice to double check the water quality and our satisfaction. I have to admit that my favorite piece of this whole system is the reverse osmosis drinking water system. It tastes great and in my opinion is better than bottled water. We had the AquaPro Elite System installed only about two weeks ago, and so far we could not be happier. Vandale, the customer service representative, gave an excellent and obviously convincing presentation of the product, but he didn't just disappear after the sale to go off and collect his commission. Rather, he came back a few days after the system was up and running to retest the water and insure that everything was set and running properly. Fidel installed the system that very same afternoon and took less than an hour. The change in water was almost immediately apparent. What is coming out of our taps now is fantastic, which is an incomprehensible statement to anyone used to suffering with North Las Vegas "spring" water. (It can look like 1% skim milk coming out of the tap sometimes, it's so full of sediments and solids.) The house-wide installation includes an additional under-the-sink purifier in the kitchen that provides additional filtering for a separate drinking water tap. This additional installation actually seems like unnecessary icing on the cake since the water from the regular taps is crystal clear and sweet -- even the ice cubes from the ice maker in the freezer are so clear that you can read through them. The cost of the system seems competitive to rival brands at around $6,600.00 for a whole-house treatment system. AquaPro has some added incentives, however, with a payment plan that can be stretched over six years (equating to roughly a $140.00/month payment or $120.00/month if you forgo the stainless cookware set that's included with the sale). Also, AquaPro currently (spring 2017) offers the payment plan with no payments required for the first six months, so you can thoroughly check out the system's performance before you have to start ponying up the $$. Finally, the sale includes five years of all-natural soaps (all soaps -- bar, shampoo, laundry, dishwashing) in your choice of fragrances. Water hardness/softness is adjustable to suit your individual needs. The system is quiet, and the difference in water quality is beyond profound. I got the AquaPro water system for my house in 2016. I was told 6 years of payments at $90/mo. and it would be paid off. Four and a half years later with no lates and no missed payments I owe approximately $3500 dollars of a $6000 system. When they installed the system they did a horrible job that caused the pipes to leak and it flooded my garage. It took them several tries to finally install it where it did not leak. The frequent flooding caused my water heater stand (made of wood) to collapse with my water heater hanging from the pipes only and Charles, my sales guy, told me tough luck. they would not fix this until I told them to come and remove their system. Charles did not want to lose his commission so he finally decided to pay the $40 for the cheap stand they bought to replace the one they destroyed. I was told when I bought the system that the alkaline filter was $75 but they wanted $150 for the filter (uninstalled) when I called to get it replaced. The water system works great but their business practices are shady and their work is even worse. Do not do business with these folks! read more

I must say that both gentlemen were pleasant,friendly and so very professional, I have had a lot of different services done at my house within the last 3 months but those guys were the best of the best. I got pink note said that I got a parcel. Strange! I called, end up just simply a water filter advertisement. I gave it a try, made an appointment. This guy showed up and presented all about clean water. I am interested but the price $6500. Really? That much! With the way he pushed us, my wife started interested with the body and house clean stuff. He said if I didn't take it right away there will be no more offer except on that night. After 3 hours presentation, we have to decide spending $6500 in a minute? So crazy! But he gave the option to take it and have a week to discuss either to move on or not. Ok. We took it. We signed it. But after the 2days discussion decided to cancel since we have no even fridge in our new home. 1st come 1st. I called to cancel and this guy keep asking why, why and why. I said the answer why and simply want to cancel, still he still really so much pushy telling me not to do it. I just cut it short. Thanked him and cancel it. In return what we got this company pulling our credit score twice and we end up with our credit score in a mess cause of these shady business style. read more
