Just like to thank Dennis and the entire Winter park staff for making my experience pleasant and helping me obtain this fantastic car. Picked up a new M4 coupe last night, after weeks of shopping and several phone calls to multiple dealerships I was fortunate enough to call Fields BMW in Winter Park and get in touch with Dennis. For the first time since I started the search I reached a knowledgeable friendly sales consultant (Dennis) he made me feel comfortable about giving him and the company my business. The deal was hassle free and at a great price, when I picked up the car everything was as promised no hidden fees or surprises. He had all my paperwork ready and I signed in 5 mins, I met a few other members of the staff all very nice professional folks that congratulated me on my purchase. I really felt bad because Dennis had to stay 30 mins past closing for me to get my car that day due to my schedule, but not only was he willing he spent his own time making sure I understood my new car and all it's features, this was after I told him it was not necessary due to the time. To top it all off Dennis has followed up with me on my purchase already this morning along with a business manager and made it clear he was always available to answer any questions in the future. If your in the market for a new or used BMW stop reading and give Dennis a call you will not be disappointed. I am a firm believer you can't over pay for great service and I am 110% satisfied with my purchase and experience, can't ask for more than that! For what it's worth I have been in the auto industry for 21 years and have purchased more cars than I can remember it's not often I take the time to write a review but I feel these guys deserve recognition for the great job they did. Buyer Beware Ive been a long time Fields BMW Winter Park customer and am really disappointed with the hassle I am going thru to get my full refund on an extended warranty I have been working on trying to cancel since Feb this year! I finally received my refund June 6th after being quoted a processing time of 6-8 weeks--problem with my refund is it is 65% the value of what I paid. I tried to resolve the matter with Samantha Mccarthy, the Finance Manager and was told the extended warranty I bought was prorated for usage and time and that the prorated charge was calculated by the warranty company--the dealer had no control of the calculations. How is it that an extended warranty that is suppose to go into effect 2019 or at 75K miles is prorated on the basis of time and usage? I further investigated this claim and contacted BMW North America and was told this matter would only be resolved at the dealer level. Fortunately I was able to get in contact with the 3rd party warranty provider that BMW North America contracts their franchisees with. Assurant Solutions (the 3rd party warranty provider) confirmed they refunded Fields BMW the refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Assurant Solutions also stated they were not sure why the finance representative that handled my contract submitted an activation for the extended warranty while the manufacturer were currently and fully in effect. Its obvious what the dealership is up to, trying to double dip on the sale. I have reached out to the finance manager about my discovery and have not received any communications back. This matter is a really disappointing experience because I have always spoken highly of Fields BMW for years, especially the Winter Park location. I recently took my 535xi in to have it checked out. The motor was running hot so I figured it was a water pump issue and told the mechanic there. After waiting for 3 hours for them to even look at the car, they came back and showed me an invoice for $1,200. I was shocked! They wanted $80 just to do the inspection... which I thought was free. $500 for a WATER PUMP. Said I needed a new BELT, RADIATOR, and some sensor I had no Idea about. I told them this was ridiculous and I was going to get a second opinion from a local shop that deals with Imports.They refused to give me the keys to my car for "LIABILITY" sake. Said they can not let the car leave the shop without fixing these issues that the car was "UNSAFE" to drive. What a load of crap. After talking with 2 managers and threatening to call the police, they gave me my keys back. I took my BMW to a little shop I always pass by on Orange Ave called The Car Bar ( http://www.thecarbar.com/#!__enter-the-car-bar ) and spoke with Terry who knew exactly what was wrong with the car before even looking under the hood. He popped the hood, tested the water pump and had one on the car before the end of the day. Best part is the water pump Fields Auto Group was trying to charge me $500 only cost $60. HAHA. and my radiator and belt were perfectly fine. I wonder how many suckers just pay Fields BMW these ridiculous prices just because they don't know any better. These guys are crooks by my book. I gave them 2 stars because they sell BMW which is a phenomenal vehicle, just be careful when dealing with this company, they are slimy and will get away with a scam if they can. I think half these reviews on here are phony paid review by a review service. But that's just my two cents. read more

I had a disappointing experience with a dealership, specifically with the service manager, Richard, and a referred vendor, Sunstate AutoGlass. Despite not using profanity, Richard rudely hung up on me during a call. My issues began with Sunstate AutoGlass, where after four visits for a windshield replacement, I encountered problems including improperly installed windshields, glass left on my seat, and uncalibrated sensors affecting my car's collision sensor, causing it to randomly activate. This malfunction poses a safety risk by impairing the vehicle's accident avoidance system. Richard dismissed my concerns, attributing the problems to my car being a "salvage title," a claim I disproved through my lender, the dealership where I purchased the car, and Carfax, confirming the title is original. Despite this, Richard later denied finding any issues with the car and disregarded my correction about the car's title status. Additionally, I faced unprofessional treatment regarding the TPM (Tire Pressure Monitoring) sensor. I was initially assured by a service representative, Brandon, that the TPM sensor issue was addressed and fixed. However, the problem persisted, and when I raised this with Richard, he aggressively denied that it was supposed to be worked on, contradicting Brandon's earlier confirmation. This discrepancy highlights a severe communication breakdown between the dealership, its vendors, and myself, further aggravating my experience. The lack of coordination and respect has led me to decide against using this dealership for future services, reflecting poorly on their customer service and professionalism. read more

Recently, I purchased my 3rd BMW only this time I purchased it from my local dealer, Fields in Winter Park, FL. I have always had my service done there and Dave Gilbert, Service Advisor has always been awesome so I decided this time to give them my business for my new BMW purchase. I had a very good buying experience over all and completed my deal in under 45 minutes. I had one minor concern with my CPO purchase (BMW Certified Pre-Owned) 328i convertible so I brought it to the attention of my service advisor for follow up. Regrettable, I had an issue with my concern (battery voltage) before I could return to Fields for them to address it. I questioned whether or not I had made the right decision. On Tuesday, Dave Gilbert (service advisor) and Joe Allegra (service manager) went to extrodinary efforts to make it right. I was given a service loaner upon arrival and in just one day the service team of Fields BMW of Winter Park, FL resolved all of my issues and did it in such a way and at such a level that I can not imagine an luxury car dealership in the central Florida area could have a more dedicated service team to customer satisfaction "after the sale" than Fields BMW of Winter Park, FL. Hat's off to Dave and Joe and rest of the people at Fields. You can be assured that when it comes to meetng or exceeding customer expectations Fields is the only place to do business. My husband and I just leased two new BMWs; a 528i for me and a 320i for our daughter. Our sales associate was Dennis Fergusson. We have done business with Field's BMW in the past and always start our new car search here. However, this time, we did visit other dealerships because we were also considering two new Mercedes Benz. First of all, the BMWs out performed the MB in every way from the aesthetics, to the solid feel of the car, and of course, nothing is more fun to drive than the "Ultimate". Beyond these facts, we chose to do business with Field's because of Dennis Fergusson's professionalism, knowledge, courteous and ever so patient service he provided. We took over two weeks to make our decision; visited the showroom numerous times and drove several different cars before making our final purchase. Dennis was absolutely incredible to work with and never pressured us even when he knew we were visiting other car dealers. He knows his cars and his competitor's quite well. He was confident that we would make the right decision. The best part is that we sold two Mercedes Benz (an E500 and SL500) we had been driving in order to purchase these two new BMWs. Enough said. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Fields BMW Winter Park. I brought my vehicle in for a clearly documented issue: the car would not start unless the key fob was held near the ignition panel. After waiting over five hours, paying for multiple services, and being told the issue was addressed, I went to pick up my car--only to find that the original problem had not been fixed at all. I was then told the key fob battery had "been forgotten" and replaced on the spot. The car still did not start. Only after walking back inside a second time did the advisor personally confirm that nothing had been resolved. At that point, I was explicitly promised--multiple times--that if I brought the vehicle back, I would not be charged for diagnostics or labor, only for the part once identified. Based on those assurances, we returned the vehicle. After days of silence, I was contacted and told they still had not identified the problem and now wanted $500 for diagnostics, completely contradicting what I was promised. This experience felt dismissive, disorganized, and ultimately dishonest. The issue I brought the car in for was never fixed, my time was not respected, and commitments made by the dealership were not honored. I expect better from a BMW dealership. read more

Today I decided to visit fields BMW in Winter Park, Florida, I didn't quite know what I was looking for but I knew that I wanted to leave with a vehicle I would love. This is my 4th car purchase overall so I wanted something luxurious this time around. I met with Ken Burns and I was immediately impressed. Ken is undoubtedly the best automobile consultants I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He is one of the main reasons I purchased from this dealership today. He is professional, very personable and compassionate. He made me feel comfortable and wasn't intimidating like many other individuals I have dealt with at other dealerships. I went into this sales process with expectations of what I wanted in the deal, and I feel that Ken Burns and Dan did their best to meet my expectations & make me feel satisfied with my purchase & valued as a customer. Ken went the extra mile to put a red ribbon on my car, and surprise me with Godiva chocolates after the purchase. Purchased a used car from Jim, after previously purchasing a car from this dealership. The purchase experience was incredible, no pressure, extremely informative, everything you could hope for. For BMW, I expected this type of service, but what absolutely blew me away and led me to submitting this review is what happened the next day. I got into my vehicle after only putting 16 miles on it to see my left rear tire had low tire pressure. I immediately drove to the service center knowing they could put some air in the tire - when I pulled in the tech and I noticed there was a massive screw in the brand new tire. (Seriously, brand new - 16 miles) At this point I'm thinking I bought a used car, outside of the main warranty, and didn't get any tire protection package. A new tire would run me around $300. This is where the dealership truly shined - rather than just selling me a tire that by all accounts I should have to purchase, Jim and my service rep (I think it was Richard?) went the extra mile to get me a new tire at no cost. This one act will keep me coming back to service my car here, and I'll absolutely recommend Fields BMW to anyone who will listen. read more

I have had two experiences with Fields BMW at the Winter Park location and both were excellent. I actually live near Charlotte, NC and refuse to use Hendrick BMW due to their incredibly bad service and have been very happy with Fields. My recent trip to Florida, I contacted them and they accommodated me during my vacation to Disney. I brought my car in for a couple things. My service person was very pleasant and genuinely made efforts to connect to my personally and make my experience great. Yes, they are doing some awesome new renovations, but they still went way out of their way to make my visit a pleasant one. The service person made sure to do everything I asked which included having a sensor cover painted and is going to ship it to me personally...this is the kind of service you don't get at other dealerships. I told them and I want to share with any reader - no business is perfect, but Fields Winter Park location is about as close as you can get to perfection in their service and going the extra mile for their clients. I will definitely continue to bring my car down to Fields from NC as they know how to take care of me and my car! read more

went in with a bad impression and came out feeling positive about fields bmw. since i moved to orlando in 1997, i was always told the horror stories of how fields bmw of winter park neglects customer service. well i was one to take our 2008 bmw to every little german shop in orlando and was quickly becoming disenchanted with them. either they were never available, did ok work, didn't keep me informed or was just to expensive. these are the things that the little guy was suppose to excel at. well my gf recently took her 328i convertible to fields and was absolutely pleased with everything, so i decided to try it out, i was not disappointed. from the greeter to the service adviser (bill) to the actual technician(brian), everyone was excellent. i also enjoyed a fine wrap for lunch and a great atmosphere. i believe in dealerships cause everything is right there to get the job done right the first time. i will definitely go back there. is it pricey? sure. but all of them are. its worth having your bmw running great! read more

A few years ago, they lost a very good employee (Norris) that was my Service Adviser. After Norris left, I was not receiving the same level of service that I was accustom to receiving, so I took my business to Cadillac. Two years passed and I really missed the excitement of driving one of the world's best machines built by man. After purchasing an X5 for my wife, I decided to give BMW another try for myself. Richard Gaffney has personally made this experience worthwhile. His attention to detail and level of service is unmatched. If you ever go to Fields Winter Park, Richard is the guy to see. I've been a customer if fields BMW of winter park for 6 years. I love my BMW and the whole fields BMW family. Great customer service in sales and also great service in the service department from my service advisor Rich Gaffney. I've had my share of car issues and Rich had always taken great care of me and my car, Treated my car as if it was his own and always taking care of any paperwork and helps with rentals and my car always comes back nicer and cleaner than when I left it for service. He's very nice, efficient and a definite keeper at the fields bmw family. He keeps the BMW standards high likey should be with a BMW. And has helped me out with getting my car fixed after an accident and introduced me to the proper channels to get my car like new even tho bmw doesnt have an in house collidion center. He went above and beyond to help a client and thats bmw service. Rich gaffney has been my service advisor for a while now and will be as long as I'm a BMW customer which will be forever. read more

I bought my car at Fields Winter Park after shopping around for quite a while and visiting other dealerships. Winter Park dealership is very good, with a great waiting room, and cafeteria (free food, drinks and coffee), it is really a 5 star dealership. The sales process was very good and hassle free. My sales advisor, Jenny Oliveri was top notch. She really cares about the customers and she is always willing to help. I come from a family of car lovers and must admit that I am a car lover myself and demand nothing but 100% perfection. Jenny took the extra time to address all my concerns and eccentricities. One may expect that after the sale is complete you will not ever again hear back from your sales advisor but with Jenny this was not the case. She was there during the sales process and she continues to be there in case I have a question or need assistance. BUYERS BEWARE **** After purchasing over $500,000 in vehicles , once they knew I wasn't going to buy another one BOY DID EVERYTHING CHANGE **** They are really one of the most unethical business I have ever dealt with. They have an MO of avoiding problems sending you from one employee to another until they wear you down . Even the General Manager despite promises of call backs never honored the simple decency of a call . It became clear that he didn't have good news for me so he avoided me time and time again. My problem was a simple extended warranty issue over a nothing lost key $250 that they wouldn't even help me with when the supposed 3rd part contract they sold me expired on a night before my car was due back and they never called me back BEWARE they are so used to robbing BMW for service work they don't realize they are operating in a small town... Walked into the dealership to ck.out the 2016 Z4"s ,everyone we encountered were very courteous, and friendly. It did take a few min. for us to get a sales associate, which is ok., I don't like to get bombarded when I get out of my car anyway. Mr. Mundy Burruezo was our assoc., very kind friendley helpful and patient. Because he worked so hard to work out with such an affordable deal for us,we bought one on the spot and picked it up the next day. He is a great asset to your dealership. The F&I guy Jeremy was very Quick and effecient, And Robert,our BMW Genius is amazing,he even came out to our home to get the garage door opener engaged when we had exhausted all instructions in the manual. We just can't say enough good things about this dealership. Oh, and we can't forget the chef in the cafe, he whips up a dyn-o-mite breakfast! I can't thank Alexis Serrano enough for his exceptional service at BMW Winter Park. On a previous visit, I had concerns about my brakes making a loud noise, but was told it was normal. However, Alexis took the time to listen to me and had the brakes properly checked. It turned out they were actually bad, and he ensured they were repaired. He also addressed an issue I was having with the side mirror sensors. Once again, he listened, checked thoroughly, and discovered a factory reset was needed, which resolved the problem. Alexis truly went above and beyond, even trying to get me out by 1 o'clock so I could pick up my granddaughters. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience seamless, and I will definitely be asking for Alexis for any future repairs on my BMW X3. Totally unprofessional!! First of all they tried to rip me off with the price and second of all they then talked bad about my partner and myself when they didn't know I was listening. I can get past the slimy sales person tactics of coming out of the gate with a high price but then when they didn't know I was listening they proceeded to speak very poorly about the person who was helping me with the car purchase. Their excuse about coming out with a ridiculously high price was "everyone deserves to make a profit". You can't get more capitalist than me but taking it vantage of people and making a profit have a fine line between them. My advice is this is not the place to buy or lease a BMW and even though the other dealerships in the area are owned by the same company the management here clearly has a subpar standard. read more

I have been a happy customer of Fields BMW for the past 9 years. BMW vehicles are incredible to drive and almost sell themselves, but finding a great dealership and establishing a true relationship was a unique experience for me. I enjoy and expect a high level of service, and Fields BMW consistently exceeds our expectations. We plan to continue being a customer for many years. I enjoy the free car washes the most, but appreciate having a designated service writer and a loaner vehicle when needed. If I need to wait, the customer area includes free Wi-Fi & local calling and at no charge provides coffee, water juice, fresh baked cookies, breakfast (bagels & muffins) and a lunch in the afternoon!
