I still love Fiesta Grill as much as the first time I tried it 10 years ago!! The chips are so light and airy and the salsa is still just as amazing as Day 1! The salsa is a little spicy (not too much for me, but I know some people that can't take too much) but it's so fresh and flavorful it's bomb! I always get my favorite (cheese enchiladas and hard shredded beef tacos) and they are still amazing. Fiesta grill's food reminds me of the great Mexican food I grew up eating in San Diego. I always need to buy extra to take home for a second meal. I honestly don't know if there's another place who's enchilada sauce I like better! I could drink this stuff. Flash forward to now, we had a huge craving for this place. We walk in and see they charge $1.25 for their chips and salsa and kind of were bummed because it use to be all you can eat free. The service was as expected, the cashier was nice, took our order quickly, and our food came out in a reasonable time. My one qualm is that I felt the burrito was a bit pricey, or I felt like I could have gotten more. I was half expecting like some other stuff inside like tomatoes/salsa, guac, onions, etc. But it really was just beans, rice, and fish.
