I threw the food out after I took the picture and made my own food. Im the sole parent of two small children so I communicated that I couldn't make it back that night. Not I wouldn't, I couldn't because bedtime routine and school is important. They never communicated that I will not be refunded the same if I didn't come back immediately. There's no way they are taking proper health precautions if there was a hair deep in the rice and if they are then it was intentionally put in my food. I wasn't rude or upset to begin with. They made me wait outside for like ten minutes while the front desk girl went to talk to someone and saw the bartender laughing about it and everyone looking at me and talking. You could have made a happy customer and just taken accountability or offer me a drink or a voucher or something but you chose to be disrespectful and offer me 4.50 so yeah I got upset and asked to speak to the manager cuz that's wrong and she lied and said they weren't in after just telling me they were. As the sole parent i dont get to make a lot of money on my own to eat out and that was supposed to be a special thing for us, and your lack of hospitality was a horrible experience for me and I didn't get to eat the food I bought.
