Low key, decent, neighborhood Mexican eats with the nicest people working there. It's quick and satisfying. Lots of vegetarian options like mushroom quesadilla, veggie burrito, bean and cheese burrito, cheese enchilada for a reasonable price. I got the cheese enchilada. Cheese was nicely melted. Good amount of sauce. Rice was fluffy. Beans seasoned well. The salsas were surprisingly fresh, seasoned well, good amount of cilantro and hit the spot! The inside only has counter seating, about 8? spots I think, four chairs on each side. The outside looks a bit rough with bars on the windows and the building is a bit aged but the inside is clean and old school comforting. There is limited parking in a shared tiny lot right before the building, on the corner of the block. I actually missed it and had to turn around.

Coming to Maui from Cali I was curious to see how the Mexican food was considering we have a taco truck on every corner. I was not disappointed. I ordered a carnitas burrito and it was better than back home. No skimping on the meat here! Only thing I would change is asking for no lettuce on my burrito. Service was nice and food was fast. Inside is small but gets the job done. The chicken nachos were also bomb I might add.

I used come here a lot about 20+ years ago, when I heard the original owners sold it I went back once and wasn't too impressed and never went back. My arrogance/ignorance was my mistake. Boy I wish I could reverse the clock on this one. This place was awesome last night. I ordered the special birria taco combo and ala carte chicken taco & beef taco. All was so ono. Tender and flavorful. My wife had Al Pastor chimichanga. This was the best of the bunch. Daughter had chicken enchilada combo. Idk how that tasted since she ate it all and didn't get to try it. Lol. Must've been good tho. Service friendly, but took awhile to get food. But it was Cinco de Mayo and they were upfront about wait, so no complaints there. Definitely coming back.

Great fast service. Food excellent!!! Had the tostadas, shrimp burrito and chicken enchiladas. Simple fast food.

I tend to avoid this spot because I know how busy it can get and limited parking but I always forget that aside from the 3 stalls in front, there are actually 4 marked stalls in a private lot right next door. They're located on a corner of a busy street so it can easily get congested but calling in your order ahead is easy. All the workers are really nice. We ordered ahead and the Aunty recommended if you plan to pay separate, to request ahead as they cannot accommodate separating your bill after they print the ticket and you come in to pay. Happy to report they got an upgrade inside with some air conditioning for a more comfortable experience. They also have some chairs inside to eat and a picnic table outside in the shade if you choose. Stoked they haven't jacked up their prices with all the inflation going around. They maintained their affordable prices and delicious food. Stop in for some Mexican grinds, the only one in Wailuku!

We lived in Arizona for over 20 years, so we know good Mexican food and this is our NEW FAVORITE!! The salsa is a must-have! People come here and just buy the salsa! The chicken taquitos were so yummy and the mushroom quesadilla was to die for! OMG! This place is bomb!

Fiesta Time is the hidden GEM we all crave. We have been coming here for a long time. Whenever we happen to be in the area we stop by. The food is made by a woman that looks like one of my Tia"s (aunts). When you order food it is NOT served quickly which is sometimes a good sign that the food is fresh. I had the pork chili Verde (green) burrito ( wet) which means enchilada sauce spread on top like a giant enchilada mmm. All I know is I heard the blender, blending and the green sauce was fresh and tasted amazing!! The beans were beans, the rice was fluffy and well cooked with great taste. The chips in all fairness were stale for the first time I've been there. I will shrug it off as a one time thing. My son and wife had a carne asada burrito (steak) dry. They loved that the ingredients were spread evenly unlike fake Mexican food places like Taco Bell that serves GOBS in different places overpowering the flavor every two bites too much salsa in the first bite then too much sour cream in the next, then too much cheese 2 bites after that ..sigh ( but I digress) the food is made with care. My other son had tacos and enjoyed them . The salsa is home made and wonderfully flavored. And not spicy that my wife even enjoyed it and for a local girl that's saying a lot. The parking is decent as there is reserved parking on the side just for the restaurant. The seating is limited but we rarely eat there anyway. We brought it home for movie night. So if your in the area of downtown Wailuku give it a shot I promise you will enjoy the love and care put into the meal.

Inspired by Grandma Linda's cherished recipes, the owners first opened up shop in Lahaina. Following the fires, they relocated centrally and recently just found a new home at the Tambayan Corner food truck lot in Kahului. On warm days, I've enjoyed their ube horchata which is one of their more unique offerings. It's just the right balance of creamy sweetness to cool you down. I've also had their quesabirria tacos, which are tasty and satisfying. However, my husband discovered this jewel while gassing up at Costco. He saw someone eating an amazing burrito and we had time. We shared chips and green salsa. One of the biggest struggles in Maui is finding really good places open for lunch, so this spot instantly earned bonus points for that alone. The second the food started hitting the table, it was game over. Everything we ordered was ridiculous. Not "pretty good." Not "solid." Straight up 10/10 across the board. We started with the poke and it was FIRE. Super fresh, packed with flavor, and one of those dishes where everybody at the table suddenly goes quiet because they're too busy eating. Then the crispy pork belly came out looking like something a chef would enter into a competition. Crispy outside, tender inside, topped with onions and greens, sitting in this rich sauce that made me want to lick the bowl in public and risk embarrassment. The honey walnut shrimp was unreal too. Crispy shrimp covered in this glossy sweet sauce with candied walnuts on top. Dangerous food. The kind where you keep saying "one more bite" until the bowl is empty. The kimchi fried rice was another standout. Smoky, spicy, savory, loaded with flavor, and honestly some of the best fried rice I've had on the island. Even the fries were somehow amazing. How do you make fries memorable? Apparently Tiffany's figured it out. The restaurant itself has a really fun vibe. Busy but relaxed. Staff was super friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable for Maui, and every dish looked like it was made by someone who actually cared about food instead of just trying to turn tables. Locals told me this place was created by the same chef behind Tin Roof, chef Sheldon, which made complete sense after eating here. You can tell there's real creativity and flavor behind everything coming out of that kitchen. This ended up being one of my favorite meals of the trip. If you're in Maui and want incredible local food without the super touristy resort vibe, Tiffany's is an absolute must-try. I hear that if you want dinner here you will wait. The place is packed for dinner. Try to catch it for lunch instead. Open for lunch on Saturday s only.
