The food itself had good flavor, which makes the experience even more disappointing because I would have liked the opportunity to actually enjoy it fresh. Instead, I couldn't eat my meal. Paying $20 for a cold BLT and cold fries after waiting 41 minutes is simply not acceptable. Unfortunately, the customer service experience made things even worse. The manager's energy came across as rude, uninviting, and unwilling to genuinely listen or assist with the situation. When a customer has waited 41 minutes and receives an entire meal cold, I would expect the manager to be empathetic, listen to the concern, and make a genuine effort to resolve it. I observed the bartender and employees playing cards at the bar, while kitchen staff were walking around the dining area in their aprons.
