While Bohemios is tapas, they also offer some full plate dishes such as the Paella and our other dish, Bohemios Churrasco. We definitely liked the food. The Paella had a mild familiar flavor. It could have used more seafood but for the price, I was more than satisfied. The Churrasco steak was cooked perfectly for me and their zesty chimichurri sauce made it excellent. I didn't try the side of Gallo Pinto, I don't really like most beans, but my wife seemed to enjoy it. The fried sweet plantains were delicious. Another thing I did enjoy was their Mediterranean Bruschetta, three pieces stacked high, what a great start to the meal. Bohemios is a smallish place with about 8 tables and maybe a dozen bar seats inside, a few more tables outside. Reservations are recommended. Our server was a fun, outgoing, memorable guy and we loved all our interactions. The pace of the meal was good, about 10 minutes for the Bruschetta, another 10 after we finished for the main course. We picked a bad day for only one reason, the guitar player was out with an injury.

We were seated in the back next to a serving/drinking station across from a group of 6 10 year old girls...whose parents were eating outside. The noise level was so unbearable that we asked to be moved outside, which they accommodated. But the noise level was strike number 1. After we were seated outside we waited. And waited. And waited more, roughly 20 minutes before we finally caught the attention of a waitress. Strike 2. My wife order the white bean soup for an appetizer and the Branzino. I ordered the special...Veal Osso Buco over risotto The white bean soup was delicious. 4 out of 5 stars. The Branzino was a little fishy tasting, which it should not. We order Branzino all the time and it's never tasted fishy. But the most disturbing part of the meal was the bait and switch using Pork in place of Veal for the Veal Osso Buco. Yes you read that right. It was Pork. Not Veal. The meat was gray, fatty and not very tender. Veal is tan or light brown, extremely tender and very lean. Charging $49.95 for Veal Osso Buco would have been reasonable. Trying to pass off Pork as Veal for that price is down-right criminal. Strike 3. AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Response to Ceasar D: the parent's of the 6 little girls (who you must admit were quite loud and unsupervised) were sitting inside. We were immediately greeted at the door by the host staff (sorry I did not get their names, but they were so very kind). We received an equally warm goodbye as we departed for the evening. We stopped at the bar to enjoy a happy hour cocktail before dinner. Our two bar tenders: George and Roman were outstanding. Wonderfully crafted cocktails and delightful conversations with both of them. Our server Nick was outstanding: knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly thoughtful. He seemed to be one step ahead of any request we had. His care throughout the entire meal made for a most enjoyable dining experience. Nick is truly a professional at his craft, and we greatly appreciated his efforts. There was a slight mistake in the preparation of one of the steaks and Nick whisked it away without hesitation and immediately had another brought out. The replacement steak was cooked to perfection (as were the other two steaks we had ordered). The manager came over to ensure our dining experience was satisfactory. We assured him it was. We were there for a special occasion, and the Fleming's staff really went above and beyond to make the experience that much more memorable. I am looking forward to our return, and I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment for a fantastic meal and memorable dining experience.
