I am also unhappy with a fluctuating price. Again, don't lower the price after I regretfully and politely decide to leave. Today's visit, I had a zipper changed on my son's jacket and I had the hem of one of my dresses Fixed because it came undone in the wash. The clothes were ready for pick up faster than the original estimated date for pick up, so that was nice although I wasn't able to pick it up for a few days after the text message was received saying that the clothes were ready for me. The service is always very friendly and easy to talk to about what alterations I had in my head and what alterations they are able to do. Today both alterations cost $20 each and that's pretty average for the type of work requested in this area.

The color was spot on, the neckline and skirt were exactly what I wanted all for $60. Enter Crow Canyon Alterations, everyone was SUPER nice. I was flattered to be asked if the dress was for prom. I had the dress hemmed, straps adjusted and the slit cut higher for $72. So why 4 stars and not 5? Props for being really nice and being fast. Minus a star for the craftsmanship. My husband picked up my dress for me and when I got it back I had to cut all of the loose threads that weren't properly trimmed. The stitches on the straps were sewn over the chiffon and the dress wasn't steamed prior to returning. Would I go back? Absolutely but is this my new go to? Maybe maybe not.
