Leaking roof for over a year. Shingles flying off, old house, didn't want to deal. Checked around, got a few estimates, talked to a few referrals, but none of them felt right. We had Ovi and a few of his guys come out to replace our ridge caps, which were looking rough. We had several roofers come out to give us a quote and their price blew the others away. Hands down. After he finished measuring, he came down from the roof and told me the price - no waiting, no calling, no emailing to get a quote. It took us a while to get our stuff together before calling them to schedule the repair, but when I did - a month later - Ovi remembered me. I am thankful I found Final Touch Roofing! I had several estimates, but I made my choice based on all the positive reviews and how highly people spoke of Ovi, Lea and the workers of this company. Lea was always there to help me with my concerns and choices which I really appreciated. They explained to me the benefit of E-Therma Sheet and the difference it would make adding it to my new roof. I made the choice to add it and I am glad I did. I have notice on cold mornings the thermostat is 5 degrees higher than normal making the house feel warmer and 5 degrees lower than normal on hot days making the house feel cooler. My garage is cooler on hot days, and I have even observed when a helicopter or airplane goes over my house it is not as noticeable. The E-Therma Sheet will definitely help lower my utility bills. Ovi and Final Touch Roofing just did our roof. Upon final inspection, even the ever-stoic inspector said to me, "You got yourself a great roof." The roof is beautiful, has Thermal-E insulation that totally makes a difference, and also the torch is an energy saver white reflective Title 24 on our flat porch roofs, that lowered the ambient temp on the porches by 20º. Ovi and his crew (Jose, Jonathan, and Angel) went above-and-beyond doing some other needed repairs that were revealed once the tear-off was done, and he still stuck to his original quote. 5 star work and service. However, I needed to have some work done on my roof. Ovi and his company have excellent reviews for a reason. I found Final Touch Roofing on Yelp. My inspection report prior to purchasing my home found cracks around 1 skylight. Skylights are notorious for leaking and I had a total of 4 skylights! Final Touch came out and told me the skylights were not meant for my type of roof. My inspection report of course didn't tell me that. They repaired parts of the roof to make it work with the skylights! A few weeks later I installed tankless water heaters and didn't know the old venting was going to be removed leaving holes in the roof. I called Final Touch again and they came out for a very small job. They are probably busy with bigger jobs, but they prioritize the smaller jobs as well, and I appreciate that. Thank you ! read more

I called Ovi for a quote on a house I was in escrow on at the recommendation of a friend who had used him three years ago. The Home Inspection said the roof was half past it's use by date and half close to it's use by date for both house and double garage. The dodgy seller had painted the roof black which to the uninformed eye made it look new. I left a message, he called me back and we made arrangements for the next day. He arrived on time and was very thorough in his inspection. He explained the new "cool roof" ordinance to me and showed my my options. He later emailed me a detailed and very reasonable quote. Unfortunately the seller did not see it this way and escrow ended up failing for a variety of seller imposed reasons. I would have been very happy to have Final Touch replace the roof if I had ended up purchasing the house. read more

Two of the companies quoted very high and adjusted down upon request. Ovi at Final Touch provided a fair quote right off the bat at a price where the other company's had adjusted to. They cleaned up after each day and you couldn't even have noticed they were there. The roof looks great, however it's the little attention to detail where I think they go above and beyond. For instance, they painted existing pipes and structures on the roof to match the coloring of the shingles.
