We checked in two women took us over to the pedicure chairs and had started our pedicures and it wasn't Kim again. It was my first time there so I didn't know who she was. The pedicures weren't bad, but we had to keep asking them to either cut my father's nails shorter, which the girl seemed afraid to do and then we both had problems with ingrown luckily Khoi was available to come over and check mine. He was super nice and friendly and welcoming. Again the pedicures were just OK. The technicians really didn't talk much or I think there was just a communication barrier. I do plan on going back only to see Kim or Khoi. I woke up today and I'm not sure what happened to my big toes. I have skin peeling that wasn't there before and my calluses on both of my big toes. Are this funny color extremely red and round this has never happened to me. So that's my only other concern. The atmosphere in the salon is great. It is super clean. Everyone seems to be friendly and the prices are reasonable again. I will be going again and I wish I got the two technicians names we saw because I wouldn't recommend them.

The place is pretty big and spacious and it was pretty quiet probably because it's the weekday too, the person who did my nails was pretty nice and quick and she did what I asked. It was just a simple French nail, but in a different style both service and in about an hour, they have options to pay like Venmo and Apple Pay if you use Venmo, I think you get a 10% off so that was a good plus I didn't know about it at first, but it's a good thing. I was there on Friday for an appointment and my nail tech was running 15 minutes behind. I let the gentleman up front know that I had to be somewhere and still waited another 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Finally get to me and it was rushed and I didn't like my final color as it was too transparent --- getting a gel pedicure so was hoping that the multiple layers would darken it up. It didn't-- but I had somewhere to be. I come back 2 days later for a color change. I like the final product and I go to pay and they tried to charge me $40. I explained as I did when I came in that I was just there the day before and she said " you should have said something when you were here the first time". My response was that your tech was running late and I had to be somewhere so I came back today to fix it. Then the manager said well the best I can do is take $10 off. So I paid it even though I had just paid $60 the day before. no worries, I will be moving on to another salon that cares about their clients' satisfaction.
