My wife politely asked for the manager, Joyce, but she refused to come to the table. Instead, she spoke in her language to the server, telling them that we don't have to pay but don't ever come back. After two years of being loyal customers, my wife and mother were deeply disappointed by Joyce's behavior. All they wanted was unburnt food, and they were not there to cause any trouble. They simply wanted to eat. They tried to speak with Joyce, but she was completely rude. My wife and mother remained calm throughout the entire incident. What was even more disturbing was that our two-year-old daughter had to witness the rudeness and being asked to leave the restaurant simply because they wanted to eat food that wasn't burnt.

The beef used isn't a good quality cut, and I don't normally comment on these kinds of things. I took the remainder home for leftovers and had to add cold water to dilute the salt - thankfully, the flavor remained though. That being said, it was all self-service other than the food being brought to me, which came fairly quickly. Unfortunately, I didnt have the best experience and would likely not come back for the Contra Conch Rice Noodles (which I really wanted to try but they were sold out).

I boxed up the leftovers and started to walk out, one of the employees ran after me to give me a plastic bag seeing I was struggling with the door trying to balance the food and drink. It speaks volumes to see how attentive they were to their customers. I live in the Firewheel area Garland and was craving it again so went back on Thursday. Definitely worth a drive for me. Excellent service despite having no reason to, since we ordered through a qr code located on the tables. I don't write about customer service unless it was genuinely something that was worth telling people. He gave us a good rundown of the situation of the restaurant and provided an in-depth explanation of the menu for my first time there. He gave us plenty of options to choose from and explained what consisted in each of the dishes. Which helped us ultimately make our choices and I enjoyed every single dish. The interior was well decorated with modern/futuristic reflective aesthetics. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. I've also never had an issue with the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and keeps things moving efficiently despite how busy it gets.
