    Sweet and Sour Chicken?
    Lexie C.

Brand new place just opened so we gave it a try for a to-go order. We ordered the Honey sesame chicken, Thai fried rice, kimchi ramen, and sweet and sour chicken. Kimchi ramen doesn't really taste like any other kimchi ramen? Just like normal ramen broth and they put some kimchi in there. Not any strong kimchi flavor. But lots of good toppings! They gave us sweet and sour chicken without the sweet and sour sauce??? So chicken with pineapple and bell peppers... Thai fried rice and sesame chicken are good though. Wish the chicken was crunchier, maybe it got soggy on the ride home but I'm not too sure.

This was our first time to Fine Asian and the food was really good. The service was good and friendly staff and the restaurant was not very busy. I've struggled to find a good Chinese food restaurant ever since moving here, but I'll be returning.

Outstanding food and ambiance. Service was extremely fast. We just happened to be driving by and saw the sign. We stopped to give them a try and I'm so glad we did. We'll be back for sure.

    Mixed Chef Lo Mein

It was our first time here. The food was very good. We ordered fried dumplings, Mixed Lo Mein and Honey Sesame Chicken(forgot to take a picture of it). The Mixed Lo Mein, had a little too much soy sauce but overall it was good. The Honey Sesame, had good flavor and was crunchy. Will definitely be back, but next might let them know to go easy on the soy sauce for the Lo Mein.

Although food portion is very good, taste is just ok. Service is very good and since the place is very new, its ambience is also very good.

Love bamboo house! This is one of my favorite places to come whenever I'm craving Peking Duck. Not…read moreonly do you get the duck with the perfectly done crispy skin in a cute dish shaped like a duck, but you also get the rest of the duck in a bone broth soup. It's so much better than chicken soup with the tenderness and flavor. They give you plenty of the pancakes and veggies. David is the absolute best everrr! He always takes care of us and knows just what to recommend. Pretty sure he sees us and just puts in the duck order at this point. Anyways, the pea shoots are basically one of the only vegetables I love to eat and I'm always so happy to see it on the menu here. All of the dishes are great and you really can't go wrong. Come with a small group for family style while enjoying the intimate environment and good food! There's always plenty of parking and it's perfectly located right off the freeway.

Of course we were here for the Peking Duck. Usually the half duck comes with 10 pieces of skins but…read morethis time we only got 8. It's possible that we may have had a couple stick together. But regardless, we didn't have enough skin so asked if we can get 2 more skins, even if we had to pay for them. The waitress barked at us that it comes in 10-pks and that she can't get us just 2 pieces. Fine, but there's no need to be annoyed and roll your eyes at us. The service was much to be desired. We ordered the A-Choy vegetable and it was awful, old and yellow and not cooked well. It's like they didn't sauté it in a hot enough wok so it wasn't crispy. So disappointing this time. Don't get me wrong, the Peking Duck and the soup that comes with it were still pretty good. Thus the second star.

A spicy chinese noodle shop that far exceeded my expectations…read more Jin was an exceptionally attentive employee who would often check up on us and top off our waters. Excellent service despite having no reason to, since we ordered through a qr code located on the tables. I don't write about customer service unless it was genuinely something that was worth telling people. He gave us a good rundown of the situation of the restaurant and provided an in-depth explanation of the menu for my first time there. He gave us plenty of options to choose from and explained what consisted in each of the dishes. Which helped us ultimately make our choices and I enjoyed every single dish. The interior was well decorated with modern/futuristic reflective aesthetics. A great touch that made me love it even more was the dimming bags put over the spotlights adorned around the ceiling to help cut down on glare and make it a bit more comfortable to enjoy the atmosphere. The mixed vegetable salad was a very pleasant blend of sweet, savory, and Sichuan spice. I originally was going for the cucumber but I was interested in more variety and opted to try more of what they had to offer. It still hit as a refreshing appetizer to complement our other dishes. 9/10 The black pepper noodles were actually amazing with how it balanced out a lot of strong, potentially overwhelming flavors. The black pepper was perfectly seasoning the fiery stir fried bell pepper and noodles. The beef played a great supporting role to elevate the dish without making it all about itself. 8.5/10 The Number 1 rice noodles in soup was powerful without being indulgent. The flavors hit hot and hard but still savory and tastefully diverse. Jin recommended it as the noodles have a very pleasant chew and had a diverse plating with bok choy, pickled mustard, and an egg to top it off. 8.5/10 Overall I enjoyed this place completely and will 100% return when I come back to Texas.
